This shoe is indeed much cuter on than it is in the photos! So glad that Naot marks their shoe lines as having width narrower than medium, wider than medium, etc., or I would have missed out on this lovely shoe - since the forefoot straps are not adjustable I would have skipped it entirely (my feet are very narrow and bony so it is hard to find a comfortable sandal which fits well). These fit as if they were made for me and are very comfortable with fantastic arch support. I am a genuine 10.5 size but the 42 fit me perfectly, a size which is usually too large for me. If you have narrow feet, give this shoe a try. I was so pleasantly surprised how cute, comfortable, and truly supportive it turned out to be.

My first pair of Naots. Cute shoe; love the copper leather color. I've worn them twice now. The info says it runs narrow to medium but I think I would go with medium because the straps may be just a bit loose on my foot. My toes go right to the end of the size 36, but the strap around my heel doesn't touch. The shoe was very comfortable right out of the box BUT the arch support doesn't measure up to my Chacos.

I'm typically either a 39 or a 40 and for this shoe, I bought the 40 and it was just a tiny bit too small. I like the shoe. I think it would be comfortable if it fit, but it is going back due to fit. I suppose I could order the 41 and see if it works, but I'm not totally in love with it so I think I'll pass.

My favorite summer sandal, I can wear all day, every day! That said, I had to do a bit of a hack. I got the regular width, which fits perfectly, but I have very narrow ankles. I had to add some extra velcro to get the straps tight enough. A bit of a pain, but I know I'm unique and was just so glad to find such a comfortable sandal!

The shoe was wonderful, but the size was too large. I am a size 4 and their size 4 was more like a size 5. Very disappointed that they don't come in a size 3 so that I could exchange them to fit.

Runs super small...I wear a 12 and my toes are hanging over (which never happens). Unfortunately they don't make a 12.5 but I am going to try the 13. This big foot has a hard time finding comfortable, stylish shoes. Fingers crossed!

Love, love, love Naot's cork soles. Have several pairs, including a couple of Kayla's. However, I wish wish wish all the straps were more adjustable because they stretch out against the relative rigidity of the sole pretty quickly. What feels a perfect fit at the beginning of the season starts to feel a little sloppy after months of frequent wear.

These are cute shoes, the color was exactly as shown and they are super comfortable. Unfortunately, they have to go back because they are too wide. I have ordered several pairs of Noat sandals searching for ones that are narrow enough for my just-slightly-narrower-than-M width feet, to no avail. I should also note that Noat shoes are generally shorter than other Euro sized shoes, so I would recommend ordering up a size. Thank goodness Zappos is so easy to order from and return to.

These were marvelous at the beginning, like walking on the proverbial cloud with plenty of arch support. I liked the adjustment strap across the arch. Unfortunately, after awhile the cork footbed compressed, so that the front part of the sandal (under the two front straps) was too high and the whole thing flopped. No shoemaker could fix it. I have other Naots and haven't worn them long enough to see if the cork compression is inherent in the design.

These Naots are great walking sandals. True to size. I've had several pairs, and after walking summers in NYC, they do tend to stretch a bit, which can be dicey. But they are quite comfy, and if you don't walk 10 miles a day, they are great.

I have an arch problem with my foot and find it difficult to find a shoe that looks good and feels good also. Kayla black patent looks dressy enough for good wear and comfortable enough for every day. I am very satisfied with this shoe and could only find it on Zappos. Their service is extraordinary.

These are the only shoes I have been able to wear comfortably after having had plantar fasciitis. My only complaints are these: They get dirty and stained and do not easily clean up. I wish they would manufacture these lighter colors in leather, so they could be kept clean and polished.

I have 2 Naot sandals, one an identical style in a different color and in both those pairs of sandals, I comfortably wear a size 36. This one, however, does not fit the same way and is definitely too small. It is a lovely sandal but it would be nice to have consistent sizing within a brand.

I wasn't too sure about these, especially after reading reviews that said they ran small. I ordered the last of the biggest size and they do fit fine. Whew. Although my toes are at the absolute end of the shoe. But they're comfortable and stylish and okay for walking. Also very easy to put on, unlike sandals with little buckles.

This is narrower than other Naot shoes I wear. Otherwise, it's a super product. A larger size would only be too long.

I could wear these sandals all day, every day. Well, actually, I do. They are incredibly comfortable and I can walk in them for hours. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars across the board is because the leather straps have stretched and so now they are a bit loose. I can still wear them comfortably around the house, going to the store, home from the gym and so forth, but I can't walk on trails with them because my foot slips. I do not have narrow feet - my toes are wide and heels are narrow - so the looseness could be a real problem for someone with narrow feet. Otherwise, they are the perfect walk everywhere sandal. Naot! Please fix the leather issue.

I have 2 pairs of Kayla sandals and am about to order a 3rd pair. I wear my clothes and shoes for a long time so this classic is very important. I agree that they run short, which is completely silly coming from someone who has a hard time finding small shoes! I do want to mention that the suede foot bed does encourage growth of bugs that cause itchy feet, so I keep antiseptic powder close by when I wear these sandals year after year. They are such wonderfully comfortable shoes, and so versatile, I will not be discouraged from buying them again and again and again. Yeah for Naots!

Cute shoes and would be comfortable except it appears Naot sandals run narrow. I normally wear a B width, and these were too narrow.

Great sandal overall however, a couple of cautions; they do run narrow and the back strap around my heel is quite loose, hanging down to the base of my heel as I walk. I'm hoping I can have it fixed. Otherwise a very comfortable shoe.

Beautiful and comfortable sandal! But it fits narrower than other Naots that I've tried, so I need to return it. I wish Naot made more sandals in size 43. Naots tend to run small, and without size 43, those of us who wear size 11 U.S. are cut out. The Kayla is one of the few Naots available in size 43. I'm really bummed that it's so narrow!

First, i have to say, I LOVE these sandals but I had such a hard time getting the right fit -- length wise. Ordered my regular size (10/41) and it was too short. Ordered the next size (11/42) and couldn't tell any difference. Then I got a 12/43 and finally -- it was perfect. Two sizes bigger than I usually wear with made in USA shoes.

Great looking shoes, feel good on feet. May have to return though, just does not feel quite wide enough. Will have to see, will wear around house tomorrow.

I bought a pair of these shoes in 2006, and wore them until the fall of 2011, when the sole became so worn down that I thought it warranted either a re-soling, or just buying a new pair. So, I bought a replacement pair in the spring of 2012. The sole is in great condition, but the velcro is about worn out already -- it started bothering me in July and now, on September 2, is getting pretty bad. My pair must just be a dud because the previous pair I wore for almost 6 years before they began to get worn out.

These are the most comfortable shoes I have ! The only problem I have is that since I have a narrow foot, the straps at the ankle seem to be a little longer than I need, but that is a minor problem.

These are a very comfortable shoes, with excellent arch support. However, all the reviews for this and other Naot styles said they run small in length, so I ordered up one size from the 8 I always wear. The 9 is too big, too wide, and just a little too long. Too bad they do not make half sizes. Also, the red pepper color is much darker than in the photograph. I was thinking cayenne, which is the impression the photo gives, not the color of chili pepper powder, which is closer to their actual color. I have tried 8 in other Naots and am sticking with that. Yes, it could be ¼" longer but the 8 looks fine, is comfortable and the width of the straps fits better than the 9.
