great shoes - I recieved the the shoes very quickly, like three days. They look great and even feel better wearing. I wear them everywhere but to work. I can't wear them to work because I work in a hospital and have to wear white shoes, but over all the shoes are great

Not Cheap or Sharp Looking but Comfortable and Well Made - I'm very hard to fit. It seems I take a different size in every brand. This was my first pair of Dunhams so I had to do a Goldilocks number to find the best fit. First I tried 10.5 4E. Surprisingly, way too tight. Then I went to extremes and tried an 11 6E. Surprisingly too, this enormous step up for me felt pretty good put perhaps a bit long. So I tried the 10.5 6E. After much walking on my carpet I settled on the second pair, not entirely confident I had made the right decision. After wearing them three to six days a week for the last six months I know I did. I’m a diabetic and I must have comfortable, well made shoes. These fit the bill. Of course without Zappo’s “insanely reasonable”(!?) return policy I could not have done the shopping and experimentation I required to get exactly the right shoe. I had two minor beefs, though. First: I didn’t realize that these shoes come with a second set of laces until I got the second pair. The first pair had only one set of laces and if I had decided to keep them I would have had no idea I was entitled to a second set. Second: The laces are kind of “slippery” and they become untied easily. This is a problem that’s common to many brands these days. The Wall Street Journal actually did an article about this issue some years ago. I forget what the explanation was but it’s annoying. One last thing. I've indicated that they feel narrower than marked because I'm stunned that I'm a 6E! I wear a 4E in New Balance sneakers and these feel about the same.

Relief for a wide foot - Brooks makes great shoes for my 10.5 4E foot but although I have 3 pairs of Beasts and a pair of Addiction Walkers I needed something a bit dressier. While the Dunham Windsor won't win any style awards, it is more dressy than a pair of athletic or walking shoes. I bought two pairs in 10 6E and have found them quite comfortable. But the support is very basic so some might opt as I have to install a support footbed. I favor Superfeet footbeds. Hence my 4 vice 5 star rating. I'm taking a close look at Brook's new Turin shoes which marks their first dress style support shoe.

Dunham Windsor - I wear a size 14 narrow. It is very difficult to find a proper fit I have never been able to walk into a department store and find my size. There are very few stores that will even stock a size 14 A on their shelves. I was extremely happy to find Zappos.com. I could not not be more pleased with my purchases. They were shipped directly to my door even faster than I had anticipated. The quality of the merchandise exceeded my expectaions. Zappos will be the place where shop for shoes in the future!

Graet Shoe - My husband is extremely hard to fit in shoes. I finally resorted to the internet to search them out, these shoes are great for both the price and Quality. Zappos also will have my business for years to come. What great service!

Most comfortable shoe for wide feet - This is the only shoe that has ever fit me properly. I am a 6E and a size 8 which kind of makes my feet square :-). I have always had to settle for 4E shoes in a 9 or 9.5 to compensate. It is fit to size and very comfortable. They are also very durable, lasting far longer than cheaper shoes I've bought. The only downside is that with the nubby texture of the leather, it is really a casual shoe. I wear them to work anyway, but I can't get away with it at a wedding or real formal occaision. Great shoe. Highly recommended. Would but them again in a flash.

Dunham's Windsor - It's a great shoe. Good fit. Very comfortable walker. Better than the Rockport

This is one ugly pair of shoes, but they are the most comfortable shoe I have ever owned. Zappos service has been fantastic, I ordered three more pairs of shoes today...

Great Relief for Diabetic Feet or just Wide feet.!!! I have for many years attempted to find a wide shoe to accomodate my size (4E). This really became a critical issue lately with the problems of diabetic feet (damaged nerves). Finally with this shoe I have found a pair that fits, is comfortable and gives proper support. I call them "My toe boxes" and even with the added width are quite good looking. The shoes appear to be well constructed. I will buy more shoes of this type in the future. I recommend these for other customers with wide feet. I wish I had been aware of these 20-30 years ago. Unable to find anything locally, I went to the internet searching and located these at Zappo.com. Shipping was unbeliveable, I had them the next day,WOW. I didn't realize you could get any item by mail that fast. Very satified with this item.

Hooray - My husband was searching for a shoe that was comfortable for his wide feet. After buying MANY shoes, this pair of shoes works.

The shoes are very comfortable and the width was exactly as advertised. They are great with khakis and look nice enough for a business casual workplace.

Wide toe box - A comfortable shoe and one of the few wide shoes that is wide in toe box and not just the heel and mid foot.

Good looking, comfortable size 15 shoe - I'm a freshman in college with a really big foot, size 15! My mom has started ordering online from Zappos because they carry shoes in that size, whereas most stores around here do not, unless they look absolutely wretched. The customer service is outstanding with attention to detail and upgrades in shipping. I needed black shoes that looked decent and were very comfortable. These fill the bill.

A Good Shoe - A good casual and comfortable shoe.

I bought it as a boat shoe and it is great. I have a 14AAA and bought the 14N and I can see a little tongue under the laces.

Dunham Shoe/boot - I wear a 14 B, which is difficult to find. This boot is attractive, functional, and fits perfectly. I purchased the suede type leather and am very satisfied. It also works well in Syracuse, New York winters.

My feet seemed to say Thank You - This is a very good-looking and comfortable shoe and that's a pretty rare combination. When I first put these on, me feet just seemed to relax and settle in with an "aaahhh" -- I am hard on shoes so we'll see how long these last, but initially I am impressed.

The glory of Shoes! This is one of the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. The fit is true to size, as stated. This shoe has the look of a shoe, with the comfort of a sneaker. In addition to the above, it is also waterproof which is an added bonus. If I am able to find other Dunham shoes in my size, I will buy them. I highly recommmend this shoe.

Dunham's Quality - I own several different styles of Dunham Shoes. I rate them as one of the best made shoes available. Qualty is consistent, worth the investment.

Strings WAY WAY too slippery, they wont stayed for anything, even had to cut them shorter after only few month use. Shoes themselves are excellent, but they NEED to be AMERICAN MADE.

They were a beautiful shoe but just weren't wide enough across the toes so I reordered the same size except a 6E instead. They fit perfect!

They would of been perfect but we need a wider size for across the toes so I'd like to exchange them for a 6E in a size 15.

Not really comfortable and noisy.

I am a big man, 6' 4", 225 pounds, 88 years old, that needs arch and ankle support. Theses Dunham Windsors give it to me in a way that I have haven't felt in shoes that I have been wearing in recent years. I should tell you though, that I wear the with orthopedic inserts. Other shoes that I have recently worn did not give me really comfortable support even with my orthopedic inserts.

This is an imperfect solution for my flattened feet which have lengthened and widened over the last 19 years. The 2 orthotic and carbon inserts I have to use have forced me to use shoe sizes larger than the actual size of my feet.
