Seems to run small (length wise)

11.5>Go with 12! Perfect fit!

This is my third pair of Keen H2 Newports. This new pair fits well. Buying from Zappos was quick and easy.

Love wearing Keens

I purchase them for my husband. Originally purchased a size 8.5, but the were a little to tight. I returned them and got him a size 9 and they were perfect. You can't go wring with Keen.

Awesome fit and comfortable! Worth the cost!

The size was as desired and the fit is good. I have not worn these much, since they just arrived yesterday (as promised), but a similar pair has worked well.

I bought these for a trip to the Grand Canyon. They began falling apart on the third day. The sole began coming detached at the heel and the arch support area. I was very disappointed in the quality of this shoe.

Owned an older version that was still going strong after 5+ years until it got attacked by a dog. I typically wear an 11.5 or a 12, depending on size- got the twelve in this shoe and it is somewhat big, but still fits great and very comfortable and sturdy.

This newer design does not open at the top and is really snug. Our son and cannot put these on himself. Very easy yo slip the ankle strap down and take off the shoe

This is my 1st pair of Keens and I love them. The fit, footbed and look are perfect. The shoes feel so solid which is something I have never had to such a level.

Had to exchange for a 13, this is the first sandal/shoe/sneaker that I have not been comfortable in a 12. They are great looking & seem to be durable, hope they last several years.

This is my third pair. My first pair also Newport h2 are 6 years old and I still wear them 3-4 days a week to work and around town. This time I got the solid triple black to wear as "dress shoes". Yeah I love them this much. Could be lighter, yes. My only real request is that Keen please make zero drop sandals but keep the current level of arch support and thickness. Call it "Newport Natural" maybe.

No break in time needed

First, I am very pleased with Zappos's communication and fast delivery. Now on to the fit review. I am a true 10. I have a wide foot, so the sandle felt a little snug. However, full disclosure I tried them on with a pair of footie socks. Possibly without the socks it would fit nicely. Over time they will break in and settle to my foot. On the arch support, it is too early in my assessment to issue an opinion. I may follow up with another review after some sustained wear. Overall I am very satisfied. I own other Keen products, they are very well built and I would order these again.

I wear an 11 and 1/2. Tried an 11 first, but they were too small. The 12's fit.

I purchased the same style/size that I bought for my husband several years ago-that he still can wear. He could not get these on his feet.

I ordered these for my husband who normally wears a size 14 narrow. The size 14 was too wide & long for him. I ordered a size 13 and those fit much better. Returning the size 14 keeping the size 13. Thank you Zappos!

These Keen Newport H2's are as expected -- comfortable and very well made. The design should prevent any slipping off when in the water (I expect to use them for fishing, but haven't tried it yet).

My husband loved these shoes. They seemed to have better arch support than some of his other Keens.

The shoe was tight across the instep.
