These shoes are incredibly comfortable. I knew, as soon as I put them on, that they were keepers. The leather is soft and supple, the adjustable strap adapts to hot, swelling feet, and the footbed is firm, yet soft enough to quickly begin to mold to your foot. I can wear these for hours and forget I'm wearing shoes!

I've worn several pairs of this style of Naot sandals over the past 4-5 years, and have been very happy with them. Two points: they wear incredibly well; and, the medium can fit a narrow foot surprisingly well (a good salesperson at a New Hampshire shoe store clued me in many years ago, and I bless her every time I put these on!

I bought the sandals last summer and love them. So I just bought another pair one size larger. They run a little on the small side, but very comfortable. Walked for days in NYC, no hurting feet. They also look a little more dressy than others.

These shoes are so comfortable! I have an arthritic joint at the base of my large toe, as well as a heel problem, and I can wear these all day comfortably. Plus they are nice looking.

This is my third pair of Naot Kayla's and I love them. This time I bought them in steel leather and wasn't sure if they would be silver or blue. The actual color is close to a blue denim and they look wonderful with jeans or denim crops. Over a 4-year period that I've purchased this style, they've remained the same in terms of fit and quality. I've worn them all day on walking tours in Europe and they felt as comfortable as gym shoes.

Absolutely amazing! I was wary that I wouldn't like the style when I put them on, but they are the perfect combo of boho chic and extreme comfort. I do, however, have narrow feet. I usually wear a 7.5 or 8, but read they run a bit on the small side, so I went with an 8. They fit me perfectly. Get them, you won't regret it! I ordered them on Monday and had them on Tuesday. Zappos rocks!

These are the most comfortable sandals I have ever owned. They are perfect with jeans. They are like walking on a cloud.

The Kayla from Naot is wonderful! It has great arch support and the velcro strap makes for a nice fit. I have plantar fasciitis, but my feet feel great with this sandal. I do wish the shoe was a bit sexier, but comfort comes first. A nice shoe for summer.

I have many pairs of these sandals. They are always comfortable. I have a bad foot and this always gives me great arch support.

The shoes I got via Zappos are great, but beyond that Zappos has been beneath my radar until recently, but when I put it all together: yes, that website where I order various products online -- the one with such a great range of products, free shipping and delivers my orders within a few days -- all Zappos! It's such a wonderful site! From now on, I'll go to Zappos first whenever I want to order stuff online. Also, I once had occasion to contact Customer Service on an unrelated subject, and the gentleman I spoke to couldn't have been more intelligent and helpful. I recommend Zappos to any and all online buyers.

Great fit and feel. I did get a blister under my big toe the first day, probably because not used to the contoured toe bed, but after that my feet were fine. They don't look as clunky on the foot as they do in the picture. Even my 16 yo daughter borrowed them; she thinks they are cute.

Love this shoe! This is my second pair. Fits true to size. I recently experienced a knee problem and this shoe supports my arch and takes pressure off my knee. I can walk comfortably again with this shoe. Better than a sneaker for comfort.

These are one of the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned. I just retired the same shoe that I purchased years ago and was so happy to find this Naot still in production. The straps are soft and the insole is very comfortable. True to size and highly recommended.

I have worn this style for 3 years and still love it. While a bit pricy it is the only sandal I have ever put on, walked two miles, and not had any rubbing or blister. The foot bed remains soft and wonderful to walk in. I just ordered a second pair 'cuz I worry that they will be discontinued. I am an 11 1/2 Slim and need a 43. They run a bit wide for me, but so does almost everything.

I love Naot shoes although they seem to get more and more narrow. They have different lines and only the flat ones are wider. I find the footbed on the Kayla the only comfortable footbed by Naot - but other styles with same footbed are not as comfortable "strap-wise". I've been wearing Kaylas for years now - not because I love the style so much (I'm actually quite tired of it!) but because it is the only comfortable sandal I can find. Also - there is no way a 42 is an 11 US size! I wear a 9.5 in US shoes but need a 42 in Naots and most other European shoes.

These sandals run about a size smaller than my other shoes. They look great, they are almost comfortable, can't wait to try the right size.

There isn't one thing that's not great about these sandles from Naot. The comfort is exquisite. The looks are relaxed and refined. The nubuck leather style suits my eye best. I now own three pairs. Will order a red, and a black lace from Zappos when finished with this review.

First of all I want to comment on the great service I always get from Zappos! Their customer service department is fantastic! I order a new pair of these every year. They are so comfortable from the minute you start to wear them. They are very true to size and are great walking sandals as well as wearing them to work!

I am a big fan of this shoe. It was comfortable right out of the box and the footbed is very supportive with great arch support. I was concerned that the sole of the shoe would be somewhat rigid, and I am very pleasantly surprised to find that it is quite flexible. I agree with other reviewers that the shoe runs narrow, but it seems to be only where the footbed narrows on the outside at the tips of the toes (the width is adequate at the ball of the foot and the heel). It's too bad that Naot didn't make this curve a little more generous to accommodate my "square" foot shape, but the sandal is comfortable and fits well otherwise. I have a small foot (I bought the smallest size, 35) with a high instep, and this sandal works for my hard-to-fit feet. Hallelujah!

This is the most comfortable style of Naot sandals I have found. Other styles of Naot sandals have seemed narrow on my feet/toes, but not these. The leather is soft and the straps fit perfectly around my toes with no pinching or rubbing. The footbed is about as supportive as one can expect from a sandal. Currently I own this style in 3 colors. These are cute sandals that seem to go with almost any outfit.

My sister has a pair of these and raved about them. I got some a few weeks ago. These are the most comfortable shoes ever and the burnished metal colors are so versatile.

These sandals are perfect for anyone who walks a lot and needs good support. I have bought them in 4 colors.

My first pair of Naot and I am a new fan. Very comfortable right out of the box; I want to wear them all the time. Support is great and the sole provides wonderful cusioning. Clay is great color; velcro straps are a plus.
