The best slippers we've ever owned - I gave a pair of these slippers to my daughter, and realized afterward that I had no slippers for myself. She had raved about these, so I thought it was worth try. WAS IT EVER!!! These are the best slippers I've ever owned. Lightweight, *great* non-skid soles, and a nice, loose fit with thick wool piling that makes my feet feel like they are lounging in little tiny feather beds. I'll replace these with the same, should they never wear out.

Great Slippers! When I'm home I live in slippers. Needless to say, I've had more than a few pairs. These are probably the best I've ever had. I love them. They run true to size, so don't order size up. They're comfortable and durable. I highly recommend them. Zappos is the best online ordering experience I've ever had - great selection and fantastic service!

They appear to be well made, and the fleece is lovely and soft. unfortunately they're either made small or hubby's feet are getting bigger. We're going to exchange these for a larger size

The stitching is starting to come apart. I am sure that I will be sending them back

The slippers were fine. The color was weird. Their light tan looked pink! Thus not on my feet!

I wear a 10 1/2 6E shoe. My foot's not really that long (it is that wide, though), but I need that length so that the arch support, which I also need, hits the bottom of my foot in the right place. Old Friend's 10 5E slippers are the only ones I've found that are just right for my feet--I didn't need the extra 1/2 in length for them and they're so soft that I don't miss that extra E in the width--which is why I've been wearing them for years. My only complaint is that they do too good a job of keeping my feet warm--I have to take them off every so often to let my feet air out. Also, for some reason, the style I've been wearing, "Romeo," and wanted to re-order this time, wasn't available in 5E, so, since I didn't want to bother with velcro closures, the only style left to get was this "Bootie," even though the fur-collar-like extension of the sheepskin lining looked kind of weird to me. I got them, tried them on, and decided they'd be fine notwithstanding the strange most-unlike-a-Romeo styling.

Felt too much like a shoe for my husband - guess he likes the real slipper feel- not booties

These slippers are a little narrower at the toe than at the heel, making for an uneven fit. I tried them out for a few days thinking that the toe area would loosen up and feel more comfortable. It became clear the heel area was too wide. They wouldn't actually fall off but my heel would come up a bit at the back with every step. They are warm, but just a little too tight in the toe area with too much of the lining on top and not quite enough on the bottom. My toes felt trapped. While the sole has some nice traction, the super small cracks meant they picked up every crumb or little bit I stepped on and were hard to clean. And oh my goodness are they ugly. But as a woman with cold size 12 feet and a high arch, I can't be too choosy with the look of slippers! I'm still giving an overall rating of four because they didn't miss the mark by all that much actually. I nearly decided to keep them.

Very warm and the rubber sole makes it easy to transition out of doors. Overall, quite pleased. Would suggest that they add in some arch support. I had to buy a size larger than usual and wear socks with the slippers to make the fit feel secure.

Overall, I am happy with the slippers. I did order a size larger and wider than my shoe size so the fit is acceptable though I wish it were not so tight around the toes. I do wear socks with them. Quality seems acceptable though time will tell; only had them about a month. They do keep my feet warm. I would order again though I may want to try a taller "boot" next time.

Sheepskin Bootee - The appearance is fine and in general the construction looks nice. As compared to similar items that have been made in the USA and Australia, this item lacks the close inspection in the construction process that I have seen in previous purchases. The right boot is a slightly different size - it is looser than the left boot - and consequently I have some slippage when walking. At present, I only use them in the house, so it is not a big problem, but it would have been better if both were of the same size and construction. Thank you...

Old Friend Bootee - They are very snuggly and warm. My only objection is that I need more support. I also bought a pair for my hubby he also enjoys his. He has the coldest feet in the USA.

Great, but make the soles more durable! I love Old Friend. The only problem with their slippers is that the soles wear down too fast, even in the house if you wear them a lot. Pass this on to the manufacturers! I love the soft soles though, but the top and lining wear out long after the sole.

Old Friends Bootee Rating - We love the look of the slipper. The only thing my husband says is it would be nice if the heal was just a bit wider. Other than that they are GREAT. And the price was very fair and the speed in which we got them was fantastic. I'd say your customer service was 5 stars.

I sent these back. I am a female with wide feet and mens medium size 8 fits me in tennis shoes, several brands. So I ordered 8M, mens. I found them 1/2 to 1 whole size too long and I though they were too narrow. It might have been that they expected the wearer to wear them without socks, but I wear slippers with socks. With socks, too narrow and still too long.

The reason I gave these slippers 3 stars is because while they are comfortable and keep my feet warm. I was price gouged; I found these slippers same brand and size for a lesser price on other websites. I was made to believe that I was getting a deal when all I actually received was a pair of slippers and an empty feeling bank account.

Buy the adjustable velcro bootie instead - These are definitely one size smaller than normal. We bought one pair of these and one pair of the velcro bootie and we like the velcro bootie much better. It's more comfortable and the adjustable strap on it gives you a custom fit. This slipper is nicer looking but not as good as the adjustable one in our book.

tried a larger size, had the same narrow width problem. Cant use the shoe, must return it. The ones I have been ordering for years were much wider. There is only 1 width size, at least for men.

The sizing for these slippers is crazy. Xtra wide is no wider than a normal MEDIUM width. Length of slipper is at least 2 sizes to short.

Took a while for the them to stop shedding. Big problem is that they keep your feet warm and heats up the rubber soles inside. My wife makes me toss them out of the room due to the smell of burning rubber.

Nice quality, but not true to size. Even though we ordered my husband's normal size 9 E, the slippers were too narrow.

The first pair was made so horribly I called the manufacturer to see if they were having quality control issues. The insoles literally didn’t fit inside the shoes and were arched up, the stitching was horrible, the fur was falling out. The second pair was improved but still looks and feels like a cheap Chinese-made slipper that’s worth $20 on Amazon. Reminds me why brick and mortar stores have value.

wool started coming away from toe area after first day of wear.

These are terrible! I'm a size 9 and I ordered in size 10 and could barley get them on my feet. And the toe box has no room at all, super tight. Slippers are supposed to be loose and comfy, these are not.These are going back!
