I bought these for my Mother who has a size 10.5 AAA foot and it is really hard to find shoes that fit her.These shoes are really good for her because of the low heel. They are also very cushioning for your feet. She loves these shoes and they look really good. We love them. It is a all around success. Great shoes.Your return policy is great. Thank you.

This is my favorite Mary Jane ever. The fit is excellent. I have both colors and would have more colors if available. Love the buckle. I hope these shoes are produced for years to come.

I have a very difficult time finding shoes I like, and I really love these. I love that they come in 10 1/2 wide, which I thought I would never find. They are extremely comfortable, as good - if not better - than sneakers. They are great for work, where I stand and walk a lot. They are well put together and sturdy. I dislike spending a lot on shoes, but these have been worth it. Granted, they are not the most stylish of shoes. But if you want a quality shoe that is very very comfortable, I recommend them.

Comfortable Shoes - I bought these shoes because I needed to accommodate orthotics. They are very comfortable shoes and I've worn them often. If one improvement could be made on this shoe, I'd say the bottom of the shoe doesn't have much traction.

SoftWalk Jupiter - Great shoe. Incredibly comfortable. If you have narrow feet, definitely order the narrow size. I'm on the border between medium and narrow, and I prefer narrow.

I love your shoe store. Zappos is amazing! I wear 11 AA but have had recent problems with neuromas in the ball of my foot. These shoes are perfect for me. Also for anyone out there with a similar problem, thinking you need surgery after all has failed, a new procedure has brought back my life. It's called cryosurgery, and was recently approved in January 2005. My doctor had the special training (I found him on WebMD.) No surgery needed and you are pain free for maybe one or 2 years. Then you get it done again. I hope someone out there can get this amazing help. Thanks Zappos for a great website.

SoftWalk's Jupiter - I initially loved these beautiful shoes, but after wearing them once, found them to be too uncomfortable to wear. The padded "ankle collar" hits my ankle bone and the top edge rubs an old surgical incision. I've tried them with and without orthotics and the result is the same -- they just hurt too much to wear. I've never spent so much money for shoes nor been so disappointed.

Highly recommend Jupiter SoftWalk. I developed plantar fasciitis several years ago, aggravated by hard, flat shoes. The inside of this shoe is very soft and squishy. I also like that the heel is slightly elevated, which takes the pressure off of my heel. I wear this shoe when I am photographing weddings, often on my feet for 6 or 7 hours. After a year or so, the squish does wear out and then its time to get a new pair.

True size, extremely comfortable. I am a male who wears women’s shoes and these are the most comfortable I have ever worn. There are times I even forget I have them on. When ever I am going out and walking all day these shoes are my only choice.

The 8.5WW left shoe was comfy and wide enough for the forefoot and narrow enough for my A heel. The exterior leather was bumpy, not smooth. The right shoe was too narrow. SoftWalk's measurements are very different these days.

Alice in Wonderland, anyone? This is a really funky, retro shoe. It looks like my "Janes" from childhood. Very nice roomy toe box and a real metal buckle. There was some staining from the leather on the first extended wearing, but I still love them. If Alice in Wonderland shoes bother you, look elsewhere; there are more "adult" strapped flats available. I'm keeping these.

Comfort Shoe - Finally, enough room for my toes and the heel fits too. Other than being what my husband snidely calls "sensible shoes" (I don't mind being sensible) and having the polish rub onto my hose, this shoe is ideal for those who walk a lot at work.

I bought this to wear walking to and from work -- it is comfortable but not the prettiest Mary Jane I have had. The width is good and true. I have mixed feelings about the 'egg crate' sole as it takes up a lot of room inside the shoe and I am not sure they have made up for it. A qualified recommendation.

Comfy and attractive - Cute and comfortable-can wear with anything.

Really wanted this to work for me, but it just didn't because of my painful bunion. I ordered a different Mary Jane brand and am hoping it will work better.

Plain Jane - I had great hope for these shoes... Lots of cushioning, simple all leather moderate heel. My feet are very flat and hypermobile. These shoes were very tight. The length was OK and they were not bad when standing, but when I took weight off my feet, it felt a full size smaller. Ouch! The cushion was delicious, but the fit was weird.

Too soft - Comfy, but my pedorthist says too soft to wear for a long time, will cause bones and tendons to move around. I should have bought a more orthotic stiffer shoe. I wear it just for dress.

I'm becoming a little bit frustrated because either Zappo's or Softwalk think that EE and WW are the same thing, and they're not. This and the previous pair of shoes (different style) I ordered were both too narrow because I thought I was getting a EE size but got WW instead. Please stop doing this!

Read all reviews before buying! I saw that these shoes had 100% 5 stars (200+ reviews) and read the first 20. I've since read more. People will rate 5 stars even if they don't like something. My fault, I guess. These shoes are alright but not the fantastic, walk-on-cloud types that 200+ 5-star reviews led me to believe. I have high arches and there is no arch support in these. If I pay this much for shoes, I don't want to spend more money on orthotics. The eggshell sole is comfy but I can tell after 1 week that it will flatten sooner rather than later. Width and length were correct. (I'm a 6W). Too bad I can't return them.

I were these shoes many years ago and it seems that they've changed the design and they are not as comfortable as they used to be. They are way more tight than they were and they have less toolbox room. I am completely bummed as these were my standard go to shoes when I had jobs that required me to be on my feet all day. Just got a new job where I have to stand all day and I wore these around the house and they were already hurting my toes as there was and I have narrow feet. I got a seven and a seven and a half in which both were too tight. The design definitely has changed.i1

Cute shoes. I replaced the insoles with my own orthotics, so can’t comment much on the comfort. But I did feel obligated to comment that these shoes fell apart so fast. The strap didn’t hold up, and they scuffed irreparably quite quickly. I got them for work (in heath care) but they soon became too worn to be able to wear to work without sacrificing my appearance. I do not recommend them based on poor longevity with high price.

i did not much like the puffy toe but i kept them because they fit and i have such a difficult foot to fit. they would be more attractive with out the puffy toe. i can't be picky because my feet are so difficult to fit and since they fit i could put them right on and wear them and they did not need any breaking in.

So I have long and narrow feet. Which makes it EXTREMELY difficult to find shoes in my size, as selection for me is VERY small. Even less so for Dress Shoes, and most ESPECIALLY ones that are NOT sandal like. So you can imagine my immense relief when I tried these on and they just FIT! <3
