I have these in copper and they go with everything! They are my go-to travel sandal, BUT I hate that the straps are loose and my foot flops around in the sandal. I have a narrow heel and the looseness is especially bad in the ankle area. I took then to a cobbler and he said there is not fix. So I love the comfort and color, but don't think I'll buy another. I will have to look for a 3 strap sandal like the Aravon Katy, even though it looks pretty geriatric.

I typically wear a narrow, but can sometimes wear a medium depending on the style. The straps were much too wide for my foot. In my opinion, it's a generous medium size.

These are the BEST. I struggle with plantar fasciitis and painful heel spurs which have caused such pain at times that I have been forced to stop any unnecessary walking, which is so hard to do because of my work and my love of travel and outdoor activities. So many shoes and sandals just add to the pain or exacerbate my heel spurs. I have tried many comfort shoes that have not worked and was hesitant to buy these because of the price but they have literally saved me! We took a trip to Germany and Austria last summer and walked up to 9 miles each day. My heel spurs never hurt! We did the same thing in Paris this summer and I took 2 pairs of these - the black and metallic. These literally go with everything and look great. I want comfort AND style and these are perfect. Now I'm ordering Naot winter boots and shoes so I'll have them year round and hopefully manage my heel spurs without surgery. Thank you Naot and Zappos for the wonderful shipping and customer service policies!

This is a really well made shoe and I like the design and fit but unfortunately the straps were just a little too wide and rubbed on my back ankles awkwardly. I ordered the 40 which is a 9 but seemed more like an 8 1/2

I have a normal to wide foot. I ordered my regular size and found them too narrow and a bit short. I ordered the next size up and they fit much better in both length and width. I like the cushioning they provide. I also like the velcro closure.

These sandals are comfortable right out of the box and fit my narrow feet well. I do wish the velcro strip was a bit longer so that the strap that crosses over the top didn't stick out (just a bit). They look good with casual pants or shorts or skirts. They fit true to size.

This shoe is better looking on than in the pictures, but I found these run small. In other brands with euro sizing, I am pretty consistently a 43, sometimes a 42. I took a 44 in these shoes. I measured the length because the 44s did not seem much longer than the 43s. I found the 43s ran 11"/28 cm; the 44s ran 11.5"/29 cm. I think the way the foot bed curves at the edges makes them feel smaller than they are. If I keep them , I will keep the 44s, but I am still considering. I like the look of other sandals much better, but they don't come in my size. Unfortunately, with my size the selection is limited.

I just got these shoes in the mail yesterday. My ideal shoe size is an 11 1/2 but have to purchase a 12 in most cases since half sizes don't really exist in the land of big feet. I ordered the 12 (43) in this shoe and they are definitely too short. Have sent them back for the 13 (44). I have never in my life worn a size 13, so make sure to order a full size up on this shoe. With that said, the shoe seems very comfortable and I really like the look of them. I'm 46 and struggle to find shoes big enough and comfortable that don't look like a 'grandma shoe'. These were 'approved by my teen daughter.

I have several pair of Kaylas. Other than my Brooks Addiction Walkers with Walking Company Orthotics, these are my go to shoes. I love the cork footbeds that are Naot's signature. I have a very flat foot, and the arch is strong for me. My foot is also low volume, so as the leather stretches a little across the front of the foot, I add foot petals to the footbed for a more secure fit. I wear a size 10 in Aravon, a 10.5 narrow in Brooks, and the 41 in these sandals is just barely long enough for me. This was the reason I only gave 4 stars overall. I am afraid to go up a size as this would make them too loose across the instep. I have extremely difficult feet to fit, but these are darn near close to perfect.

These are very comfortable and also quite pretty sandals. They go well with jeans and shorts. My one issue is the large, prominent "NAOT" stamped on the strap, which shows up comparatively light in the photos on this site. It is extremely ugly and I'm glad I don't see it from the top, though others can see it when I sit. Hoping to lighten it somewhat with nail polish remover.

I ordered a 39 and should have ordered a size up as recommended by other reviews. This is truly a narrow shoe that almost fit my 8 1/2 AA foot, (my long toe did not have enough room). Beautiful construction leather and color.

Very comfortable. They have a slightly clunky look but not as bad as other comfortable sandals. I wore them for the first time for a full day at graduation activities in the heat and they were great.

Great looking shoe, and comfortable. However, I wear a US size 11, or European 42. Based on the reviews I ordered a 43. I have a medium width and these were fine for me( I even have a bone issue on the right and they were plenty wide for my foot. I had to send the shoe back because my toes still came over the edge enough to make me feel they were too short. I needed them for Europe and 12 hour walking days in Italy. That would not have worked with these shoes. If I had time I would have ordered up a half size if it was available.

