My favorite shoe - I spend 6 months in Mexico every year and these are the only shoes I take. I have walked over 500 miles in them in 4 months and I never have to think about my feet. Plus I can walk along the ocean and not worry about getting them wet or just toss them in the washing machine every once in a while. I used to wear in this order: Birkenstocks, Mephistos, Tevas, and Chacos. Keens are by far the best. Metatarsal arch pain never bothers me anymore.

Great without the closed toe - I own the version of this shoe that has an open toe. I wish Keen made more of their shoes with an open toe option - I own a vacation home on the beach and spend hours and hours in the sand and water in these shoes. Without the closed toe, they are the best pair of beach and water shoes I've ever owned. As someone who spends so much time in the sand and water, I prefer to have the open toe so wet sand, small rocks, etc. can flow out of the shoe rather than being trapped behind the closed toe. When I first bought them, they had a strange smell after they got wet. It went away after a while because I wore them so much, but it had a sort of "wet shoe glue" smell. Otherwise, these shoes look fantastic and fit great, but more arch support would be nice.

Awesome - This is my 2nd pair of Keen Newport H2s. I love the way they look and fit. The arch support is wonderful. They go anywhere, I wear them on the beach and into the ocean, and biking. They are great shoes.

Bought 1/2 size larger than usual. Perfect fit. Wore them for 7 days in a row immediately after purchasing and on my feet almost all day each day cleaning. There was very slight irritation at first where the fabric band meets the sole at the outer edge below the "pinky" toe. But not enough to require removal of the shoes or any bandage devices. Tossed them in the shower with me to clean! Great shoe. As always, speedy delivery from Zappos.

Wonderful shoe - I ordered the aqua haze/brittany blue and the color is really pretty! I ordered a size 8 because of other reviews and really should have ordered the size I wear which is a 7 1/2. So if you are a true certain size, order it. The 8 was a little big, but not enough to send back. I wore these shoes when my hubby and I took holiday in Belize. They were perfect for the jungle hiking and crossing creeks. My feet never slipped out of the shoe and only had a few small gravel float in the shoe, but if you hold in the water and swish your foot back and forth quickly, they will come out. This shoe is comfortable, no break in needed, good cushion, dries quickly, protects your feet well. Great shoe!

Misleading color - The overall sandal is great and the color is not bad either; however, when I ordered the shoe, I thought it would be more of a khaki color as it showed in the photo of the shoe. Many times I viewed the different angles of the sandal and it clearly looks khaki in color. However, when I opened the box they were LIME green. Guess I should have paid closer attention to the name: Kiwi Madder Brown!

These sandal/shoes are very comfortable. They are the perfect thing for me in my job that requires closed toe and heal strap. I still feel as if I am wearing a sandal, but have all the necessary parts covered. My feet sweat in these, and have heard that these will get kinda stinky, but nothing a washer can't handle. I just hope they don't float on the top and not get clean. :)

Highly recommended - I purchased this sandal, based on my husband's recommendation (something I wouldn't normally do). It's a great sandal to walk in, plus versatile enough to go from dry land to the stream while walking the dog!

Comfort in a box - I bought these shoes for summer tramping on the golf course with my son and for walking down gravel roads. Right out of the box, these shoes were comfortable and tough enough to do what I needed. I walked 18 holes with no break in time. I needed a wide toe box for slight bunions and these really worked well for me. I love the fact that they can go into the washing machine too. The only trouble, the dog chewed the little strap tightener. I just tied it off. Not the best looking shoe, but very practical. I bought this shoe a half size larger than what I normally wear as recommended by others here. Perfect fit.

Great shoe! Everyone in my family has a pair... we love them! Very versatile and fit true to size.

Most comfortable and versatile shoe I have ever worn. I do not usually spend a lot of money on shoes, but this is the best money I have ever spent on shoes. I can do everything in them – grocery store, walk at the track, garden, you name it – and my feet feel great all day long!

