Excellent fit for my plantar fasciitis and excellent support overall. Love the cork midsole and soft suede-like fabric finish on the footbed.

I was looking for some sandals that would be comfortable for walking yet stylish on my feet. I love the look of these and they fit perfectly from the moment I put them on. After a week I can already tell they will be the most comfortable sandals I’ve ever owned!

I normal wear size 38 but Zappos indicated my size for this shoe would be 39. I have always had good luck following recommendations from Zappos so I ordered size 39. I thought they my be a touch long in the footbed. However, when I put them on they were soooooo comfortable immediately. I wore them the whole day, walking everywhere. I have never had such a comfortable new shoe experience. What a great sandal! I ordered black and brown. They are a lovely classic design that dresses up or down. Thank you!

I thought these were very comfortable and cute, but the European sizing is always tricky - I wear a 10 and these were a 41, which are supposed to be a 10 per Zappos. I often find that 42 are closer to 10 than 41 so will return these and try for a 42

I love this sandal. I've been wearing them for 20+ years, replacing them in different colors when they wear out! Great color selection, too!

Very comfortable sandal.

I love the Kayla's and have them in every color. I can walk miles with them and they are better than my sneaks. I wish I could find a winter shoe that would work. I use the Ecco's but would like something a little dressier

This is my 5th pair of Kaylas,been loving them for years and once I find something I like,I stick with it. I can walk and stand in them all day,no issues.The leather and the construction seem to last forever but because I walk so much, eventually the tread wears out!

I ordered two size 40 and one size 38 and have decided to keep on of the size 40. i have had calcaneus osteotomy (heel removal) on botj feet so I have some problems with shoes. I also have very narrow feet. I mostly wear Not shoes as some of them wear as narrow and I need the support they offer. However it seems as they are changing and now I am stuck between a shorter 39 and a wider 40. Thanks to Zappos for letting me have so many shoes to choose from. Please don't change your policies. This is my third pair of Kaylas.

Excellent walking shoe. Bought my usual size 42 for my narrow US 11 foot and bliss. Only brand that surpasses in comfort is Gabor, hence the 1 star deduction. But compared to the vast majority of sandals out there it’ll be a 5. Pretty, wearable, get complements. Win!

So the thing to know about Naot is since they don’t do half sizes in sandals your usually ok with the lower size. I’m a true 7.5 but if their leather like these I’m fine with 7 as they stretch out quickly. In their closed shoe I did end up with a 7 which surprised me. These last me two years wearing them quite a lot. I love Naot and currently have about three pairs from various years that I’m wearing. With my high arch I need the support and their shoes always feel great.

I first purchased these sandals to wear on a mission trip to the highlands of Cameroon, West Africa. They served me well. Since every upright activity I do begins with my feet, I have made sure that a pair of Naot sandals remains in my closet.

I wear an 8-1/2 M and these fit great. Comfortable right out of the box. I actually just ordered another pair, because I'm afraid I'll wear the original sandals out :) They look great with shorts/jeans or a nice summer skirt.

I put these on and it was oh yes!!!!

These are great sandals, you just will need to size up. So if you normally wear a 39, get the 40. Really. They are way small.

This is the 2nd pair of these I have ordered. They are comfortable and give good support. I have thrown away too many pairs of sandals that felt comfortable at first but not for the long haul. When I needed a pair of white sandals, I looked at my most comfortable black sandals and ordered them in white! Very happy with that choice!

I own a pair of Naot Kayla in Oily Olive Suede, purchased from a local retailer. They fit perfectly and are SOOOO comfortable. I love them so much I wanted a second pair in a different color. This new pair in Crinkle Steel Leather was significantly narrower than my current pair. How can this be? I held the two shoes sole-to-sole and was amazed at the difference in the width. They are the same style and the same size. How is this possible?

These sandals are awesome! Good arch support and comfortable to walk all day but dressy enough in the metallic for dinners. I did notice that when my feet were swollen after a long flight or wine at dinner that a wide might work just as well. I got the 40s (9 M) and could have done 8.5 W.

I love Kayla sandals and have 5-6 pair of them in various great colors. Now "brick red" has been introduced -- the color I have been waiting for!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And it's sold out! I wear lots of coral red stuff, especially in the summer, so I really really need these to be back in stock very soon. Here's hoping. They're the most comfortable sandals I've ever had, and have great arch support (I require good arch support). I can walk in them all day long, and that's really saying something. Buy up a 1/2 size to get best fit. I wear 9.5 shoes and always buy a 41 in Naots.

The Naot Kayla sandal is the best shoe I've found for the cobblestones and uneven sidewalks of San Miguel de Allende, Mexico, where we live. The rubber sole provides sure footing on the occasional wet streets and the cork lining is the most comfortable for long walks. It takes a long time to find the perfect footwear for each of us, especially if conditions are challenging. I suggest you try these sandals. I've bought 5 pairs.

I have at least three pair of Naot sandals and four pair of shoes and I really like the support and fit and they are usually very comfortable right from the start. Unfortunately, after wearing this pair for three weeks the straps over the toes stretched out a lot and my foot started sliding around especially on uneven pavement. I ended up with blisters on my toes from the sliding as I wore them walking 5-10 miles/day all over France last summer. I would recommend only buying the sandals with all velcro straps so you can keep adjusting them.

These sandals have been around the world with me. I have 3 pair and have owned them for years. I have a wide foot and I can wear them straight out of the box. When I travel I walk from 8-10 hours a day in them in total comfort. They are the only sandal I can wear all day in comfort. I have a wide foot and narrow heel.

I love this sandal! In fact, I now own 3 pair, just different colors! Getting a pair that fit perfectly was a bit of a challenge as even though I think they are "well made" each pair's straps fit a little differently. I read that they ran small, I think, but I ended up buying the same size I have always bought in Birkenstocks (38) and I generally wear a 7.5 in a U.S. shoe, sometimes an 8 these days. I am 57 and think gravity is spreading everything about me! They are very supportive and I have high arches and really need a wedge for the stiffness and support. They are so comfortable I can wear them all day with no discomfort. I wear about a medium width so I think that if you have wide or very narrow feet, you may want to consider a different style with straps that adjust everywhere, not just the ankle strap. I love, love, love these sandals (and bought the Nubuck (beige) first followed by flat black leather and copper which to me is more of a bronze, not orangey like copper appears, in my humble opinion. They go with everything casual!

I found the clay color to be too short on one foot. What has happened to Naot's? I have several pair all size 39 which fit well and now I find this size too short. I ordered size 40 and they are the right length but too wide even in the narrow to medium styles.
