These sandals were really cute and seemed like they would be comfortable if they weren't too wide for me. Lots of the reviews said they were narrow. If you truly have a narrow foot (AA), don't bother. My foot didn't even touch the straps or the sides.

I love this shoe. I have a hard time finding sandals because I wear an orthotic for plantar fasciitis. It has great arch support and a soft cushioned foot bed...no need for orthotic. This was not my first pick as far as style but they are cute enough to wear with shorts and capris. This was my first Naot shoe and I was not disappointed. They totally fulfilled my expectations of long wearing comfort.

I have these sandals in five colors and wear them all summer with pants, shorts and skirts. I save the patent and lizzard for dresses, and the others for casual wear. They are so comfortable I hate when fall comes and I have to go back to shoes (Naot also!). Love them.

I love the Kayla style. I own three different colors in them and love them all! My foot is a size 4 so the velcro straps really help the shoe fit well. Great arch support. Nice looking.

I got lucky earlier this year and scored a pair of size 44 Kate and Kayla sandals at an outlet for $30 each (yes, really - brand new!!). I figured that even though they were a little big (I'm a size 11, and run true to size in most brands) I'd give them a try for that price, and have pretty much LIVED in them all summer. I decided to buy a second pair of Kayla at full price since I liked them so much; I ordered them in a 43, figuring that would be just about right since the 44 is big. WRONG! The 43 is MUCH MUCH MUCH smaller and, in fact, too small - my toes hang off the front edge and the arch digs into my foot. The 44 is still big for me, but much better than the 43, so that's the one I have kept, although somewhat disappointed that I still have to compromise on the fit. Love the shoes, but do have to grumble about their sizing: the shoes are just wonderful, but there are only a few styles which are offered in what is truly a US 11 (despite how they label them - I can't even squeeze my foot into their "11", which is a 42). If they could more accurately label their sizing, and add more extended sizes in other styles, I'd have more pairs - love the footbed, love the support and, for "comfort shoes" the range of colours/finishes means you can be comfy while adding a little bit of bling and not feeling quite so frumpy.

I am happy with my purchase. I did my research on comfortable shoes for Europe. I actually considered a few other Naot pairs but settled on this one because of the back strap support. I alternated this with my Ecco Yucatans and did well in my 8 days of walking through Rome and Florence.

The cork insole offers great cushioning and eventually conforms to your own foot shape. Quality is excellent. It fits a narrow foot best. The range of materials and colors offered by Zappos is amazing, and goes way beyond what is available elsewhere. Zappos' service and return policies are unmatched.

These are absolutely great shoes! They fit my narrow feet (with bunions) perfectly and hit the bottom of my feet in exactly the right places. Note that NAOT has two fit types - shoes run narrow to medium and shoes that run medium. Look for that info in the item information. Narrow to medium fits me. These shoes are beautiful, showing more of the metallic leather the more that I wear them. They are worth every penny.

I was in shoe panic anticipating a long trip where I would be on my feet all day long, in both urban and trail-like environments. I needed something sturdy, comfortable and versatile in terms of style. These fit the bill brilliantly. They immediately felt fabulous - like walking on a cloud. And I could tighten the ankle strap when hiking on trails to give a little extra support. Full disclosure: I had previously ordered 7 other pairs of sandals and had to return them all, before I ordered these! I was trying to stay below the $100 mark. But when I finally ordered these, I came to the conclusion that the extra money was well worth it. These will last forever.

Many customers have commented favorably on the Kayla already. They fit me perfectly after a very short break-in period, but I returned two other pairs in the same size because the straps were not quite right. If you like shoes and the fit is slightly off, it is often worth trying another of the same.

Excellent footbed; love the look of an open airy style -- the support of the straps is in all the right places and keeps my foot solidly within the sandal. I highly recommend this and would buy additional colors. You can wear as a dress up or dress down sandal -- very versatile. I happen to have knee problems as well as bone issues in the foot and the cork bed provides enough support that I can handle walking in them for long periods of time. I'm flat footed so the height of this footbed and heel was just right for me.

I love this sandal -- it has amazing arch support. I normally have to wear orthotics in all my shoes, but these sandals are so well made and well designed that I don't need the orthotics at all. That's a first for me! They're also very nice looking, without that clunky, elderly, orthopedic vibe that is so common. Love all the different colors available too! Naot shoes really are worth the expense.

I have been suffering from plantar faciitis for a year despite many therapies. I have tried every shoe and sandal which podiatrists have recommended. The moment I put on these sandals I was amazed at the comfort and support. I wear them all day, even as slippers with my PJs. I wish Naot would make a slipper with this footbed. I wear a 91/2 and ordered this sandal in a 41. Fits perfectly, have ordered two pair and will get more for next year! Zappos returns are so easy. No worry about colors or size being wrong.

These sandals are very comfortable and having amazing arch support. I normally where a 7 to 7 1/2 in US sizes, sometimes I wear a 37 or 38 in EU sizes. I definitely needed the 38, if you are borderline order up on these shoes. The width was perfect. I've received many compliments and they look great with dress pants, jeans and shorts.

Zappos is the best company! I purchased 3 pairs of shoes. I liked the Kayla Naot shoe. Zappos happily returned the shoes with no charge. This is a great customer policy. I will ALWAYS buy my shoes from this company.

These shoes fit like a glove, literally. Unlike most shoes that have a lot of shoe surrounding your feet, these are cut very close to the shape and size of your feet, so it is like you have nothing on your feet. They provide good arch support, a comfortable foot bed and they look great! I normally wear a 10, but had to get a size 11, which was a bit of a shocker.

I really like this style. It fits my foot (I have a high arch and instep), and it looks terrific. The shoe has a lot of resiliency, and it's good for walking. The bronze color is a nice change, too.

These are extremely comfortable sandals. My feet are too narrow for Birkenstocks. These shoes offer excellent arch support and fit for walking all day!

Love these shoes - their look and comfort. They fit perfect, though a tad smaller than a standard 9, as well as a bit more narrow. They look great dressed up or down. The bronze color goes well with many different color schemes.

I have a closet full of Naot shoes because they are out of the box comfortable! I normally take a 37 (even though I wear size 7 shoes) in most Naots, however, I needed a 38 in these shoes. They are very comfortable. I have narrow feet and these fit well. I bought another pair in another color, since I liked these so much.

The most comfortable sandal I've put on, my only negative is that the leather will stretch some and perhaps I might order a half size down the next time but certainly worth the money. I have had plantar faciatis and have spent $ on many shoes that do not come close to feeling this good on for a long period of time.

The diagonal placement of the straps on these shoes does not show up in the pictures, but they really give some oomph to the style! And they are so comfortable and supportive of my weak ankles. I agree with reviewers who said they do run a bit short, but I would not want to go up a size.

I love these shoes! I got a pair in black as well but not from Zappos since they were out of my size. I was told this style has been discontinued. I am usually a size 9½ or a 10. I got a size 41 in the nude color and thought they fit great. Then when I purchased the black pair at the shoe store I was told I could go up size so I got the 42 and those fit even better.

My feet are never happy...never. Arthritis and bunions make it hard to find something that has enough support and cushioning but that my daughter will still let me leave the house in. I tried on many sandals this summer, including some other Naot styles, but these are perfect. I just wore them the first day and they still feel great. Got the metal color which is nice and neutral. I expect to enjoy these for a long time. They fit like they are molded on my feet, the leather is soft, the arch support is great. Hope you like them as much as I do.
