Love these shoes! Since my size (7 1/2) wide was not in stock, I ordered a size 8 in my correct width. With the strap, I have no trouble with the slightly longer shoe, and feel that they are probably true to size. I love them so much and they are so comfortable that I promptly ordered a second pair in a different color (same size - size 8 - since I knew the size 8 fit so well).

Best shoes I have ever owned. I have had them several years and am here ordering a replacement pair. These are durable. Didn't realize that after pregnancy my feet weren't a size bigger they were just a size wider. So instead of a regular 8 1/2 if I wear a single W it is a perfect fit! Other wise I wear a regular 9 1/2 in other shoes now.

Wonderful straight out of the box! This shoe is so comfy right out of the box, it is worth every penny! I bought these for our vacation and walked all over Asia--all day long, everyday for 2 weeks and found them to be more comfortable than my sneakers! They fit great, they look great without looking too casual and they clean up nicely.

Best Shoe ever - I have this shoe in brown and it is the most comfortable shoe I own...I get compliments everytime I wear a shoe make by this company.

The best! Absolutely a real treasure of a shoe! I work in a very busy restaurant and am running and on my feet for 9 hours at a time on practically cement floors. This shoe is my savior. No hurting legs or back of feet. I just ordered another pair. :D If this is your need- this is your shoe. Don't look at the price. They are worth it!

The Best Shoe Ever - I wore my last pair for four years. These are the best and most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. If I could only have one pair of shoes, these are the ones I would choose.

Best shoe ever! I bought these shoes to go on vacation where we will be walking a lot and they are the BEST! The leather is soft, there are no hard edges or sides to it, the insole is an amazing cushion that makes you feel like you are walking on pillows! I wore them out to "break them in" and found that they don't even need breaking in--they are comfortable right out of the box! This is definitely more money than I usually spend on a pair of shoes but they are worth every penny!

The shoes definitely feel tight across my toes, but I think I'll be able to break them in soon. They're very soft to walk on, which as encouraged me to go out and walk during my lunch break. Also, the inside seems a little slippery causing the top of my toes to rub against the insides.

Good for walking - So I walk a lot. I take public transportation, and so far fingers crossed these have been great. I kid you not there is a milk-crate pillow on the bottom, so cool!

Style with support! This is the fifth pair of Jupiter that I have bought. It is the third black pair, and I have also had two pairs in navy. I wear black or navy every day, depending on the colors of my outfit. I stand all day while teaching, and need some cushioning and support. An adjustable strap works best with my narrow feet. It is very difficult to find stylish, practical shoes in long, narrow sizes (9.5AA). I am very pleased to have found a stylish, comfortable shoe which can be worn with skirts.

Best shoe I own - It's hard to find a women's size 12, but SoftWalk makes them, and I couldn't be more pleased with the Jupiter. I now own two pair, brown and black. They are the most comfortable shoes that I own, bar none!

SoftWalk Jupiter - Love these shoes! I had to send the first pair back, because they run small. However, you all sent the new pair right away. I first found this brand when I had to stand all day at a job fair --they're probably the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. The style is kind of cute and my friends thought they were really cute, too. It's not the snazziest looking shoe out there, but if you need a cute, comfortable walking shoe, it's great. It's a great shoe if you have to stand long periods of time or if you're doing a lot of walking in a city. The very best part about them is the cushioned inside -- it's like walking on pillows. The cushioning actually makes them feel more comfortable than sneakers.

Great fit! This is a great shoe! It is perfect for work and running around. I wear an 11 1/2 WW and this is the first shoe that's truly fit my feet. I can walk around in them all day and my feet and knees feel great! I've had a very hard time finding attractive shoes that fit my feet and are comfortable for all day wear. These definitely fit the bill! Enjoy!

I have bought several pairs of SoftWalk Jupiter and find them to be the most comfortable/fashionable shoe with my feet problems. I will continue to buy them as long as they make them. Which I am hoping is a very long time.

Jupiter SoftWalk- I love this shoe! This is my 4th time to order a pair. Insulin dependent diabetic for 30+ years and have a hard finding a comfortable shoe. I wear them about 3/4 of the time and get a good year's wear from one pair. I notice that the sole of the shoe takes the worst of the wear.

Best shoe for hard working feet! I am a busy nurse practitioner and I own 6 pair of these shoes! They provide the best fit, comfort and support that I have found, I wear them to work, to play and even for dress occasions - they are very flexible! Also having big feet (11) I appreciate that they don’t stop at size 10!!! Terrific shoes and well worth the price!!!!!!

Practical shoes - These shoes are very comfy. I am getting used to the way they look - they look a little school-marmy. But its worth it for the comfort. I have wide feet that are sort of flat with a high instep and these fit well. I wish I had ordered a half-size smaller though, all Soft-Walk shoes seem to run long.

The BEST Shoes ever! I am a HS art teacher and I am on my feet a lot! This is probably about my 6th pair of Jupiters! I buy 2 pr. to get me through the school year. They are practical and look great… but the best thing about them is that they are so comfortable! I would recommend them to anyone who is on their feet a lot. Another thing about this shoe is that they come in larger and wider sizes. I am a size 11 x-wide and these shoes come in that size!

Too cute just for work! I am a nurse and am on my feet a lot. The padded foot bed in these shoes is amazing. It is very hard to find wide shoes that aren't also super unattractive- this shoe is perfect. I originally ordered them to wear at work but they are too cute to wear at work! They look great with pants and skirts. First size I ordered was a little small but I like to wear cushy socks. Zappos happily exchanged them. I might order another pair for work. Highly recommend.

Present to myself- This has been my first Zappos experience and it will also be the first of many. I am new to the world of online shopping. I am sorry that I haven't done so sooner. The service is prompt; the merchandise is much more than stated. I can not believe from the box to my feet and out the door for the next 12 hours. I can not wear high heels or fancy strapped shoes; I must wear comfy and safe. These shoes fill the bill and much more. I can still be styling... Thank you, P. Batson

Jupiter - 5th planet from the sun or ultra-comfy shoe? Both! The foam "moguls" built into the footbed make this an astoniishingly comfortable Mary Jane. I've bought this shoe in every color, and only wish it came in fire engine red :)

Comfortable and Stylish - I needed a comfortable, stylish pair of shoes for work and these fill the bill. They look nice with both a skirt and slacks. I have a narrow foot in a 9 1/2, and these fit beautifully. I highly recommend these shoes. I wish they were made in narrow sizes, in red.
