A really good sandal - I really am enjoying my new sandals. I read a couple of reviews before I purchased them and took the advice of buying a half size larger, cause they do run small. The only drawback I've noticed is up near the toe of the shoe is a pre molded place for your toes to fit in. I guess I don't have the right type of toe because the ridge hits about the middle of my big toe. It really doesn't hurt, but is a distraction. I think it is a design flaw as most people’s toes are so different; you can't mold that type of design and expect it to fit everyone. All in all though a very well made shoe.

The sweetest fitting shoe ever - I was really hoping these sandals would fit, especially since I bought them online. I received them super quick and looked at them thinking they would be too big. But the first time ever on my feet, I knew they were perfect. My foot is long and narrow, yet the construction of the sandal did not even allow my foot to shift when I walked. Even with it loose, there is blissful comfort. No rubbing, pinching, shifting, or anything to complain about at all. Now I am debating which style to get next.

So comfortable and so very light. I love the look and I love my sandals. I've been wearing Birkenstocks for years. These shoes are every bit as comfortable and much lighter. I have a narrow foot and the elastic adjustment gave me the perfect fit. I plan to get another pair. Hopefully they will soon distribute lace up shoes that I can buy for work. Zappos' customer service was great.

So light and comfortable - These shoes are the best. I bought my husband 2 pair because he loves them so much. They fit like a comfortable glove, are so light, and have great traction. I forget that I have them on. I can't compare these to any other outdoor shoe. I will not buy any other brand, again

I haven't had much opportunity to wear them yet because it's been so rainy here, but I'm hoping they'll be a better approach shoe for desert rock climbing than my Chacos because less gravel will get stuck under my foot and they have a built in bumper on front so you don't hurt you toes when you accidentally run into a cactus!

I've found my sole-mate! The perfect hybrid: combines great support, protection from life's little obstacles, super traction - wet or dry, and does it all with a cool funky look; very keen! Fits like a second skin and runs true to size with or without socks - thanks to the adjustable lock-cord lacing system. Comfortable right out-of-the-box! The perfect casual shoe! I'll probably order the Mary Jane style for dressier occassions, as I can no longer imagine wearing anything that isn't Keen!

Fantastic! Super comfy, look great with anything, functions fantastically on every terrain. I bought two pairs for myself and one for my husband. The H2 rules and Zappos rule. Great buy!

Wonderful! These shoes fit like an outer skin to my feet! Unusually comfortable and well fitting, especially for my wide feet.

This shoe is wonderful for all outdoor water activities. The covered toes protects your feet in rock beds of lakes and rivers. I needed an 8 1/2, as the full sizes did not work. Zappos was the only place that provided half size Keen shoes. I would buy this shoe again and others through Zappos.

Feels like slippers - Love the shoes. I have gotten lots of compliments on the look. I highly recommend them.

Keen Shoes are Good for Your Feet! This shoe (unlike so many shoes made today) is excellently constructed to fully support the foot, providing sound arch and heel support. Truly the most comfortable shoe I've ever worn and darn good looking too. Keen's are well made and suited for durability. They can run small, so order up. If you are a close 7.5, order an 8.

My daughter-in-law told me she had looked in local stores for these for a year. I said Zappos! She was so thrilled she couldn't stop talking about them and she was amazed that they came so fast. She reports that they're fabulous in every way and barely takes them off - and she lives up in Sierra snow country (I suppose she wears socks with them).

Run a little small. Would need a half size larger. Very cute.

These shoes were purchased for an elderly woman. I think they would have fit just fine but the problem was that the heel band was tight and she would not be able to struggle stretching them when putting them on. It's too bad because I love my Keen's and was so hoping it would work for her, but it would have been too much effort on her part as she lives alone. It's hard to find size 11 in a woman's shoe.

Have always loved the Newport H2, but the past 3 years or so they have become narrower at the toes. Just not as wide & fully rounded as they once were. Plus, the footbed cushion is firmer now, not as springy as before. I usually wear a 7 but the 7.5 was perfect in length.

I have had many pairs of Keens and they sure don't feel as sturdy or the same support as in the past. Love this color though! And I kept them for that reason...and also they aren't totally uncomfortable. Just less than previously. I still like Keens. Hope they come out with more of the Venice style I liked.

I wanted these shoes to work—I have Keen Hiking Boots—but they didn’t. They felt tight. The strap rubbed on my ankle bone. I have a high instep and they were very difficult to get on, even when I loosened the elastic straps.

