If you have a wide foot it may not feel completely comfortable after wearing them for a while.

Because I have flat feet these felt a little narrow on me. But they are a great looking shoe and decided to keep them and they are worth trying on! I am a huge Naot fan!

I have about 5-6 pairs of Kaylas in the same size, 41, for my size 9.5 feet. I've found that I always have to size up a bit to get the right length. Width wise they're great for my narrow to medium feet. I love them and they're kind of my "default" sandal. But, this Oily Dune color is very yellowish -- not at all what I expected. So I'm returning them because of that. Oh well -- I was hoping for a more "cognac" brownish/neutral color. Not.

Naot does a great job on comfort and support. This is also a pretty sandal that would look as nice with jeans as with a dress. However, the front straps are too wide for my foot and can't be adjusted.

The two straps on the toe end are quite snug. I like the security that gives the shoe. But they could be a bit looser. Being leather they should loosen up with time. I love the look of these sandals. The shiny red is a deep red that looks dressy. I’m wearing them regularly and they get more comfortable each time. As in all Naots the arch support is very nice.

The Naot Kayla is a great sandal--I now have it in two colors. The matte black is easy to wear--dress it up or dress it down--comfortable and true to size. Naots are the best, and the Kayla is no exception.

The red color was not a true red and looked more orangish when the shoes arrived. Sadly this doesn't work for me.

I still have these at home before I make a final decision on which shoes I will buy for my trip to Italy. I like these shoes a lot and I liked the "distressed metal" look. My only doubt arises as I consider whether I can tolerate my bunion sticking out on the big toe side of my right foot between the top two straps. If that was not a concern I would have made a decision to keep them, but am currently still looking for the perfect shoe.

I ordered the White Snake Leather, and while the styling was pretty cute (for supportive walking sandals), the edges of the straps were totally fraying and kind of a mess because of the texture of the leather. I also sized up in these to an 8 to see if the fit would be better for me - I typically wear a 7/7.5, but Naots run pretty narrow. They were too big but the width of the straps did feel a bit more comfortable than the 7s I also ordered (in the tan oily nubuck). Back they went.

great sandals, but they run about 1/2 size short. very comfortable. slightly narrow, which is good for my feet. don't know if the next half size up will be wider. and they do vary a bit from shoe to shoe. the black pair I got was ok. the white pair was a tad too short.

These were SUPER narrow. If you have a narrow foot, this would b great. style is cute. looks like something you could wear all day.

I was so disappointed! The shoes are supremely comfortable, but the ankle strap was too big. The velcro just barely touched so there was a secure closure when walking. I had to return, alas.

I purchased these to replace a 4 year old pair that I loved and had worn to the end. I ordered a size up as the original pair I had were a size 41 regular M width, generally I wear a size 40 M. The pair I received however are quite a bit narrower than the pair I retired. I know shoes stretch out over time, but the sides of my foot went over the sides of the footbed on the pair I received. I never would have purchased my original pair had they fit in this manner. I have never had to purchase a wide width shoes and most often have to wear thicker socks because a M width at times is a sloppy fit. Sadly I had to return these. Birkenstocks I do generally go with a narrow width sandal - adding this to help others estimate how narrow these sandals are.

I ordered the color Metal, and while the image showed a dark silvery almost pewter like color which is what i wanted, the actual color has gold/bronze tone to it, and coloring was uneven and splotchy almost like fingerprints in some spots removed the coloring from the leather. So, they're going back and I'll look for another color. Size up at least 1/2 size based on other reviews. Comfortable footbed. Look forward to finally getting a pair I can keep!

These sandals were very comfortable and liked the looks but they run a little narrow. I wear an 8 and ordered 39. It wouldn't hurt if they were just a tad longer but could have gotten by with the length but the width would not work after wearing them.

I wore these at work, and even after doing my 5 minutes walk around the place, I still felt like the shoes held up and did not hurt my feet. I do have mild tendonitis so it while it is not enough arch support, I know these are great for when my feet are feeling good. The style is great and with the velcro straps, I can securely strap in my narrow heels perfectly.

This is a lovely Naot style and I certainly wanted it to work. I own at least 10 pairs of Naot sandals that I've had for years - even another color in the Kayla. But after ordering two pairs of this one, the front straps(which are not adjustable)were either just right on one and then too loose on the other. It also runs a bit short(I wear a 39) and to go up a size would probably be too big on my smaller foot. I may order another pair since Zappos is so great about returns just to see if I can get a matching pair that fits right. Hope you find one!

I had to return this sandal in exchange for wide width. the style is versatile and comfy for all day standing.

These are very cute and comfortable. Unfortunately the nubuck on the ones I received didn't look clean. I tried to rub what was a kind of discolored spot to see if it helped and it made it worse. Since the ones I ordered are light colored, they look a little tacky with a spot right on top, so I'm returning them. I'll probably reorder, but unfortunately, we're leaving on vacation today--I was so hoping to wear them on the trip! It will have to wait till I get home. I hope that nubuck isn't like that--prone to discoloration.

My first pair of Naot shoes they are very comfortable. Like everyone else that wares a larger size I had to go up a size. I normally ware a size 12 I ordered the size 12 or 43 and had to return them. I ordered the size 13 or 44 and they fit. They do run narrow which is fine for me because I ware a narrow. I love the shoe I am on my feet all day at work and these shoes are very comfortable.

I buy a pair of these every year and then wear them often. I walk a lot and they are comfortable. I think the style is just fine - though I do get compliments. Quality is acceptable - but I think each year they are a little less well-made. They are an easy basic go-to sandal that carries me through daytime trekking round the city - and a dress up evening.

This is the second pair of these sandals that I have purchased. The style is very cute on the foot and extremely comfortable. I live in the south and wear these sandals year round. Naot shoes are very well made and last for multiple years. I rated this as 4 stars because they are brown/red, not as red as pictured, but works as a 'red' accent.
