New Balance WW811 - My Foot Doctor recommended these shoes because I have no arches. I have only had them for a little while now, but I really do like them, they do give great arch support and are comfortable for walking. I highly recommend them to anyone who has feet problems. Thank you New Balance.

I have 2 other pairs of these shoes, so that tells you that I really like them. I walk a lot in my job so they are really comfortable.

So comfortable! Last year I bought a pair of these shoes in white and recently bought a pair in beige. I truly love this shoe! It's a perfect fit and very comfortable. I hope they keep making it for a long time. Since the materials are man-made, I toss the shoes in the washer when they get dirty and they wash great. I would highly recommend this shoe.

Good walking shoe - In wide width New Balance shoes, often the heel is too wide and slips. That's not a problem with this shoe. The shoe provides great stability, comfort and support. The style is not as attractive as some - but it's perfect for exercise.

This shoe fit fine with my inserts. I am very satisfied with them

Just what the Doctor Ordered - These shoes are just what I have needed. They fit great and look good as well. I not only have a foot problem but other knee and hip problems and they have helped me greatly with the support I need. I also have a wide foot and they fit - which is something I have had trouble finding. I would recommend these shoes especially for anyone with a fit problem.

I am on my feet a lot and had a lot of trouble with them. Since getting the shoes, my feet don't hurt in the morning when I get up. Also I don't twist my ankle now. I am really happy with them. Thank you. I tell every one about them.

Sneakers - I love this sneaker. I always get a new pair for vacation as they are great for walking. I also have plantar fasciitis and these really help make that problem better. I highly recommend these!

Love them - I was advised to use this sneaker by a doctor, after an injury to my foot. What I like most about New Balance, is that they have various widths to choose from. Now most of my family buys New Balance sneakers. You just cannot put a price tag on comfortable footwear.

Like a slipper - Started working 12 hour shifts again, and these shoes have been a Godsend. They are a bit bigger than I expected and do fit loosely (for me that's a new one). But to put them on and immediately work for 12 hours without a pinch or Break-In time, that was a pleasant surprise. Professional appearing and well made. My foot doctor approves - I have had to see my foot doctor recently and he approved my New Balance 811 shoe. I have worn them for several years and would not consider wearing any other shoe.

Most comfortable shoes ever! These shoes are so comfortable, I now have 2 pairs. I have arthritis and it so hard to find shoes that are comfy enough for an 8-12 nurses shift. These are great. Seem true to size and width, I love them.

After reading other reviews on this shoe, I decided to go to a local shoe store to try on a pair of New Balance since I've never worn this brand. I noticed this brand did fit a half size smaller than my true size, as the other reviewers had suggested. So I ordered a half size larger. Big mistake! FOR ME, my true size would have been a perfect fit.

Walking shoes - Finally a shoe that is wide enough.

Rehab Centers Request - My mother broke her knee almost a year ago. It was not discovered until the Fall of '05 even though regular x-rays and MRI's were done. It wasn't until we took her to the Hospital of Special Surgeries in NYC (after waiting 3 months for an appointment) did we see an x-ray taken while she stood with bent knees, the break which looked like a cavity in a tooth, with practically no cartilage between the bones at all. It was another three month wait for surgery. During the pre-op week of blood work, and preparing applications for rehabilitation, did I learn I needed to get her a really good pair of shoes for after the surgery. There was no way I could even take her to a store and fit a shoe comfortably on a leg with a broken knee! I then learned of Zappos from my brother in Mississippi, who swears by Zappos.com I went online and within about five minutes found these shoes. I completely messed up the order! But within a minutes of dialing your 800 number, straightened everything out! The shoes arrived soon after! The Hospital of Special Surgery staff loved them, many of the PT's wrote down the site address and the rehab center at Kendal on Hudson thought they were great. My mom is scheduled to come home from Kendal this Friday 6/9. Just three weeks after complete reconstructive knee surgery to an 82 year old woman. The shoes were key in her PT. She walks so much better and I know the shoes help keep her balanced and secure, without feeling heavy or bulky. THANK YOU so VERY MUCH!!

5 time winner - This is my fifth pair, for some reason the four pairs of white shoes were much more comfortable than the black. I will continue to buy a pair a year. I have a few problems with my foot structure and these seem to be the best every day shoe for me. I do wear orthotics in the shoe.

Not a Sneaker wearer - I don't usually buy sneakers, but I thought I would try these since I am on my feet all day. They are great. I wear them at work and I don't even think about my feet, even at the end of the day.

I have 2 pairs of these shoes. The problem with both of them is the tongue. It won't stay put. Always slides to outside of the shoe. Otherwise, they are a good shoe for being on your feet all day.

The Best Shoe for Me - This is my 5th pair of 7.5 2E #811. I have tried many others, recently returning a Propet pair. Nothing fits my feet better or accommodates my orthotics than this sneaker. I have problems with my feet and these accommodate them. I even have metarsal bars put on the bottoms after I receive them....If you have a foot problem, give these a try.

I have size 6 wide, very high-arched feet. Recently, I was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis of the right foot. In addition to wearing a night splint and doing exercises, my podiatrist has taken me off sandals and other regular shoes for most of this year. I chose this shoe because I could get the 4W (has sufficient room for the orthotic) and because it's made for the high arch. My podiatrist inspected the shoe and gave me the thumbs up for a great choice.
