Just what I wanted - I have very narrow feet (6-1/2 AA) and it is hard to find attractive and comfortable shoes, especially sandals. I needed a black pair and when I saw these on Zappos, I ordered them. I love the fit. The adjustable straps make the fit just right. I like the look of them on my feet. They feel comfortable- all day. The first day I got them I was on my feet for 7 hours at a neighborhood reunion. At the end of the day, my feet felt fine. I was just a little disappointed in the patent leather material. It was not as thick or rich looking as the natural leather. But I bought them mostly for comfort, and I got just that.

Unbeatable sandals - Great,long wearing sandals. Had my first pair for 4 years of comfort. Working on my second now. Hope Clark keeps them in their stable of shores forever.

Although I have worn this style for years and still like it, I now realize that the leather used for the straps is stiff and harsh and that the footbed is not as soft as some other brands.

Clarks are the best. Since I am originally from England I have worn Clarks most of my life. I especially like their springer line, wish you had more of them. As I have aged I have hip problems and find them the most comfortable shoe for me. I have tried other brands but have always gone back to Clarks.

comfort A+ I love this shoe for the comfort. However, all three pairs I bought have some squeaking issues.

Nursing shoes - Unbelievably light weight. Never had to "break" them in. Lacks the support of a tie shoe. This shoe was delivered to me in less than 24 hours of date of ordering it. Amazing

I have very small feet and it is hard for me to find shoes that fit. My Clarks Sunbeat sandals not only fit great, they also are very comfortable to wear!

Clark's pink sandals - The color is so pretty. They are comfy, but there is absolutely NO arch. I will have to glue one in.

Clarks Sunbeat - Due to its buckle straps, this style accommodates an extremely wide foot. Velcro closings are not as serviceable since the exposed Velcro strips severely damage trouser bottoms. The shoe is well priced and comes in a good range of colors so it is very practical.

Sunbeat not what they used to be - Have been wearing these sandals for decades. They used to have leather footbed liners and the straps were all leather. This pair has a synthetic liner and the straps feel like they are lined with plastic. I used to be able to put on a new pair and walk miles on the 1st wearing; these gave me mega blisters. Most disappointing.

VERY comfortable - I've been wearing this style of Clarks sandals for years. I keep 2 or 3 colors all the time and replace each as they wear out. They are perfect for the person like me whose feet are not exactly the same size - with the 3 adjustable straps, I can get a perfect fit. Although not the most stylish, I'll take the comfort and fit any time.

Less quality than before - After wearing Clarks for 12 years I've noticed the 3 pairs I purchased in the last 2 years are thinner and have less support, particularly in the arch and the ball of the foot. I've still got some of my older sandals so it easy to compare the quality. Latest shoes were made in Spain not England. I suspect I'll be looking for a replacement brand for my favorite sandals - too bad.

Clark's Sunbeat in Europe - I purchased these sandals for a 2 week trip to Paris. I was concerned about looking stylish while being comfortable. My feet never hurt me and the sandals still look great. My one complaint is that the width is difficult to adjust. On one hole, they are a little tight, and on the other a little loose.

Summer Walking - I chose this pair of shoes to walk without the confinement of tennis shoes! They do well for touring etc. for serious walking not enough!

With considerable feet problems, I was concerned about buying sandals. But as with most other Clark shoes, these sandals are more comfortable than other brand named sandals that I have tried in the past.

The most comfortable shoes ever. I got these for some walking shoes for my mother. She loves them. She says that she would wear them constantly if she could. She says that her feet never hurt or get tired when she has them on. I've since gotten her a second pair...

good shoe - I have purchased similar Clarks shoes to this for the past 10 years. This year the leather was stiffer and thicker and the shoe was not quite as wide as previous versions. I am afraid Clarks is cutting cost by cutting quality.

My foot slips forward a bit, but I have a hard foot to fit so it is probably just me. Very comfortable - like the adjustable straps.

Clarks Sunbeat - This is a comfortable shoe for extended periods of standing. I wish the back strap was adjustable. The shoe tends to slip a little on my narrow heels, which discourages me from wearing them when I'll be doing a lot of walking.

LOVE ZAPPOS!!! Zappos is the greatest! I feel so fortunate to know of this site - a place where I can find and order shoes in my size (12) and receive such awesome, great service. Returns are easily taken care of in a quick manner and the delivery is more speedy that anything I have ever experienced.

Let the Sunshine In! I am really happy with this shoe. I have worn Clark's before and find the quality very good. Lots of sandals stick to the bottom of your feet making them uncomfortable to wear. Clark's do not do this and break-in very easily. The only problem I have found is that some of the black dye rubs off on your feet! Otherwise the shoe is great and your service was excellent. I will order from Zappos again.

A little clunky, but comfy - The shoes are pretty comfortable, though a little more arch support would be nice. They look a little dated, but they stay on my feet, and I don't have to fight them like other sandals.

Clark's Sunbeats not what they used to be - I have worn Sunbeats happily for years, but find that my most recent purchases feel flimsier and the fit has changed. I think they must be being made in a different place. I really wish they would make black and mushroom leather sandals, as I dislike nubuck and that is the only thing offered in the colors I want.

Where are all the Buckles? I am a big fan of Clark's shoes, especially their sandals, so I look at their shoes first when I'm shopping for new sandals. My last pair held up for 3 years of nearly daily wear during warm weather, and I walked all over Paris (yes, the one in France) in comfort wearing them. I prefer buckles to Velcro, and buckles are harder and harder to find. My only disappointments with this year's models are a) the color selection (no khaki), and b) the absence of padding under the straps that I'm used to on my old pair. I am hoping the leather straps without the padding will have the same comfort factor.

Nice looking, practical shoe - I am very pleased with this shoe. It fits well and is attractive. It is comfortable for distance walking.
