Just as their name says; these are truly my "Old Friend". I had previously owned a pair that was destroyed in an accident; so when my wife gave these to me for my birthday, I was overjoyed! I had my "Old Friend" back.

I love my new Old Friend slippers. They are just as comfortable as my Uggs used to be, for about half the price and the sheepskin seems to me to be as good a quality. They actually even slip on easier than my Uggs that had a similar style.

Can't beat Old Friend Bootee for comfort & durability. I buy my husband a new pair every couple of years. Keep on making them and keep on making a size 16.

Excellent slippers, but bizarrely sized. I normally wear 8 1/2. The 9 was absurdly tight. The 10 is fine, but I've never worn a 10 before and I don't think it's because my feet are getting bigger. A full size and a half smaller than marked.

My husband asked for a pair of house slippers for Christmas. I could not find in a store the style that he had requested. Therefore, I went online and found a pair right away. I immediately got on the phone to order the slippers and the Zappos customer service representative was very helpful and understood that it is because of customers like me that she has a job. She was very pleasant and I literally received the slippers the very next day just as she promised. I cannot say enough good things about Zappos. I would totally recommend Zappos to everyone I know, my overall experience was absolutely wonderful. Zappos, keep up the great work.

My husband loves these slippers because they keep his feet warm and he can get the newspaper in them because of the bottom.

Finally found a slipper that keeps his feet warm (he is diabetic) and they are comfortable and he loves them.

Am getting old, legs going bad, feet swelling, can't get socks on. Needed an extra large, warm, easy to get on shoe so I guessed at 14,5E old friend bootie. I couldn't have guessed better. They are perfect and they come in pairs, too!

So warm my feet almost sweat. Super comfortable. I normally wear a 10.5 4E. The 11 5E fit better than the 10 5E.

Great.. could not find these anywhere and especially my size.

These were purchased for a diabetic with severe foot problems. There were no problems at all. The fit was perfect, the warmth and cushioning throughout made them extra comfortable. We will certainly purchase these again. Might I add, doing business with Zappos is an unbelievable experience. I have never seen customer service like this. What a delightful experience for my first time at Zappos.

I bought these for my spouse because he particularly wanted the bootee style slippers and with a size 15 foot, they are not easy to find. These fit him extremely well and he finds them very comfortable with or without heavy socks. They are so warm he is threatening to wear them to go shovel snow!

Width was marked funny. Had to order M125E to get my usual 2E size. Other than that they are great.

Ever since my favorite slippers from my big box membership store wore out a few years ago, I've been looking for some more just like them. Tried several moderate and high-end mail order stores but never could get the right fit for my extra wide, high-arch feet until I found these slippers. They surpass in fit and quality anything else I've ever owned. And the fur edging you see in the photo actually unfolds upward for even more warmth. Thanks, Zappos!

These tend to be on the narrow side. If you normally wear an E, then order the 5E (which is more of a genuine 2E). A great slipper otherwise.

"Old Friend" says it all. This is my husband's second pair. He loves them. Comfortable and durable. All you would expect! Note: we did need to go up one size.

This slipper is exactly what I was looking for. I was unhappy with another brand and needed a replacement. Perfect fit, durable, very comfortable all add up to toasty toes! Now Zappos, if you can build into your very efficient model a way to recycle, repurpose my old slippers, you will add even more value for me and your company.

Wow! Such a comfortable shoe. Plus the fact that they had my size, being a man with small feet. The plushness of these shoes are just so comfortable and warm, almost like walking on pillows. I also like the fact that you can fold down, or wear these with the side up and have an even warmer experience. The sole is amazing, with grip when I wear them outside, that you wouldn't expect. Very satisfied!

These slippers were a huge hit with my husband for Christmas. He says they feel really comfortable. The sole is very thick- which is what he wanted - so he can wear them outside. They are VERY warm. Also, Zappos.com got the slippers to us much faster than anticipated - considering I didn't order them more than a week before the holiday- and they arrived 3 days later!

As a woman with 8 1/2 EE flat feet, finding a warm slipper that will fit my wide feet has been a challenge. Therefore I am delighted that the men\\\'s size 7 M version of this slipper fits perfectly! It is warm, comfortable and easy to slip on. Unlike a lot of other slippers these days, it does not have an annoyingly high arch support which is uncomfortable with my flat feet. I am very pleased with this product and would definitely buy it again.