I really like the Keen Newport H2. I would like them better if the quality and sizing were consistent. I’ve tried on about 4 pair in an 8.5 and only one pair fits correctly. On this pair, the rubber toe box is too low and rubs on my big toe. Then, two side straps on each side dig into my foot. I keep hoping that if I try enough pairs on, I will find another one that fits correctly. I was specifically wanting this color because it’s a neutral color.

I have had multiple pairs of Keen Newports over the past fifteen years or so and love the sturdy sandal! I especially appreciate the wide toe box that accommodated a bunion problem that I have. I ordered these shoes in the same size that I have worn and thought that they were darling with the multiple colors. Unfortunately, they were a bit smaller than previous pairs and the toe box is not as roomy. My toes were hitting the roof of the rubber part of the shoe. They appeared to be smaller than my last pair the same size. I tired them on several times because I really wanted them to feel comfortable but alas, I had to return them as I was afraid that they would be too uncomfortable. I ordered a pair of men's Keens that are wider and feel much more comfortable. I am disappointed that the shoe seems to be different than it was before.

This was my third pair of this particular style of Keens. I am a 10.5-1, B width and have gotten the 11 in the past and they fit fine. These felt a tad bigger than my previous pair. Mostly, they seemed wider to me. I was able to tighten them up with the laces. They are very comfortable and have good arch support for a sandal. I will be wearing them as boat shoes primarily. Keen's are never "stylish" but people buy them for their practicality and durability.

I have been a Keen Venice fan, but these Newports fit similarly and are of high quality.

I wish I could keep this shoe!!! I have extreme arthritis in my left foot/arch and cannot bend my foot or toes. I struggled and managed to get the shoe on once. I wore them around the house for an hour, very comfortable and supportive. I took them off and tried to put them back on, but it was such a chore I can't manage it without help. Without any back opening to slide into them it's impossible. Sadly, back they go and I continue my search. Still love Keens!!!

This shoe definitely runs 1/2 size shorter than the other Keen styles I have (Whisper & Terradora). These sandals have the best arch support (as good as my Chacos), great lateral support - no heal or side of foot sliding off footbed! All your toes are covered with the rubber bumper. Great traction - they even gripped on my dusty wood floors. Footbed and strappings were completely comfortable - no pinky toe rubbing that I often have with these style sandals. I ordered my usual size 9 the first go 'round. Shoes were fine EXCEPT the heel strap gouged into my heel and left a deep red dent after only 10 min. of wear. So, I reordered a 9.5. The heel strap of the larger size fit more comfortably and there was no noticeable difference in fit w/ the rest of the shoe. However, I found there was still a little bit of irritation at my right heel (right foot is a tiny tad longer than my left) after 15 or so min. of wear. I SO wanted these sandals, but I knew realistically I'd end up not wearing them due to the heel irritation. Reluctantly, I returned them I had also ordered the Whisper style, which don't have near the arch support as the Newports, but are SUPER comfortable. The Whisper also have great traction and lateral support so they'll work for the neighborhood walks, short hikes, and general wear. But for the hours long hikes or days at a theme park, I'll have to stick with my toe-baring Chacos for now.

They were small but I made them work because I wanted them. Technically I have been measured as a size 11 in my left foot and 11 and a 1/2 in my right. If I'm going to have to use an insert I order up to a size 12. Sometimes they are huge but you just have to work with it ... nothing is perfect. At first I was so disappointed because these did not come in a size 12 and they did not come wide. A 12 wide would have been perfect I think. But I had already returned in exchange so many times, I had become weary trying to find something for my hard to fit feet and arch that needs support. I called Keen to verify the support level of the arch on the Newport and was told that that particular style would have the best arch support. I also researched and learned that many times men's shoes of the same style have less support. That explained about some other sandals that I had to get rid of when I had plantar fasciitis. Here's the deal: This had as strong an arch as I'm going to find in a Keen sandal which I still love. These are a small 11 but they're so cute. So what I did was snip each of the stretchy fabric sections underneath the top. I knew I was risking throwing away all of my investment. These are not cheap and I don't have money to burn. Now they fit much better, although my toe does feel the end of the shoe. I was willing to take this risk and it paid off. I was desperate for something to wear around the house that I wouldn't have to lace up, That wasn't made with memory foam which is a joke when it comes to stability, and would not reinjure my feet or ankles and let them breath. I do wish Keen would make them in a size larger and wider, maybe 11 wide would have solved the problem without having to destroy the shoe to make them work. Or better still just reinforce that arch a little on all Keen styles ... it would pay off in $$$.
