The shoes are well made, but the comfort level is not as good as I had expected. I have owned Teva sandals which I wore till they came apart. The Teva's were extremely comfortable and the fit was perfect. The Keen tends to bind the little toe on each foot somewhat decreasing the comfort level.

Bought these for my husband who has very wide feet for our trip to Kauai. He loves them. So comfortable and broke in quickly.

Outstanding sandals. After 2 seasons of officiating outdoor swim meets and sore feet and back (3 to 4 hours of standing on the concrete pool deck), I asked what sort of shoes to get and many people recommended Keens. So I did some research on the various models and even tried on some pairs in a brick & mortar store. Decided Newports were best suited and ordered from Zappos to get the color I wanted. Wore them on a few walks to break them in and they felt okay. Not the best walking shoe/sandal, but not bad. Then the real test -- first swim meet of the year. 3.5 hours on the pool deck -- no sore back, only minor foot ache that went away after getting off my feet for a few minutes. Mission accomplished. I look forward to wearing my Keens during this swim season. FYI, I got the non-leather version as they dry quicker.

Feels great! Looks great! Very functional and being able to throw them in a washing machine is a great plus. The size does seem to run a bit small and even the Keen website states this as a fact. Other than that, I'd buy another pair without hesitation. I have only had these for a few weeks and do not know yet how they will hold up but they seem sturdy enough.

Got this for my grandson and he loves this sandal/shoe. It is great that the toes are covered and can be used in hiking! I also got a pair for his younger sister and myself. They are very comfortable, but if you are in a half size you need to go up to the whole size.

My boyfriend loved these but made fun of the "waterproof" designation as his feet still got wet. We trekked up Mt. Toubkal in Morocco with these and all over Marrakech. They were extremely comfortable and supportive. The toe protection is great, too!

I took these as my only footwear on a trip to Costa Rica and they worked pretty great. Were very comfortable for hiking and walking around but also perfect for rafting and canyoning. The only warnings I have are (1.) They don't dry super fast, unless you leave them in direct sun it will probably take 8+ hours. Certainly not worse than any normal shoe though. (2.) They tend to get stinky and (3.) look kind of goofy and are a sure way to mark yourself as a tourist, if you care about that sort of thing.

Super service! Less than 24 hour for receiving after order. Sizes truly too small. Never had a pair that does not fit size 11, thus will get 11 1/2. Otherwise, shoes are great!

Fabulous shoe! Provided stability and protection. It is waterproof and very comfortable.

Very cool sandals. This is my first pair of outdoor sandals, and I am very pleased! I got the Rust color, and it's much more pleasing in person, more of a burnt orange. Very cool color. The sandal was a bit heavier than I anticipated, but still very comfortable and solid.

I wore these sandals evryday for two and half weeks in the jungles of Cambodia. They got soaked and dirty but always protected my feet. The only down side was I got a blister under the top strap. I may have been from loosening them all the way to deal with a hot spot.

This is the perfect solution for going from the room to outdoors lunch to the beach to the surf when the sand beneath your feet is a bit rocky and full of shells. They are easy on-off sandals and they protect all the toes, are light-weight and comfortable. Water flows in and out while you are in the surf and they rinse and towel-dry completely when you leave the surf.

These were exactly what I was looking for. My husband needed some shoes for our trip to Costa Rica and I got these the day before we left. Didn't have to break them in. Great shoes!

Great sandals. Comfortable and heavy construction. Run about a half size smaller than Keen shoe sizes. Had to reorder size, but credit and shipping done well.

Great shoes, took on a cruise and felt so good. Right out of the box, ready for lots of walking.

These sandals are great! Bought them for my husband's birthday and they were comfortable right out of the box.

Solid hybrid shoe! Feels light on feet but is able to go off-road and get wet like a Hummer H1.

I love Keen shoes! I have been an a loyal Keen-shoe wearer for at least 8 years. They are the only shoes that I can wear on my daily commute (especially the Paulina Mary Jane), to work, in a river, or while hiking. I honestly don't know what other shoe I would even like to wear that has proven itself so versatile, interesting, and durable.This is why I am so saddened to have to write this review. Keen is not branching out for women above size 11 shoes so I generally have to wear a man's shoe (boring colors and styles). To my dismay, after only 3 months of wear, my new Newport H2 shoe began to fray on the inner ankle.

I'm a repeat customer who has always been very satisfied with Zappos' products. Your Customer Service is superb.

I love these shoes! I have 2 pairs of Keen sandals in my shoe rotation and these are my more casual. Great look and fit.

I bought these for my son. He had these same shoes last year as well. They are wonderful for all activities, water, hiking, biking (because your toes are protected). They wash well and are very durable. They even have a bit of an arch support. Much better footbed for your feet than classic flip flops.

The shoe is simply great. As I age a number of foot problems have cropped up. Morton's Neuroma, the balls of my feet, plantar f, ect. Although I have come to live with the pain that goes along with an extremely active lifestyle, finding the "right" shoes is a constant search. These Keen H2's are great. My go to shoe for the boating season. Of course Zappos is my go to shoe company. Service is unsurpassed! Be sure to order up a size as they do run small and wide. I wear size 10.5 EEE and the 11.5 fits very well.

I bought these for my son to use on a Florida school trip to study marine biology. He loved them and said they were great both in and out of the water. They fit comfortably and were easy for him to take on and off.

These shoes are perfect for hiking, walking on the beach, and even swimming because the front toe guard protects your toes from the rocks. I bought this pair for my husband and bought another for myself for our vacation in Anguilla. We both have wide feet and the shoes fit us both well. They are made well and, like others have said, dry quickly. Love the Keens and even bought another style for casual wear.
