I ordered the color Metal, and while the image showed a dark silvery almost pewter like color which is what i wanted, the actual color has gold/bronze tone to it, and coloring was uneven and splotchy almost like fingerprints in some spots removed the coloring from the leather. So, they're going back and I'll look for another color. Size up at least 1/2 size based on other reviews. Comfortable footbed. Look forward to finally getting a pair I can keep!

These sandals were very comfortable and liked the looks but they run a little narrow. I wear an 8 and ordered 39. It wouldn't hurt if they were just a tad longer but could have gotten by with the length but the width would not work after wearing them.

I wore these at work, and even after doing my 5 minutes walk around the place, I still felt like the shoes held up and did not hurt my feet. I do have mild tendonitis so it while it is not enough arch support, I know these are great for when my feet are feeling good. The style is great and with the velcro straps, I can securely strap in my narrow heels perfectly.

This is a lovely Naot style and I certainly wanted it to work. I own at least 10 pairs of Naot sandals that I've had for years - even another color in the Kayla. But after ordering two pairs of this one, the front straps(which are not adjustable)were either just right on one and then too loose on the other. It also runs a bit short(I wear a 39) and to go up a size would probably be too big on my smaller foot. I may order another pair since Zappos is so great about returns just to see if I can get a matching pair that fits right. Hope you find one!

I had to return this sandal in exchange for wide width. the style is versatile and comfy for all day standing.

These are very cute and comfortable. Unfortunately the nubuck on the ones I received didn't look clean. I tried to rub what was a kind of discolored spot to see if it helped and it made it worse. Since the ones I ordered are light colored, they look a little tacky with a spot right on top, so I'm returning them. I'll probably reorder, but unfortunately, we're leaving on vacation today--I was so hoping to wear them on the trip! It will have to wait till I get home. I hope that nubuck isn't like that--prone to discoloration.

My first pair of Naot shoes they are very comfortable. Like everyone else that wares a larger size I had to go up a size. I normally ware a size 12 I ordered the size 12 or 43 and had to return them. I ordered the size 13 or 44 and they fit. They do run narrow which is fine for me because I ware a narrow. I love the shoe I am on my feet all day at work and these shoes are very comfortable.

I buy a pair of these every year and then wear them often. I walk a lot and they are comfortable. I think the style is just fine - though I do get compliments. Quality is acceptable - but I think each year they are a little less well-made. They are an easy basic go-to sandal that carries me through daytime trekking round the city - and a dress up evening.

This is the second pair of these sandals that I have purchased. The style is very cute on the foot and extremely comfortable. I live in the south and wear these sandals year round. Naot shoes are very well made and last for multiple years. I rated this as 4 stars because they are brown/red, not as red as pictured, but works as a 'red' accent.

I have narrow feet and it is hard to find a shoe like this with in stock narrow sizing. These surprised me and although I’d like them a tad bit more narrow, they are great and I think I will get a lot of use out of them. This brand might become a new obsession!

I ordered my usual size, but found it to be too narrow for my wide feet (usually wear a medium width). I ordered the next size up and that was perfect! I find them to be comfortable enough to take the dog on a long walk and like the way they look

I love the look of these sandals. They are great for awhile but the leather stretches and then you dont feel comfortable walking too far. They are really one season sandals if you are a city walker like me.

I've worn Naot's Kaylas for years, but the gray color of this pair was awful. Sick looking. Yes, I realize gray isn't cheerful, but these cheapened the look. However, the same quality of the sandal seems to be maintained which is the most important part. Exchanging.

Love the shoe and may try to reorder another time. However each shoe felt like a different size this time, one too big and one too small. I have 2 other pairs in other colors and never had a problem.

Cute shoes. I have these in 2 different colors. No cushioning to speak of on footbed, only cork. Good arch support.

Comfy soft leather but the sandal runs narrow and a little small for size. Thought the color was more reddish - actually closer to cranberry.

Insanely comfortable sandals!!! Unfortunately they aren't very attractive and with such a high price tag, I needed both cute and comfy. I returned with much chagrin.

I bought these in the metallic bronze, which is a perfect neutral that goes with everything. I love the color! This was very important as they were the only sandals I was taking on a two week international trip. As others described, I had to size up from my normal 9/40 to the Naot 41. The footbed is uber comfortable and supportive and they never hurt my feet. My complaint is with the width and strap. Over time, they STRETCH and my foot now moves around. I do have narrow ankles and commonly have a problem with gaping there, but this ankle strap leaves a good 1" of looseness. I even took them to a cobbler, but he couldn't fix them. I can now shake them off!

I wear an 12N (2A), I thought these sandals would fit because of a review that was written saying these shoes run narrow. The first strap close to the toes isn't to bad but the second strap is very loose. My foot can slide over the front leaving my toes hanging over the edge. :o(. If you have a medium foot these shoes should fit. Very nice sandals. Wish they would have fit.

Overall very comfortable with a nice supportive arch. My only complaint is that the heel strap is slightly loose. I decided to keep them anyway, but I wish the heel strap were adjustable. Then they would be perfect.

I just bought this sandal, and wore them for 10 days straight traipsing all over Europe, and they were great. I had another pair of comfortable sandals with me, but ended up wearing these every day because they were more comfortable for the long days and many miles on hard surfaces on my feet. I have a very high arch and have been experiencing some foot issues, but these gave me great support. As noted in several other reviews, the top straps felt a big narrow and tight around the the ball of my foot at first, but I have a relatively wide foot and still found them comfortable. The shoe base itself was perfectly fine width-wise. Over time the leather stretched a bit and they are perfect now. My only complaint is that the leather upper straps are not a bit softer and more finished on the underside; I did get a small rub spot on the top of my arch on one foot and had to wear a band aid. Still, I give these sandals high marks!

These look far more frumpy in the pictures than they look in real life. I would love to wear them, but the crossed leather at the arch rubs my foot and I fear it may cause blisters. It may soften with time, but I'm not willing to risk it for the price. I am typically a 10.5 (41 or 42) and can often wear a 10 in sandals but I had to wear a 43 in these sandals.

I have bought and worn this style of sandal, in various colors for several years, but will return my recent purchase of Naot Kayla. The main reason is the very poor quality of finish in the color. The sandal now receives a "hand-applied" finish, which looks like someone brushed on permanent black shoe polish over the base metal color and then scraped it off. Very sloppy and unattractive. I purchased a second pair, just to see if I'd received a damaged pair the first time, but the second was as ugly as the first. As others have noted, the sandal already has a problem with the straps stretching over time, but I was willing to overlook that, since they're comfortable. No dice now.

I bought this shoe to wear for a vacation trip with lots of walking. I love the style and fit. Plenty of arch support. I knew from reading other reviews that the shoe runs a little small so I ordered the larger size. Unfortunately after wearing them a short time I got a blister on my little toe. Not a good start. Therefore I'm returning the shoes.
