There was not enough arch support and they were stiff to walk in. I did not want to pay for something that was not comfortable out of the box. A buckle instead of the flimsy velcrow would be better for stability.

One of the sandals had a large noticeable tan blotch (it looked like paint) on one of the straps. I excepted higher quality for a sandal that cost this much. The foot straps were also loose on my foot and I think, over time, the sandals wouldn’t have felt very secure when walking. I wish the foot straps were adjustable. They are going back and my search for a good summer sandal continues.

I have purchased Naots for years and loved them! I ordered a few pairs of Naots with the intention of keeping all of them. None of them fit!! I even ordered a few wide pairs as I know Naots run narrow. I put a pair of my existing Naot sandals (standard width) next to the new pair in the same size except the new pair was in a wide. The new sandal was one full inch narrower at the instep and the rest of the shoe was 1/2" narrower!! The length was also 3/4" shorter!! I am so disappointed. Since I wear an 11, and this is the largest size they sell, I will no longer be able to wear Naot brand shoes/sandals.

The shoes had been worn before. There was a piece of paper in the packaging that had nothing to do with the shoes. It was exercise instructions? The box was also stained and mangled.

Well... I know know that I will never order shoes from this company again. Their sizes are European sizes...44...which they say is a 13...but it is more like an 11 or 12. European sizes run SMALL!!!! So I can take NAOT OFF THE LIST!!! SORRY!!!! Im very SAD!!! THANK GOD FOR ZAPPOS!!! and Their FREE RETURN POLICY!!!

The edges of the leather strap are unfinished and rub uncomfortably. The sole is very hard.

Very cute but ran at least a full size smaller than marked.

This shoe runs smaller than size listed. I bought two shoes with my last order and they BOTH ran smaller. How can I trust Zappos moving forward??

I received a used pair! I could see the previous person's foot imprint in the foot bed and the blue leather was tainted, looked worn. I am surprised at the packaging as well. The shoes were shipped in a bag, no box! I expected more from Zappos, being a long time customer. Poor Quality.

I loved these shoes and have been a faithful Naot customer for years-- they had never failed me with heavy walking for travel until now. BEWARE. These shoes do not offer proper ankle support. I think they are too narrow in the bed and loose with the heel strap so the foot can slip/roll off the bed unexpectedly no matter how tight the top strap is velcroed (in fact, I got bruises on the tops of my feet trying to make sure these were secure). By the third time I had twisted my ankle walking in these, I realized I should not be putting myself in danger with these shoes . (The third slip was a doozy--now I'm left with my very first sprained ankle and medical boot three weeks before an international trip as a result-- *sigh*). So sad. (One star b/c the arch works well and no troubles with plantar fasciitis...that part was super comfy- but not worth the sprained ankle unfortunately).

The shoe fit perfectly and felt like it would be very comfortable but the quality was not what I expected for the price. Retuned

Very ugly and clompy sandals

Shoes stretch out immediately After wearing in my house for just 2 days, the straps have really loosened to the point where I don’t feel safe in them because my foot rolls around. Wish I had bought them at Nordstrom’s where I could return them. Love other shoes in this brand, but sadly not these.

Another tale of a manufacturer racing to the bottom with quality. I have owned and loved these Naot Kayla sandals for years. This was my third pair. I did not even try them on. They were smaller and narrower than the pair I have now - yet labeled as the same exact style and size. ( 9 US / 40 EU - medium width) In addition to the size which was obviously not as advertised, the quality of the leather was very poor compared to the pair I have now. Would give zero stars if that was an option. Now I need to find a decent pair of sandals, these are going back immediately.

POOR QUALITY CONTROL: To say "felt full size smaller" or "narrower" isn't fully accurate because the right shoe was a felt perfect, but the left shoe was too small (my feet are not two different widths). The was a visible discrepancy in the fit from the left side to the right. I slipped on the right side and it was a perfect fit. The length of the foot bed and the width felt great. Then I put on the left side and it was visibly snug. I was puzzled so I used a tape measure the straps and found the straps across the toes on the left shoe are are a full 1/2" shorter in length compared to the right sandal. How can that happen? That is a huge difference in length for a strap. This was really disappointing given the price point this brand. The metallic is so pretty and would have been the perfect vacation/walking shoe but also could be a little dressy because of the metallic finish. Unfortunately both pairs will be returned. So sad.

Hard bottom no cushion.

I have received two left shoes in two different colors. What more can I say I have received two left shoes in two different colors. Guess the joke is on me.

Fit was good, the color was not right for me.

I loved the shoes and have always found the Naot footbed to be very comfortable but they arrived damaged/scratched and so had to return them. Unfortunately no more were available in my size. Disappointed in lack of quality control!!

The shoes were a little shorter than other size 11 Naot sandals I have and the toes of one foot were almost over the front of the shoe. The style was clunky and not flattering. I have 4 pairs of the Madison sandal that I love - these weren't anywhere near as attractive on.

I've owned two pairs, brown and black. Both pairs started out great, but eventually the back strap stretches and no amount of velcro adjusting prevents it from being loose and annoying. Sadly, these will be given to a clothing closet and I won't purchase again.

The ankle strap tabs don’t match up.

I have this sandal in several different colors and love it. Although I usually wear a size (38) 7, I size down to a 37 (6) in this sandal which puts the arch in just the right spot and keeps me from sliding around in the sandal.

Returned them as they were a pink color, not red.