I thought I would save others with similar feet to mine the trouble of ordering and returning for a poor fit. My feet are narrow and low volume. Despite others' comments that this shoe runs narrow (and the actual width fits well), it is still too roomy, volume-wise, for my type of foot. Also, I wear a size 9 1/2, ordered a 41, and my toes are right at the end of the shoe.

These shoes are so cute and so comfortable! Perfect for my upcoming trip to Europe where I'll be doing a lot of walking. After ordering several different colors I decided on the stone nubuck because it goes with everything and can be dressed up or down. I walk a lot and have plantar fasciitis so need something with a lot of support. I've worn these shoes almost every day for the past 2 weeks and only have one complaint which is why I'm going with 4 stars instead of 5 - they are already starting to come apart where the back strap meets the velcro strap! Disappointing considering the price. I may try and reinforce them myself with a needle and thread. I was hoping they'd get me through this summer and more.

Great sandals, comfortable but good looking, good quality and unique color. Your everyday go to summer sandal, goes with pants, skirts, crops, you name it. I am an 8 and 1/2 and the 9 fits well.

These are my go to sandals for many years now, I must have owned ten pairs. They have helped me through heel spurs, plantar fasciitis, general achy feet. The cork sole is their saving grace. They are narrow, so if you have wider feet don't buy any of the patent ones or harder leather versions since they don't stretch as well. The regular leather, most of the styles, stretches out pretty quickly especially if you get caught in the rain or take it into a shoe repair shop. The stretchy part is also a negative since they do loosen up maybe too much over time. I also order a half size larger than I would normally wear so that my outside toes don't hang over the edge of the shoe since they are tapered for a narrow foot. Sounds like a lot of negatives but I haven't found anything as comfortable that has the same support, shock absorbing soles and simple, clean style.

I have been wearing Naot's Kayla for years, and really like it. However, I'm finding that the this pair's straps on the ball of the foot (bottom two) are a little narrow. It's too bad they're not adjustable, which would solve the problem. I'm hoping that, even though the leather is hard, the straps will eventually stretch out. Also, the leather on the side edges isn't finished well (a problem on shoes of this model). Naot should file the edges so that the leather finish is smooth. These minor improvements would make for a perfect shoe.

I have other Naots so I knew to size up. Perfect fit. The back strap is a little lose, I have a narrow heal. I hope the leather doesn't stretch because that could become a problem. The front width is a little narrower that usual but that is perfect for me. Very comfortable.

I can see why there are so many positive reviews for the Kayla: the straps are very well-located, on either side of my bunions, it has very good arch support, and feels very comfortable as soon as one puts them on. The front straps are not lined, at least on the "Metal" finish Kayla: this is one reason the straps are comfortable to begin with, as they don't require breaking in. A few comments: I thought from the photos that the front straps were lined. I thought the "metal" color was more black with silver, but in person, it appears more like a slight gold sheen under the black. the finish quality of the leather seems quite uneven to me on this pair, with some streaking in places, which I did not see in any photo. This gives it a casual appearance. I may be happier with the patent black finish, for a slightly more polished look (even if the sandal's style overall is casual). The front straps on my left sandal are wider than those of my right sandal: odd, as my left foot is a good bit larger than my right, so there is a noticeable width difference from R to L. My pair is running slightly smaller than an average 37, but they still fit me.

These sandals are very comfortable right out of the box. They do run large, but with the adjustable straps I can get by and, despite the extra length, it does not affect how the shoes feel. The treatment of the leather gives them almost a pearlescent look, even though it is not dressing these very casual sandals up just a notch.

This is my third pair of Kaylas in the metallic color. They are great summer sandals that go with anything. I have lots of feet issues (RA, bunions, hallux limitus) and this shoe works well for them. The top leather straps do tend to stretch making them loose and the tread wears down quicker than a Birk or other Naots I own. I will be buying my fourth pair next summer.

I have a AA narrow foot and amazingly these sandals were narrow enough. However, they do run short so I exchanged for one size up. The problem is the footbed does not conform to my long toes.

I am generally happy with these shoes. I have plantar fasciitis right now and wearing flip flops wasn't good for me. They are comfortable, and don't look too old lady-ish. I'm not a fan of velcro, but I knew what I was getting from the description given. The biscuit leather is a good color for summer. It's not easy to see, but it is distressed/ antiqued leather. I wish it was not, but it's not terrible. My feet still hurt, but it's better.

This is a gorgeous, comfortable shoe, great for the office. It is comfortable like a slipper! However, I find that Naot runs a bit small and narrow. For a person with a size 11 foot, this is a problem. I ordered a size up, and it is good enough.
