I have two other pairs of these same sandals and when I put this new pair on it felt smaller. I measured them next to the other and then took a tape and the new are 1/4" shorter and 2/8" narrower for the same size. That's significant in comfort and fit. What gives? Very disappointed.

OK, so I love NAOT, they make some of the most comfortable sandals I have ever owned! However, this particular ankle strap quit on me in less than two months. The part that goes around the back of your ankle got stretched out really easily, and now they sag and look bad, and are also really annoying because I am always trying to pull them back up to where they are supposed to be. So I would buy another pair by this brand, but not with this type of strap.

I ordered a pair of these same sandals in dark blue a year or 2 ago. Love them! Comfortable & holding up well. That's why I ordered another pair!

Love these. Can't add to the other positive reviews. The leather is so soft and you can wear these out of the box. No issues. My bunion falls betwen the straps and probably isn't the most attractive look, but they are so light and easy to wear. I did size up to a 39. The only thing I wish is that the straps were adjustable. Then they would be perfect.

Love the comfort and fit. True to size for me. Patent leather dresses up summer styles while wearing black.

These sandals were beautiful and the material was so soft and felt good against my skin. However, even though Naot tends to run narrow, the straps at the forefoot stood up off of my feet. I have low volume feet and with no way to adjust the fore straps I have difficulty finding sandals to fit. I am so disappointed as I think these would have been wonderful.

Beautiful shoes and would be very comfortable except that I have little toe bunions and the toe straps hit just above them so very painful for me to wear. Regretted having to return these shoes! The heel height was perfect…not too high or too low, and neutral colors make them very versatile.

Pricey sandals but utter perfection! Walked 3+ miles in them, right out of the box. Zero rubbing or blisters. Soft leather and comfortable footbed. I purchased the tan ones and they will look great with anything, all summer long.

These are my very favorite sandals. I purchased a new pair for a 3+ week walking tour. They were perfect right out of the box. My foot tends toward the narrower fit of sandals, and thus, most sandals are far too wide. These are perfect, in a regular fit.

These shoes are so cute and oh so comfortable. I have narrow feet and an especially narrow heel. The adjustments on this shoe made for a snug fit. I usually try to break shoes in my house before wearing out. But with this shoe, I slipped them on and immediately walked 2 miles with no problem.

These sandals are very lightweight, super comfortable and stylish. Now, I had to break in to mine because they were a bit tight/narrow (in width) initially, but already after a few hours walking around the house in them, they were were conforming to my feet. Now a few days later, they fit perfectly!

Loved this shoe, but it was too small for me. My toes were just barely hanging over the top edge. I returned and ordered a size larger, hopefully that will work, because these are super comfortable.

I really love this sandal but they don’t fit my foot. They’re very comfortable and attractive but just not the right fit for me. Sadly returning. As you can see they are meant for a thicker foot and only adjustable with one strap.

I absolutely adore these sandals! I wasn’t too sure about the rose gold metallic ( it’s VERY shiny!), but these have ended up being my go-to sandal all summer. They dress up an out sit instantly and I can wear them all day long with no problems. Super comfortable. Here shopping for another color!

I'm very pleased with the Naot Kayla sandal. I wear a size 7 and have a narrow foot. The regular size 7 perfectly. Note there are two styles, one for regular and one for wider feet. At first I thought the leather straps might be rough against my skin, but they aren't. The sandals are very comfortable. I ordered both the Oily Dune Nubuck and the Latte Brown Leather. I was looking for a caramel color, and the Oily Dune was perfect. The Latte Brown is definitely more brown, and I returned them. In case your are wondering, they are made in Israel.

These fit my narrow foot well. Lightweight, comfortable right out of the box. Oily dune is a nice neutral color and the black platform means it looks cute with dark clothes as well.

These were recommended to me many years ago when looking for comfortable walking sandals and this is my 2nd pair. Love the adjustable velcro and the comfort and style. My favorite is the suede tan color. Great for warm weather and can wear all day long.

I had ordered a size 40 which is my normal Naot size. They were a tad too short. I returned and ordered the size 41. Perfect fit now in length and width. I have two other pairs of Naot and thought they were comfortable with the arch support I need for my high arches. These have support and are more comfortable than my others. I needed to return the size 40 and then bought the same shoe in a 41. I have two other pairs of Naot where the size 40 fits perfectly. Now, these fit as they should. I'm so glad I bought them again. They are more comfortable than my previous Naot sandals...and I thought they couldn't be beat. Thanks Zappos for free returns!!

Super comfortable for walking! I ordered a size 37, and normally wear a 6.5-7 US. Size 37 fit perfect.

The fit is true to size (I don't wear a half size, though) and width is a perfect medium. Naot sandals are usually very comfortable and are my go-to travel shoes, but this Kayla style is the best one I've ever bought. They are so lightweight it almost feels like I am barefoot, only even better with arch support and shock absorber soles. I've worn these walking 10 hours at the zoo, as well as for long-term standing at work, and my back doesn't hurt AT ALL, which is amazing for me. The price is always a little hard to swallow, but living in a warmer climate nearly year-round, they are worth every penny for a good full year of wear, sometimes two. I am hoping these hold up a long time. As a lady of a certain age, I try to avoid "old lady" shoes. I was worried these would look really matronly, but I don't think they do. I wear them with skinny jeans, shorts and even skirts - I just love them, and the darker metallic color goes with everything.

I love the Naot brand! Sizing has been consistent with every purchase of Naot shoes, boots and sandals. These sandals are no exception. I read reviews of how they ran small etc, but I ordered my regular size anyway and these fit perfectly (as I knew they would). They are very comfortable and I have walked a lot in them already.
