As I expected - Excelent comfort: perfect fit: good quality, 100% satisfied.

Stole the show... I looked for a very long time to find the perfect shoe to costume this very large actor for our children's play. These are perfect for shuffling around on a hard gym floor, and he is STILL comfortable after being out on tour for several weeks.

These Are The Warmest And Comfiest! I first found these booties during a trip to Seattle - I ended up finding mine at a shop in Levenworth - a German shopping village in Washington State. I never would have paid $50 for slippers, but my brother and sister-in-law who lived out there swore by them, so I tried them out. I found that I wore mine not only all [northern Ohio] winter long [my feet always stayed toasty] but also during the spring and fall. They've got great traction for those quick outside trips - to put the trash out, etc. What I've found is that a pair usually lasts me about 9 months to a year, with constant use. Then they wear out - the suede comes away from the rubber bottoms. Also, they grow bigger the longer they're worn, until toward the end, they barely stay on my feet. I think that's because the wool inside gets matted down, thereby making more room inside the bootie. But I love them, and will go on ordering my yearly pair. They're awesome!

Nice looking, my most comfortable pair of slippers. I got them a size bigger so I could wear them with socks as we keep the house at 58 degrees at night and the floors are cold in the morning. Wish they came with an arch support. Very good value for the money and Zappos is very good to work with.

I love these slippers but unfortunately, they don't come in half sizes so I had to order larger than I normally wear, which makes them feel like they're sliding off my feet.

Some come without any arch support; others have an arch support insert that is good except the arch support tends to buckle up when you take off the shoes which means you have to reinsert it properly before putting them on again.

I am a woman with wide feet so all the woman's slippers are too narrow. I needed a good slipper to be able to take the dogs out to the backyard, that would keep my feet warm and give me a little support. I ordered one size larger than I would in woman's and the slipper fit OK, but were tight in the toes.the cuff folding up is wonderful to keep the ankles warm in the cold weather, and the slippers actually got a little more comfortable once they got 'worn in' a week or two.I would buy these again.

I bought these for my husband 5 years ago and he fell in love with them. He toes were always cold here in New England but with these on his feet were toasty warm. The slippers have a hard bottom which made them feel like a good secure, long lasting expensive but worth it pair of slippers. He liked them so much we got an exact pair for his dad.Fast forward 5 years and the soles have fallen apart, as in there is a hole in the sure and the sole has come away from the slipper. As we were looking at replacing his, we found out that his dads have also fallen apart.......for $80 slippers I was thinking they'd last a long while....don't you??

Only thing I would change would be putting a finger loop on back for easier putting on.

These are a very nice slipper with a good bottom insert for more firmness. I wear an 11-1/2 size and the size 12 are slightly big for my foot, however are a true typical 12. They are comparable to the Bear Paw slippers that I replaced however better wool and insert.

I have trouble keeping my ankles warm, so I ordered a size 12 E, because I have arthritis in both of them. Upon going on line, it referred me to ZAPPOS web site, where I began to search for slippers that covered my ankles. Upon review, I ordered a set and they are excellent made, well fitting, and comfortable. The lining is comfortable and warming. anyone looking for a slipper that covers the ankles, I highly recommend this product.

A nice snug fit w/plush lining to keep feet warm during winter months. The toes are a bit tight, but, they may expand slightly with more wear. Overall, a comfortable warm slipper.

These slippers fit my husband like a glove when we sized up! The quality is there and we are very happy he was finally able to find these! The Zappos Staff was on their game once again with help! Oh, lucky us...they were on sale! Love Zappos!

width is running much narrowed in dec 2018 order compared to the 2017 order

Very comfy and warm but does not have an elastic top, so I have to use a show horn to put them on. After that, they fit perfectly.

The left insole inexplicably shifted right from the moment I put them on. I shifted it back and it shifted again. I thought I could fix the problem but I never could. So the left slipper is very uncomfortable and so I am at a loss as to what to do with these otherwise fine slippers. Also you might want to fix the star system for rating "overall" "comfort" and "style". I gave "comfort" one star and "overall" two, but that isn't how they show up.

The best high top slippers I've ever owned. They were so good, that one week after receiving them I ordered two more pair. Keep up the great quality.

The Old Friend Bootee is both comfortable and warm. This is the third pair I have owned and will continue to purchase in the future. I average about two years on these, which is great considering what I put them through. Great product. In addition, buying through Zappos was quick, easy and the prices are slightly lower for this product compared to other locations. Zappos return policy and free shipping is another reason I will continue to shop for their products online.

I bought these for a friend who had purchased and rejected several others including LL Bean. He loves them. Perfect size and comfort.

I'm delighted with the final purchase and how Zappos worked with me. Based on other reviews, I first ordered one size up from my normal size - women's 8W shoe. It was slightly short and tight on my foot. Since this is a slipper and I liked the fleece color on the men's shoe better, I decided to switch to the equivalent of a men's shoe in one size larger (8W-Men's) and it fits great! My return and reorder were handled promptly and without any problems.

Very comfortable! Availability of extra wide (5E) is wonderful. Delivery was super fast, I will return!

Bought these for a friend. He's not one to wax on so it means something when he says he loves his new slippers...after we got the size issue sorted out. Seems like 'they' don't account for all the fluffy stuff inside when they size these things. It should be noted, however, that Zappos processed my return and refund A+. And this isn't the first time they've revealed the strength of their commitment to prompt and fair customer service (had the same issue with fluffy slippers for myself). Hard ladies' pumps, which were purchased at the same time, seemed to be sized okay.

Bought these for my husband a month ago and he loves them. I had been buying him a similar slipper from Overland for many years but they weren't available in his size so I decided to try these. After reading reviews here, I got him a size bigger than he usually wears and they fit well. He especially likes the sole of the Old Friends which is thicker and non-slip. We'll see how they wear over time.

Bought for my dad as b-day gift. He has bad arthritis so regular shoes are difficult for him to wear, and his feet are frozen all of the time. He loved these, and wears them all of the time. Keeps the feet warm, and the arch support provided good structure too. Very comfortable, a big thumbs up.
