I have plantar fasciitis and these are great for me in the summer. I wish Naot would make more shoes that have this footbed but are also soft enough (like a suede, leather, or even linen or canvas) on the rest of the shoe to be worn without socks. They do run narrow but not as much as other Naot styles. I am an in between size where regular shoes and sandals sometimes run TOO narrow, but wide sizes are often too big. These fit just on the narrow side, but the straps will conform to the foot after awhile. I did get a little blister/callus on my baby toe when I was breaking them in. I am now wearing these shoes going on the third sandal season (which in Washington DC lasts 7-8 months) and they are in great shape. I think I will need a new pair next year, though, as there is some wear on the soles that make them tilt a little.

This sandal is amazing. I love all Naots, but this one is by far my favorite. I have just about every style in Naot, too. I have all sorts of heel and foot problems, but also knee and lower back pain. These shoes seem to alleviate most of my pain. I, too, have had special orthotics made, but these shoes make me feel better than the expensive orthotics. I know they are very expensive. But you get what you pay for, and if you want pain free walking...these are the shoes to buy. They look great on the foot also. They do not look like old lady shoes...they are so stylish. I want a pair in every color!

I have trouble with plantar fasciitis and have been looking for a sandal that I could wear and not suffer later. This sandal was perfect. I recently took on a trip and wore for hours on end with no trouble. The sandal is extremely comfortable. I highly recommend.

I own this sandal style in at least 6 colors! Most comfortable sandal. True to size; generous in width. Great for walking because of adjustable strap at ankle; does not require your foot to work to keep the shoe on. I recommend this highly.

Narrow is an understatement! But, I will say that I upsized and love these shoes. Still narrow in the larger size, but sometimes you make sacrifices for cute shoes. They are no uncomfortable even though my feet hang over a tiny bit on the sides. Would recommend to anyone.

The size equivalent seemed to be a full size too big and too wide. However, I returned the first pair and opted for a size smaller, which seem to fit fine. Unfortunately, this manufacturer's shoes do not come in half sizes, which may have been the best fit for me. Although the smaller size accommodates my foot, my toes are barely behind the front edge. I have not yet worn them all day, but I anticipate a comfortable walking sandal.

I love Naot Kayla sandals. They are the only sandals I buy because they have a wonderful arch support. I have 3 pairs and they last forever. The style is a classic...very comfortable. Great walking sandal in NYC.

Pretty and comfortable shoe, but not a good choice for people with bunions. Naot has historically made shoes that are fashionable that have a cross strap that accommodates for bunions. I hope they make more. I want a good neutral travel sandal to dress up or down.

I really wanted red sandals this summer. The unadjustable straps across the toe are to loose on my foot. They had to go back.

Very comfortable shoe, flattering color. After one season, the leather stretches and the shoes becomes loose. It's worth it for the comfort and style.

Working retail for 10 hours a day, I needed a shoe that was stylish enough to wear on the sales floor, but supportive enough to keep me going throughout the day. After trying many different options, I finally came upon Naot's Kayla sandal and now I can't imagine my life without them. They have survived countless hours on my feet at work, walking miles on uneven concrete city streets, and the sweatiest of days. I have literally had these shoes for more then 10 years now. The leather straps have stretched out just a bit, and I have replaced the velcro on the leather straps but, otherwise, they are holding up great and expect to wear them for many more years to come.

Very happy with these sandals. They are extremely light and comfortable. I had read that they were narrow, I ordered one size bigger and they fit great.

This is my third pair of Naot Kayla (three different colors). My favorite live-in-all-summer sandals. Incredibly comfortable and rather stylish.

The Naot footbed is SO comfortable on my foot. Since I wear a 10.5, the 10 is too small, but when I go to 11, the skinny straps no longer fit snugly. So I tried this "model"--thicker with fewer straps. Perfect in every way! I am so happy because I have so many foot problems like arthritis, bunion, recent break. This was my 2nd order, so I am glad I kept trying and that Zappos makes it so easy.

Since I live in a region with winter weather, I haven't worn these yet. I already own this shoe in a different color though and they are the most comfortable summer shoe I own. I can wear them all day, even when I'm walking all day. I know they'll be great! They work with jeans, shorts, and dresses.

Great shoes! These give plenty of width in the arch area, which is necessary for me and my pronating feet. These sandals feel amazing and are very supportive, but not too restrictive.

This is by far the most comfortable pair of sandals I own. Went on a trip for 2 weeks and did a lot of walking, brought 5 pairs of shoes and could have only brought these! I wore these 13 out of the 15 days we were gone! I ended up getting a half size smaller in this sandal because it felt wide. If you are hesitant about these shoes I would definitely try them! I bought the black embossed color and it went great with shorts, skirts and dresses, casual dresses, but looked great!

Super comfy sandals. These sandals feel like they are molded to my feet! I have lower arches and can't wear shoes with high arch support and had an awful time finding these. I can stand in them for long periods of time without my feet hurting. I wish they didn't have an ugly velcro strap, but the shoe overall is absolutely wonderful.

Comfortable from the start. Great color. True to size-fit like they were custom made for me. Great service. Shopping made fun and easy!

Love Naot footbed but this sandal does not have any adjustment over the toes and was too tight. I have a high instep and very high arch and that was the problem.

The shoes were true to size and very comfortable with full support in the arches. I wore them all day on a walking tour of New Orleans and they were comfortable all day! Very happy with these shoes!

This is my fourth pair of these sandals and my bazillionth pair of Naots. I need supportive shoes and Naots fill the bill without being clunky if you pick the right style. This pair was just a tad stiff at first, but they are fine, now. I can't buy these at specialty footwear stores since the stock is limited and ordering takes 2-3 weeks. Now I just go to Zappos and get excellent service.

These are lovely sandals. They are very comfortable for walking. They fit perfectly and are very well made. I highly recommend them. I love Zappos!

I love these shoes! I had plantar fasciitis several years ago, and these shoes were the only thing I could walk in with any hope for comfort. I ended up having surgery to release the fascia. These shoes have been a life saver. I keep ordering them time after time because they work! Well worth the money. The combination of the good arch support, the cork soles and the soft suede are awesome.

These are really comfortable. I've owned several pairs over the years. They mold to your foot and have good arch support.
