I love the Newport H2! I ordered this exact shoe one year ago and the size 10 fit perfectly, however, I ordered the size 10 this year and it was very tight. So, I ordered a half size up to a 10.5 and it's perfect! Enjoyed them right out of the box. No break-in time! I recommend anyone ordering this style of Keens should order a half-size up. They are very supportive shoes!

Everything is great! The sandals are awesome!

They are great. Very comfortable. And really like that they are waterproof.

Normally wear a 12, bought a 13, fits perfect. Love them.

Bought these for boating/fishing. Have worn once so far and shoe fits great and very comfortable wet or dry.

What happened to the quality?! I've owned three previous pairs of H2's, each lasted at least three years, and this last pair falls apart after only *four months*! The heel strap pulled out of the sole , which got an emergency shoe-goo field repair, and then less than a week after that, the heel loop broke apart. I loved these because I always knew they would fit and last, but after this pair, I don't think I can trust the build quality anymore.

Great looking shoe, seems like good workmanship and material, but, wow, no adjustable back or top strap and very difficult to put on. Impossibly tight despite being the right length and nominally the right size (42 euro/9 US). I've never had that problem in a shoe before.

Fit just as well as last pair of KEEN sandals. Very stiff at first but softening up nicely.

I can't tell you about the true size, width, or arch support because I could not get my foot into it. The ankle strap needs to open. There was not enough stretch to get my foot in. Length & width appeared more than large enough if I could just get my foot in...

This is my third or fourth pair, each lasting several years from constant use. They've always run a half size small, but this time I had to get a full size bigger. Great utility since they can be used as hikers with the strap behind the heel or as sandals with the strap down under the heel. Solid feeling underneath you, but cool for hot days.

I have been wearing Keens for 15 years. Have travelled the world in them. For some reason the last two pairs are too tight. Either you are saving on material or my feet got bigger. My old keens fit fine. Unfortunately their bottom separated from the footwear. So I ordered a new pair. Same size. i think you are saving on material.

I bought these shoes for my husband to wear on our boat. He absolutely LOVES them. He says they are the most comfortable shoe he has. He hates taking them off. They are perfect in every way, and he's hard to please!!

I bought the mens size as the women's keens are too narrow. It is much better if you are close to a wide width. I love the tye dye color. The newport is a classic and I highly recommend it.

So this is my 4th pair of Keens and I absolutely love them. Love the style, durability and the color options as well. For some odd reason this is the first time I had to step up one size in the shoe. I have the same pair in a different color right now and they are an 11. I had to return the 11's to Zappos and I took a chance on a 12 and the 12 fit perfectly. Very odd to me considering it is the same style shoe and they were both made in Mexico. This is the only reason I went with 4 stars on the overall. Thanks to Zappos incredible customer service for the exchange. They are top notch!!! Love, Love, Love my Keens....

I bought these for my husband who has a very high arch. Without the ability to open the heel strap he couldn’t Get his foot in the sandal so they have to be returned. Keens are great overall, but this style didn’t work.

These shoes are like walking on a cloud. They are so comfortable. we bought them to wear on the boat and they are perfect.

These Keens are awesome. I did have to order 1/2 size larger than I have always worn. And they do go on tight, yet, once on they are as comfortable as any footwear you can find. Great to wear for a long period

This shoes always fit and feel great. I had a pair and they broke after 2 months of wearing them. I called Zappos and they sent another pair at no cost. Zappos has the best customer service in retail.

Fit and size are okay. I had previously own a pair of the Keen sandals which lasted for 8-9 years. I bought these almost two years ago and one of them is already ripping around the heel/Achilles section. I use these at the beach and on the river, but not sure why these new Keen's are not as high quality design as my others.

Could not really comment on width or arch support because I could not get my foot fully into the shoe. It was a men's size 7, which is a women's 9, but the back ankle strap has no flexibility to allow a foot (my foot) to enter. The shoes also seemed very heavy, which is unusual in Keens that I've owned in the past. I am sad that they did not fit and had to be returned.
