As you can see by the pic the right shoe front strap has a flaw.

sandals do not appear to be first quality. Generic box and uneven footbed edges. see pictures. Ankle straps doesn't seem sturdy enough.

What took me so long to try this Naot style ? The footbed and arch support are incomparable ! Nice height heel without wobbling. Ordered another pair in different color, plus another Naot style. Very happy after nearly a year of searching. Thanks, , Zappos !

I ordered these in red nubuck and they are SO cute! However, they run too small. I'm usually a 43. Luckily, this is one of the few shoes that comes in a 44 (most don't go past 42). So I ordered 3 more colors in a 44, partially based on the reviews that people say they keep ordering more pairs every year. Fingers crossed!

I have used the Naot Kayla for many years. They are wonderful shoes for travelling. While traveling, I usually walk extensively through city streets, in museums, etc. I find the shoes to be comfortable and supportive even after a long day on my feet. Because I wear down the heel and the leather stretches some, I usually buy a new pair about once a year.

I had been searching in stores and online for many months and finally saw the ad for Zappos. I was beginning to think they didn't make my shoe anymore. I found my exact shoe within minutes. I was wearing them a few days later and I am extremely happy.

I have just ordered several other Naot styles from my favorite shoe dealer, Zappos, but wanted to also write a review for Naot Kayla, a shoe I have owned for several years. These are fantastic shoes for a narrow foot like mine and they are very comfortable. The arch support is excellent!!

Superb comfort, fit and appearance! Bless Naot. I have truly difficult feet (medical condition) so sandals for me is a challenge.

My favorite Naot sandal! Super comfortable, soft straps, and fairly decent arch support for a sandal. I own this style in 4 colors because I can't find another versatile sandal that is nearly as comfortable.

I couldn't love a shoe more. I already had the black Kayla and just got the bone. The shoes are as comfortable as it gets, especially if you have any foot problems, bunions, etc. Plus, they look great. I do agree with with other reviews that, although I wear a size 9, I bought a 41 (size 10) in these to make the fit perfect. Zappos had my order at my door in two days...I love this place!

I have had many pairs of the Naot Kayla Sandals in various colors. They are the most comfortable sandals! I wear them daily and always wear out the sole while the tops still look brand new.

This is my 3rd pair of Naot shoes in the Kayla style. I love them--no break in period, and the velcro fastener at the ankle gives me a perfect fit every time.

I bought these shoes for an upcoming trip to Ireland. Have been wearing them every day for 4 days and so far so good.

This is an excellent comfort sandal, no breaking in required. I have plantar fasciitis and the footbed has nice cushioning, feels good.

My Naot's are very comfortable and are true to size. I have ordered many pairs of shoes from Zappos and I get them in zippo time.

Bought these shoes for my girlfriend( I have 3 pairs of Naots. She absolutely loves them and wears them all the time.

I have purchased these sandals in the past. They are really really comfortable. I have PF so so many sandals do not have the support you need not to be in pain when you do any extended walking. This is the first time I used Zappos...in a word fabulous. The constant communication from them during the process was the best I have ever experienced.

Love this shoe, liked them so much bought a white pair too. Zappos customer service person recommended this brand for a good comfort shoe and he was correct. Thank You Zappos.

These provide good support and are comfortable right out of the box, but best of all they stay securely on the foot while walking fast. The velcro closure is great and they are cute.

Lisa - Great looking AND comfortable! You just need to order 1/2 to one size bigger than you normally wear.

An excellent summer shoe, especially for those who wear orthotics and find birkenstocks too wide.

This shoe is both stylish and comfortable. I need a pair of sandals for my summer European trip since I only have winter walking shoes. My problem is that I wear between size 5 1/2 and 6 so there aren't a lot to choose from. I first ordered the 36, but felt a little too small as my toes came up to the ridge when I walked. I then ordered the 37 which were more comfortable as my whole foot could nest inside the footbed. I was about to keep the bigger size until one day I tripped when I ran up the stairs in my house while trying to get used to them. I realized that I thought I was picking up my foot but in reality I didn't because the shoe was too loose even though the strap was tightened to the max. Totally disappointed, I went to Nordy and the local walking-shoes stores to see what they had to offer. As expected, it was once again confirmed that they only carried the super duper ugly ones and my size needed to be specially ordered. I decided to keep my smaller size pair of the Naot Kayla and case closed. This is the first time I order from Zappos and I am extremely impressed by their customer service. Everyone I talked to was super polite, intelligent, knowledgeable and helpful which I cannot find in any business nowadays. They also upgraded me to the VIP status with just my second order so I got overnight shipping. The return was very easy and my charge was credited back as soon as they received the return.