Very comfortable sandals! I do not know how they did it, but I ordered this sandals after dinner and next day after lunch the box was delivered to my door. Outstanding! I was a happy owner of Ecco Predator for the last three years and it was a time to get a new sandals. Reading previous reviews, I got 0.5 size bigger and it fits very well. The comfort of these sandals is much better than Teva and Ecco. I already did 3 mile jogs with my dog and not even a small blister. I think from now on I am hooked on this brand.

Comfy and lasts for years! Two days after you start wearing these shoes they will fit like a glove. My old ones lasted for 3.5 years before the sole finally started breaking down!

Great Shoe - This shoe is very comfortable. I am just waiting to decide now what color I want next. I ordered my exact size and they fit perfectly.

My last summer in my 40's sandals - I decided to get these turquoise sandals now instead of waiting until I go to the Greek islands. Since this is my last summer in my 40's I wanted to look down and always see the promise of the turquoise waters swirling at my feet. Keens are the BEST for home & abroad.

Hybrid sneakers - Love these slip-ons airy sneakers. They are comfortable, roomy and they have a nice grip making you feel secure in your feet.

My Reliable Comfort! I bought this shoe 2 years ago for a trip to Tahiti. It took a bit to get used to the texture of the insole, but I don't even notice it now. In fact, the texture keeps a wet or sweaty foot from slipping around. I thought they were pretty ugly 2 years ago, but notice that now lots of brands are imitating them. I ordered a 1/2 size larger and the fit is perfect. What is especially great is that I have a narrow foot and the way the back of the shoe fits, I NEVER have to worry about my heel slipping out of this sandal. I wore them on an underwater excursion and they are machine washable. I now use these shoes on my treadmill every day, walking 2 miles. They are far more comfortable than my Ecco trainers.

Sports shoes - I bought these to go kayaking in Kauai next month, so far I have only tried them on and walked around the house. I do not know how they perform yet, but they feel super good.

Love Them - I still have comfort after a 12 hour long shift. Great support.

Vegetarians' Delight - As a vegetarian, it is difficult to find sturdy, cool looking sandals with NO LEATHER. Keen's Newport H2 fits the bill. The sturdy lower has good traction and the toe guard protects my toes for easy hiking or biking-- even in the rain.

Wow! They're as great as I'd hoped for! These are wonderful shoes! They are very comfortable and fit my feet like a glove. I've taken long walks in them, worn them to work and even worked out in them. They are a great multi-purpose shoe! They look cool an cute! I've gotten some great comments on them and a lot of people want their own pair now. I saw them in a catalog about four months ago and was tempted to buy them every time I came across them. I have to admit that I thought they were a bit pricey and never brought myself to buying them. However, I found a rationalization to buy them. We're going on a cruise to Alaska and then we'll spend another week on our own traveling the countryside. I really need to be able to cut down on the stuff that I take with me because what I take with me because I'll have to drag the stuff around for over 2 weeks. These sandals provided me with a great answer to this dilemma. Now, I will only have to take two pairs of shoes, a pair of dress shoes for formal night and these shoes for everything else. I will most likely order my husband a pair as well. Zappos provided a great price and wonderful buying experience. I'll be buying more shoes from Zappos!

Good for walking - Very comfortable, good footbed shape and the strap liners are as comfortable as socks. My feet are a bit narrow but they don't slip in the shoe because of the footbed shape and the slight stretch in the straps. Good for wearing around water too. The European size felt true as marked, but the American size felt a half size smaller. If you know your European size order with that.

A great shoe that fit me perfectly from day one. I have a fairly wide foot and the toe box accommodates needed comfort easily. I walked about 3 miles in these shoes the second time I wore them and had no issues. They provide excellent stability and support around your foot. They are a bit chunky looking and certainly don't go with just any attire but are great with casual wear and for outdoor activities.

I am traveling in my Keens. Every time I go through security, TSA guys and gals ask me about the Keens. Don't get me wrong. They don't see a security problem, and there is no metal in the shoe. Nope, TSA officers want to BUY my shoes. I happily tell them about Keens and Zappos. TSA watches shoes all day long. I think they see just how special they are.
