With a heavy heart I have to return these. I own several pairs of Naot sandals and have always loved them. Based on user reviews that these run a bit small, I ordered a 43 instead of my usual 42. I took them out for a test drive tonight while walking the dogs and after 20 minutes found I was starting to develop blisters on the undersides of my little toes. Why? The footbed is too narrow there and my little piggies hang over the edge. Even ordering one size up, I found the footbed to be almost too short, yet the uppers were extremely comfortable. When I got home I grabbed an old Naot of another style and compared the two footbeds side-by-side; the one on the Kayla is 1/4" narrower, which is why my little toes were hanging off the edge and started blistering. I wish there were a way to confirm actual footbed size; now I am afraid to order Naot online.

These are a nice looking shoe and comfortable, just a little narrow for my foot. The color I ordered I thought was a beige/tan, however, it had a white type of film on it that I didn't expect.

Inside of the shoe rubbed my foot. Probably exchange for same shoe because otherwise it was so comfortable and great looking in this color!

I have a difficult time finding comfortable shoes and especially sandals. These were reasonably comfortable and I was able to wear them for 2 - 3 hours at a time. However, I do feel they are over-priced for the style and construction.

I wear 10M US and 41 EU on the nose. These are the first Naots that I have tried, first comfort-anything that I have tried. They are very narrow and toe box is quite short. I am going to try 42 UE and see how I do.

Though I did not get the color I ordered, I wound up keeping the sandals anyway because of their great fit -- and so comfortable!

I ordered several pair of Naot sandals/slides as I'd had raves from friends and wanted for a trip to Italy. Unfortunately these were a tad too short - yet don't think I could go larger as they are too wide for my narrow foot. Otherwise very light weight, and cute in patent.

Really light, cute and comfy walking shoe, which is what I was looking for. I got this shoe in Metal Leather. The color is a little more gold tinted than the photo, but I'm okay with it. Also, the shoe is slightly narrow, as mentioned in other comments I read, but leather tends to stretch and loosen a bit over time, so I am not worried about either. All in all pleased with my purchase.

This shoe feels great on the foot although at times I wonder if it's too snug on me. I do feel the arch support which feels a little different from the Dansko shoes I usually wear. The straps are very light on the foot and I do like the Velcro on them which makes them adjustable. This is my first pair of Naot shoes so, so far, so good.

Very cute sandal but not comfortable on my feet. I have had 3 foot surgeries and have flat feet, so comfortable shoes are difficult to find. I usually wear Dansko shoes and sandals, but I have been wearing the Naot Rome for over 10 years ( on my second pair now.) The Rome is the MOST comfortable sandal or shoe I have ever worn, a several mile walk is no problem at all in those, and my feet never hurt at all. I had hoped that the Kayla would be similar, but the footbed was so narrow that it hurt every time I took a step. For someone with a narrow foot, these would be wonderful sandals! Meanwhile, I will keep wearing my Naot Romes, they are AMAZING and I wish that they would make them in white. Thank you Zappos for your excellent service to all of us hard to please customers!!

These fit my feet well and accommodate my bunions. The leather is soft, but the result is the strap is stretching that has the Velcro closure. I will have to take it to a repair service to get is repaired. My feet are narrow and ankles are skinny. I went up a size, the fit was okay.

Oops, I just wrote a review and goofed in stating the sizing issue. I'm a true 5.5 and the site recommended buying a Euro size 37 (not 36 as I cited in my last review). The 37 was way too big, so I reverted to a Euro size 36 and all is well. These sandals are really comfortable and the red leather ones look great.

I bought this sandal in both Biscuit and Red and overall it's very comfy and cute, but two things you should know. The biscuit color has the distressed leather look, which I'm not a fan of and am returning. And the sizing is tricky. I wear a true 5.5 and it was recommended I buy a Euro size 36, which was way too big. I went down to the Euro equivalent of a 5 (35) and they fit fine. Overall a lovely and comfy sandal.

Super great lite purple. Used to wear kayla, but now have foot problems and I guess the naot arch is (sadly) not enough for me now. Birkenstocks seem to be all that works. Wish US sellers sold the cute Birk colors that they have in Europe.

I need a pair of red sandals. So hard to find! And I want something comfortable. Even harder to find. These were ok. Supposed to be comfortable, once you break them in. They were cute, but not as cute as I hoped for the price. I am returning them.

I have loved Nato since my very first pair 9 years ago. I have noticed some of the shoes have a strap that goes at an angle, this style does not fit well on my foot. the strap rubs on the side of my foot. The sandal Kayle seems a bit loose of my foot.

I wanted to like these but had to return them. My feet are normally a B width, but these were much too narrow for my feet.

I purchased this sandal in Shiny Gold which is a great color, a little bit like rose gold and it nearly disappears against the skin. I am returning this sandal because the front straps were too wide on my feet and because the Velcro closure was too casual. I was looking for something that looked a little less like a sport sandal. This is cute and sort of "earthy" but the width of the straps against my foot just made it look sloppy with the extra space. My feet are slightly narrow so I wouldn't say that this shoe runs wide but it is not suitable for a narrow foot. The footbed feels very soft and comfortable and this shoe seems like it would be very well suited to all-day wear.

I like these sandals, and they are fairly comfortable, but I find them a little tight on the foot, and I have narrow feet. They are okay, not great, so I have to give them a four overall.

Unfortunately I had to return these since they were too small. I think they would have been comfortable had I been able to fit my foot. I am usually a 9N. The 40 in this shoe was tight. My narrow foot fell of the sides and my longer left foot (the 9 - my right foot is more like an 8.5) went over the toe and almost stuck out the back as well. I was not thrilled with the style and thought the Pamela would look cuter. But, alas, the 41 in the Pamela was really wide in the toe area (hardly touched my foot). I'm like another reviewer...just don't think there is a size in this brand that fits me...Guess I'll give it up...

Ordered these in bronze, which is an incredibly versatile and low-key color. Looks great with jeans and dresses; surprisingly stylish. Footbed is absolutely heavenly, which is why I was so bummed out that they were a smidge too narrow. My feet are not wide, but I have a low arch and my foot was spreading a bit too much into the instep of the sandal, where the arch support was - I could tell it would start to rub and be uncomfortable after walking for a while. I was very sad to have to send them back. If you have narrow feet, these will be glorious for you. The Kayla is one of Naot's best-selling styles so I wish they made them in 2 width choices for us middle-of-the-road people!

Looking for the perfect sandal for an upcoming trip. Ordered several sizes and styles of Naot sandals. They are just not working out for my skinny bunion, flat feet. The 38 is just a tad short and the 39 way too big. The leather of the Embossed buffalo is stiffer than the Copper leather which I liked. The middle strap is way too big for my foot and sticks up. Theya re going back.

The material used to make this sandal is minimal, however, you are paying for comfort and style. The shoe is the lightest and most secure. The straps are in the right place to support your ankle. And, the gold matches practically everything in your wardrobe. I often forget that I have them on. Psss... wish they were in my budget. I would have one in every color.

Love these. The biscuit color is my second pair. I have a tendency to get plantar fasciitis and walking in these really help! The ankle strap stretches out after a few weeks but my local shoe repair shop adds a little Velcro and they are good to go.

I have two pairs to Naot Kaylas in size 39. They are several years old, so probably the straps stretched out, but the sole/base on my newly purchased pair is at least 1/2 inch shorter than my previous pairs. The straps are quite a bit tighter but I think that they will stretch out and soften somewhat. But the length of the sole is a problem. Either it was mis-marked or changed. I've ordered an exchange and hope the next size up works as I really love these shoes. I've worn them everywhere when I have a lot of walking.
