After reading reviews, I ordered half a size larger than usual. Perfect fit. Great looking and very simple, elegant. Most comfortable shoe I've ever had. And as usual, Zappos is the most pleasant shopping experience on this planet.

These have got to be the most comfortable sandals I own. They are my first pair of Naot shoes and I have already gotten them in a darker brown as well. I love them! I sized up to 40 from my usual 39 as advised by other reviewers and I am glad I did. They fit perfectly! The bone nubuck goes well with lots of clothing and they can be casual or worn with a dress as well.

I am thrilled with this shoe and Zappos service. I received my order within 2 days. This is my second pair of Naots Kayla style shoes. They work perfect for my plantar fasciitis. This clay color goes with everything.

This is my second pair of Naot sandals with this particular footbed (Alyssa is the other one), and I love them! I have PF and Neuroma, and the support these provide is exceptional. The footbed is super comfortable, and the straps are soft enough not to require any break-in period. I can walk in them all day long. The lighter linen color makes the sandal a little more delicate-looking, and I like that the rubber portion is a lighter color as well. I have a narrow heel with a medium foot, and this collection fits me well. I normally wear a 7 or 7.5; with Naot I take a 38.

This is my first pair of Naots. I normally wear an 11 (or sometimes 11.5), but as other readers reported, these shoes definitely do run small. I had to get a 44! However, they fit, and that's what is important. I'm glad I could find a sandal that is cute and comes in a larger size. It's a pricey shoe, but I am willing to pay for quality. I hope it holds up for a long time. It's difficult to find shoes that fit, and I love that Zappos carries so many options. Their customer service is awesome, which is why we continue to shop with them.

Love this shoe, but did need a size 41 instead of my usual 40. I'm ordering it in the red also. Naot got a real winner in this one, and Zappos is my go-to store for shoes, which I never thought would happen, as I have such difficult feet to fit.

Love these shoes. I also have a pair in white. I bought these in preparation for a trip to Italy where I knew we'd be walking a lot. They fit the bill!

This Naot is very comfortable and doesn't look too clunky. The only slight problem I have is that my foot is thin and the strap that pulls over the foot to velcro to the side of the shoe is too long when I pull it down as tight as I can. I will have to have the shoe repair guy cut it off a little at the end, because it looks sloppy that way. It's worth it as I really love NAOTs.

I wore these sandals walking all over Boston for a whole day with total footbed comfort and cushioning and not a single blister. The leather is beautiful quality and I like the way they look as a casual sandal. I definitely had to order a size up for length. So nice that Zappos carried that unusual size.

This is my third pair of the Kayla style. I prefer the leather styles better because they wear better. I hope Naot continues to make this style. I had a nubuck pair in a light color and while they felt soft and so nice on my feet, they discolored after a season.

I love the color of these sandals. They are comfortable, but needed more arch support so I bought gel arches and glued them into the bed of the sandal. I often have to do this to sandals because I wear orthotics and can't use them in sandals.

Love this sandal. They are great for narrow feet even though straps don't touch my feet, the adjustable top strap in conjunction with posted backstrap work to maintain a good, stable fit. I can be pretty rough on shoes and my only complaint is that they don't hold up as well as other styles, I can get one season out of them before they become more casual, knock around shoes. If you are going for comfort and durability then consider a Naot sandal with replaceable footbed.

At last Naot has made the Kayla with a lighter sole color. I've been wearing Kayla long time--I love this new color. My narrow foot and bunion are supported comfortably by the Velcro strap, and my Kaylas have traveled with me from India to Myanmar to Machu Picchu!

I have high arches and Plantar fasciitis. These sandals are not only extremely comfortable. It is as if my arch were made for these shoes...but they are attractive as well. I usually wear a size 9, but ordered one size up, as I thought my feet might hang off the edge of the shoe (this was my experience when I ordered the Naot Rachel shoe). It is a bit of a narrow shoe, too, but they fit my feet fine.

These were comfortable the first time I wore them. My foot is on the wide side and these were perfect. Was able to do a full day of sightseeing on gravel, grass and walkways.

I ware these sandels this march on vacation for the first time. We did a lot of walking for 4 days and my feet never hurt because of the support this sandel has. My legs never felt tired after hours of walking. I really do love these. They also look really good.

Great comfort but Rumba color is not as red as shown. Almost identical to Red Chili Pepper from last year.

After having foot surgery in November 2011 - to correct on one of my flat feet - I need new sandals with good support. I really enjoyed wearing these comfortable sandals last summer. I've ordered them again this year in a different color. The footbed is very sturdy & comfortable.

In the USVI, we live in sandals, but we have no good shoe stores except for flip-flops. So I was thrilled when a friend told me about Naot Sandals from Zappos. As soon as I got them, I put them on and I haven't been barefoot since (which is really saying something). I have high arches and tendonitis and all kinds of things wrong with my feet, and these sandals are the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn that weren't custom made! The foot box gives support where it's needed and lovely goosh elsewhere. The rubber soles grip well even on salty wet decks when sailing. The straps are secure and adjustable so I don't feel like I'm going to step out of my shoes. The gold tone is muted and lovely and not at all as gaudy as my husband worried it would be. I just adore them and never want to take them off. As a person who lives life barefoot, that really is saying something! Plus, Zappos didn't give me a hard time when I told them I was from the USVI. A lot of companies won't ship here because we're "not the US" (although we are). Zappos not only ships here but they gave me free shipping through USPS Priority Mail. I WILL be ordering more Naots from Zappos!

I've owned 2 pairs of Naot Kaylas and could not be happier with them. My feet tend to swell and the velcro adjustment allows me to adjust as needed through the day. They are great on our boat, too, since they are non-marking and they dry quickly if they happen to get wet. Between the black embossed patent and the clay color (goes with everything from gray to tan), they are my summer shoe wardrobe. :)

Very cute, comfortable sandals. The black patent is beautiful. Well made, the leather is nice, and they have excellent arch support. I can wear them all day and my feet feel fine. Might run slightly narrow...

This is the second pair of these sandals that I have purchased, and I love them. Having plantar fasciitis, it used to be almost impossible for me to wear sandals for any length of time. But these sandals are GREAT and wonderful arch support, comfortable, and great looking too. For the first time in years, I have been able to wear Naot's Kayla sandals all day long in comfort. Please note; NOT ALL NAOT SANDALS ARE DESIGNED THIS WAY. I purchased a different pair of Naot sandals expecting a similar support, and was disappointed to discover they were like all other sandals. KAYLA is the name you want for the support!

I bought 2 pairs a half size larger than I would normally wear after trying a 37 I bought a 38 in Matte black and dressy black patent. The patent leather is a thinner "leather" so it feels looser than a true leather. It is a very small difference and I kept both.

These are cute and amazingly comfortable. I have several Naot sandals and these are the most comfortable...what surprised me the most was the excellent arch support.

I love this sandal. I have had four pairs and am about to buy another. I wear them for walking in the warm weather and they are more comfortable than my walking shoes (also Naots). I have a hard time finding shoes that fit properly and have a good arch but these are perfect.
