I had to return these because I ordered the wrong size. The customer service was outstanding and they shipped a new pair the same day. Wow, I will order from this company again.

I just bought the Dankso Marcelle and absolutely love them! I ordered them on Friday morning and received them Saturday Morning thanks to the upgrade from Zappos for overnight shipping. Zappos is great!

Love these shoes! Like others say, get a size bigger than normal. Also, I happened to spill something on them, and when I wiped it off some of the coloring came off as well. So now instead of being a dark chocolate brown, they are more of a milk chocolate brown. This is okay with me, but be aware if you are married to the dark brown/black.

Super comfortable, I have really sensitive feet (anything but flipflops gives me blisters) and I didn't even have to break them in to be happy wearing them all day. You can walk on city streets for miles and they're a dream. This is my 3rd pair of Danskos, but my first pair in this style. They are easier to get your foot into than the professional, especially with warm socks on. I would recommend them to anyone. The brown color is really flexible and can be worn with black or brown without clashing.

My podiatrist insisted I try Dansko shoes so I ordered the Marcelle as I loved the look of the shoe. When I received the shoe I was very pleased with the look and was very excited to wear them to work. After having them on for a short period of time both heels (I have a heel spur and bursitis in my left heel) were extremely sore. I had a visit that same day with the podiatrist and he said to send them back as they were the hardest Dansko shoes he had ever seen. Having worn them 1 day I did not feel I could send them back. I actually tried them again several days later in the house for a bit and just could not tolerate them at all.

I love Zappos.com! They have outstanding customer service, free shipping both ways. They have been wonderful. Bought these Danskos, after 5 days of use a buckle broke. Called customer service, she had them at my doorstep within 14 hours. I love Zappos and recommend them to all my friends. Love the shoes, stand up most of my 9 hour day. Feet never hurt and legs are never tired.

I bought these shoes because they were recommended by a friend. When I got them, I could not believe that such a clunky shoe could be so comfortable. Well, it is! I have worn them everyday since I got them. I wear a size 7 M and ordered these in a 37 and they fit very well. For anyone who is on their feet all day, this is the shoe for you. You truly cannot judge this shoe by its chunky look. I have since ordered another pair of Dansko clogs and have not been disappointed with them either.

These are great shoes. I ordered them one day and they arrived the next day. They offer great support while not looking bulky. I can be on my feet for hours with no problem thanks to these shoes! I highly recommend ordering them.

I adore these shoes! I have Dansko clogs as well. They are a great shoe for a long work day! They have a loose fit. Don\\\'t worry if they feel loose at first; you will get used to the spacious heel. These are a great shoe if you stand for extended periods of time or if you have back problems they are a great support. They also look great with a dress for a different professional look.

I bought one pair and loved them so much had to buy them again in another color. They are perfect for every day work wear. They are very comfortable and roomy enough for cold weather socks. They arrived at my door in a blink.

Absolutely comfortable. Was unsure about the sizing at first, but knowing that the heel is supposed to freely move in and out of the shoe helps! Just like my first pair of Danskos, these are perfect for all-day wear. I am a nurse, and need all of the support I can get. The Marcelle style is cute and goes with anything from jeans to slacks.

Working in a Pharmacy, I\'m on my feet for 8 hours straight. My sneakers weren\'t cutting it for me, so I finally gave in after getting rave reviews from my fellow pharmacists and pharmacy technicians. The Mary-Jane style of these shoes, I think, is absolutely adorable. I haven\'t had the said problems of the stitching bothering my feet. The toe box is extremely roomy and I\'m very happy with my purchase! I\'m already looking for another pair. You really can\'t compare Danskos with any other shoe, they\'re the best.
