I searched everywhere for these New Balance shoes. I wanted them in this bone color, and in a size that is difficult to find. Zappos had them, and at a discounted price. I'm very satisfied with the speed with which they arrived, the price, the fit and finish, the many ways I can use them. I did not rate the arch support because I always use my own.

Zappos is awesome! I was exchanging these shoes and I thought it was going to be complicated. Zappos' customer service was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely buy again - and again!

This is the most comfortable shoe ever invented. It is also long lasting; you will get miles out of it. It's great for bad feet. I'm on my second pair and hope they don't stop making them. That funny blue stripe on the sole works, whatever it is!

Having just gotten out of a cast, I needed an athletic shoe that would take a prescribed orthotic and leave room for a comfortable, continuing recovery. It did not require breaking in. I have never before found an athletic shoe in a AAAA width! It isn't stylish, but it works for me.

I love the fact that I can ordered anything and if I do not like them I can return them no charge to me. But most important I finally found a shoe that can go over my Arizona brace and they look great. Finally, no orthopedic shoe for me.

I have worked in hospital nursing for 43 years.The floors were mostly concrete with a thin slab of tile over it. Certainly not designed for the workers foot comfort for sure. These shoes proved to be the most comfortable pair of shoes for the brutal abuse my feet had to handle for 8 plus hours. Because of the mileage I put on in my 40 hour plus work week I purchased new shoes every 6 months. These shoes held true better than shoes that were designed specifically for nurses. I would recommend this shoe for overall good fit and comfort.

I love these shoes and have probably gone through 4 pairs in 8 or so years. I do put an arch support in them as I have an extremely high arch. Very comfortable shoes and last a long time. I even wash them in the machine!

I love these shoes!!! I work at the Airport and do a lot of walking so my feet would be pain with other shoes. After I purchased these shoes my feet are in NO PAIN!!!! If you have a wide foot buy them wide, otherwise you wont have too much toe room. They have a lot of cushioning but I still inserted some insoles for extra cushioning!

Absolutely great shoe for walking and comfort. I just did 2 days at Disneyland with no break-in needed. It accommodates my orthotic for extra arch support.

I have purchased many pairs of this style in all colors. It comes in extra long and extra wide sizes. It fits well, keeps my feet stable, and is reasonably priced. Occasionally I purchase more expensive athletic shoes, but still come back to this style. I hope New Balance never discontinues it!

I have been wearing this shoe for work (nurse) and the only shoe I can put on and go. Even since retiring I still wear them for everyday. LOVE THEM. I have a wide foot (EE) and this shoe is perfect.

I've bought New Balance for years. They fit well and last well. I'm over 60 with normal arches that still need support. My orthodic fit well since I increased the width. Also, look more like a regular shoe even though they are an athletic shoe. New Balance provides the stability I need for a reasonable price.

I have difficulty finding a shoe true to my small size and width. Am so happy with this purchase. Would highly recommend. I am 84 years young and wear this shoe every day.

The best fitting sneaker I have found yet. I have a job where I have to stand and walk for 8 to 10 hours a day, and these sneakers are perfect.

I love this shoe! I just purchased them after a summer of flip flop wearing, and wow, are they comfortable! I wear a 9 WW, usually my sneakers look huge on my foot however, this shoe does not; more over they feel wonderful! It normally takes a week or two for me to break in a shoe, but these were comfortable immediately! Also, don't even think of getting them anywhere else but Zappos, the return policy is fab. and their shoe selection second to none!

My wife and I have both had far better luck finding shoes in the styles we like in sizes that actually fit at Zappos than anywhere else we've ever shopped. It is great!

These are WONDERFUL shoes. I can only walk well in shoes with excellent stability and a soft interior. The large toe box allows plenty of room for my hammer toes, and I have these shoes in all 3 colors - black, white, and a light tan shade. They are my "shoe wardrobe". Even the shoe laces are superior - they stay tied. Zappos' fast shipping and excellent service makes buying a pleasure. A very satisfied 81-year-old!

I wear an AFO (ankle foot orthotic). This style of NB accommodates the AFO quite well. A well that I wore them with the AFO for my wedding almost 2 years ago!

I love these shoes. They have such a nice wide toebox and don\'t squish my wide and flat feet. I have wiggle room which I like. I wear orthotics and the insole is removable which is another good feature. Zappos has the most wonderful customer service in the world. I ordered 2 pairs of these shoes late in the afternoon on Thursday and they were at my door by Friday afternoon. Nothing short of amazing.

I have difficulty with the stability of my foot and the 2W width. I have worn this brand and again come back to purchase 2 more pairs. They are wonderful and I especially like that they are primarily white. I had difficulty finding them in the web site, but with some persistence I did find it. They were also at my house in about 2 days.

I had a very good experience with Zappos. New Balance 811 is the only shoe the doctor recommended for me. Also, I can't find a wide in any store being a size 5. So, Zappos it is for me.

The shoes are great and cost less than at my local New Balance store. Shoes got here from Zappos faster than I thought they would and are not seconds. Will use Zappos again.\r\n

I work as a nurse and am on my feet for 10 straight hours. There is no break in time for this shoe. It was immediately comfortable. I have a wide short foot and can always count on Zappos for a great price and fit.
