Calling it quits with Naot. I purchased my fourth pair of Kayla sandals. I had to have the velcro on pair #3 replaced after wearing them only 3 or 4 times. The velcro no longer stayed attached, and the leather stretched enormously. Thinking that pair #3 may have been a lemon, I purchased pair #4. The velcro has again failed. I have lost faith in Naot quality.

The straps on the left shoe are far longer than the straps on the right shoe. They are not wearable.

I usually wear an 11M and this shoe fit almost like 10 narrow. Yet a different Naot style in size 11 was too big. Isn't consistency supposed to be part of quality? I will have to return these.

These arrived in a blank box, rather than the usual NAOT box. There was some excess glue on one of the insteps which rubbed my foot. There also seemed to be some defect on both of the foot beds. I have had and worn out several pairs of Naot Kayla sandals. Were these a reject from somewhere?

Very, very narrow toe base. I have several pairs of Naots and have not had this happen before.

I have this shoe in black and love it, so ordered in Rumba leather. The Rumba color appears as a matte burgundy leather on the website. It is, however a very light bright orange patent leather! I actually wonder if I got the wrong color but don't see anything else like it. Very disappointing and misleading.

I was disappointed with this shoe, especially given all the positive reviews. I don't know if it is because I got a defective pair, but after only about 10 wears, the cork insole has completely broken down so it doesn't offer stable support for my feet (I pronate and the insole has worn down inwards making my feet turn in). I have never had this happen with other shoes, especially so quickly. I was willing to sacrifice some style for comfort, but now the shoes are unwearable.

I am returning this with real regret. I hadn't worn them yet, but in the week since I bought them I'd worn two other pairs, in different colors. Both have stretched out so much, in about half a summer, that they're too big. I used to wear Naot Kayla for two summers before they needed to be replaced. Longing for the original quality.

I am finding that this style of sandals are running much smaller than anticipated. I had to change the size 8 for a 9 and the 9 is still a bit tight. I wondered if they were manufactured the wrong way? I own another pair which is at least 5 years and never had that problem. I am now going to try the zise 10

Have worn NAOT sandals for over 10 years...disappointed this foot bed is not the same. Impossible for me to wear.

So disappointed! I used to order this sandal every summer and I loved them! They used to be perfect. However-- Naot seemed to change the style or the type of fabrics used to make the shoe. The sole is now really stiff and uncomfortable and the straps are also really stiff and dig into my toes and skin. I now have blisters on the sides of my big toes after wearing them once. Really sad--as they are so pretty!

I find that Naot is very unreliable as to sizes. I always take an 11 with no problem. I tried Naot's Melissa, on in a shoe store in an 11, but it was too small. They had nothing larger. Zappos had this style, Kayla, in a larger size, so I ordered it. This, in the larger size is smaller than the Melissa was. No more Naot for me. Too much trouble. Sizes from the same brand of shoe should run the same in my opinion.

I am so disappointed. I normally wear Size 41 in Naots. These shoes are extremely narrow and about a half size shorter. There is not much support the way straps are designed. I am also disappointed that the insoles are not removable.

Was really looking forward to a new sandal and one from a new brand that I was not familiar with. I didn't even have to take the sandal out of the box to know that it was going to run at least a size too small. I was correct. I wear a 10.5 size in all other brands, but because of the reviews, I ordered up to an 11. Well, that was still too small in this sandal. I have a narrow to medium width foot, but this sandal was too narrow for me. In closing, I would also like to say that compared to Birkenstock and Mephisto, the quality of leather of this sandal was not up to parr. I hate to say this, but altogether, this sandal looked cheap and certainly not indicative of the price. I will be going back to the brands that I know. Thank goodness that Zappos is superb about taking purchases back. Can't say enough good things about Zappos' service.

These are super narrow. don't even bother buying them unless you have narrow feet, seriously. I loved the feeling, they would have been comfortable if they were Normal width.

The Velcro on these sandals failed after wearing them twice, and they no longer stay on my feet. I have purchased many Naot shoes and sandals in the past (including three pairs of Kaylas). I have found the quality of Naot sandals to be increasingly unsatisfactory. Zappos refused to accept the return of this defective product because the shoes had been worn, and the customer service representative even had a very unpleasant attitude! I am extremely disappointed in both Naot and in Zappos.

These are comfortable, attractive shoes - if only they had stayed that way! Within a month or two, and I do not wear them everyday, the straps became so loose that my feet are constantly sliding off of them. This often causes my feet to tip off the shoes, an accident waiting to happen. I have written to the manufacturer, but no response.

Naot changed the size of this sandal. Previously, I took an 8--now the 8 is too short. The 9 I ordered has front straps that are much too long--I've had to pad the shoe, but it's still not comfortable. Naot made a mistake changing the length/straps on Kayla...

I usually love Naot sandals, but these are different. The soles and support still feel good, but the straps are cheaply made, thin, without strength. After one week of wearing, my foot slacks forward over the toebed. The ankle and heel straps should provide the strongest support and they do not. Not even decent quality patent leather. I have returned all the Naot sandals that I purchased this year!

I have worn NOATS in the past, but now they seem to have a very narrow and shorter foot bed than my old ones. Very sad, found them very comfortable, but I wear a 10-1/2 and have gone to a 12 and still don't fit properly.

I am returning these shoes. Was disappointed as I have 4 pairs of Pamela which are perfect. Kayla foot base (39) is good but straps are unstructured and too loose.

These are comfortable walking shoes with nice support (and good for narrow feet) but be warned -- after just one brief wear they dyed my feet with large black stripes. I'm really disappointed! If you buy these shoes, make sure you buy a light color! Otherwise you'll have zebra feet by the end of the day.

I have bought this sandal twice before and this is the first time they hurt. Underneath the straps are very rough. The part that rubs against the foot. I have 2 blisters. I should have sent them back but by then I had worn them several times.

I love the shoe for comfort and style; however, I bought them July 16. It is now September 5 and they look at least 1 year old. Is it because I wore them every day, maybe, but I would think a shoe that cost this much should last longer. I am really disappointed. Is it too late to return, probably.
