I just received these today, and they went right back into the box to return after trying on. I'm a size 12, and from the reviews, I knew they ran small so ordered a 13. My toes were hanging over the front! These are definitely not sized correctly.

I love the copper color and find it most comfortable! I had purchased and returned the same sandal in biscuit finish which looked awful.

Like nearly everyone else has written about Naot...I really liked the way these shoes looked and liked them as well on my feet; however, though I do not have a wide foot these shoes were still too short even though I ordered a 42 and I wear at 10.5! So sad to return these. Naot...take note!

Love these sandals. They are so comfortable from the first wear. Very good support. This is my second pair. Cute with Jeans, Capri's, shorts or skirts. Love them

These are my favorite sandals. I have them in black too. My feet are narrow, and these are a fit, especially since the strap is adjustable. (Naot has two widths: narrow to medium, and medium to wide). I can walk all day in these. The leather is very soft, and the footbed has good support.

I was very pleased with Zappos. The product description was informative and the customer service staff were very helpful when I called to ask questions. Transaction was easy and delivery was quick.

Love these Naot sandals! They fit true to size, are so soft and comfortable, and a workable choice for my current heel pain. They're also cool enough looking to go anywhere - Yay!

Just got these shoes. I read the reviews and ordered a size larger than I normally wear and they are perfect. This is my 4th pair of Naots. I am hooked.

These sandals are very light and comfortable and very flattering, not at all Birkenstock-y. I ordered the "embossed buffalo" and am very pleased, the imprinted pattern and plain color gives them a very classic look. I wear these with everyday dresses and skirts and certain shorts outfits, I would say they don't really go with super casual clothing. They are just slightly narrow, my feet are a tiny bit wide and I wouldn't recommend them if your feet are very wide.

Naot is the house best shoe ever for those of us with narrow feet! Very comfy.

These shoes are wonderfully comfortable. However, I had to send back the first pair I ordered because my toes hung over the end. I went for half a size larger and they are perfect.

This shoe in Metal Leather, is a fabulous shade that allows me to pack less in my suitcase. It can be worn with Brown or Black. The shimmer of the metalic color makes this casual looking shoe work with dressier dresses too! The styling runs narrow and I had to size up one size to get a more comfortable width, though my normal size just barely fit in the length, I preferred the slightly longer length of a size up.

From the minute these arrived they were sheer comfort. They are like walking on air. I have a bad knee and it is no cure all but it does seem to offer some ease. They looks good, too. I love this color as a replacement for black.

I love this shoe. The leather is very soft. The Velcro strap makes it adjustable to my foot. The arch support is wonderful. This sandal doesn't have a clunky look or feel to it like so many in this genre. I am totally hooked on Naots.

Fabulous shoe! Fit is very comfortable. I've bought Naot sandals before and they lasted for years! The clay color goes with everything. The cork insole is kind to my feet and the textured lining keeps my foot from sweating in hot weather.

My shoes arrived in record time and they have hardly been off my feet since. Thanks Zappos!

I love this sandal! Out of all of the Naot styles, the Kayla is by far the most comfortable on my flat-ish feet. Nice supportive footbed and super comfy straps. I own this in 4 colors and it's basically the only sandal I wear.

Wonderful sandals. I usually wear 39, but they were too tight - the 40 is great. I have been looking for brown sandals for months (I ordered and returned almost 10 pair to Zappos)! So glad I found these - half the price of Mephisto but just as supportive and pretty.

This is my third pair of Naot Kayla sandals in about six years. The first pair I bought and wore every single day on a trip to Rome, with never a blister. I still wear both the older pairs but love this color -- it goes with everything. Fit is true to size, leather is soft, soles comfortable. Leather tends to stretch over many wearings but not excessively. Great sandal.
