This was my First Online shoes purchase ever buying through zappos.com. I did trying out The Dansko Professionals first after all the popular and positive reviews ,but they hurt my feet after only a few hours of standing at my hotel job. I'm not positive but I didn't think they were a proper fit. I had heard good things about Dunham and the merger with New Balance so I sent the Dansko's back to get these amazingly comfortable shoes. I stand on my feet with no padding or carpet to stand on daily so I needed a shoe that would support my back and be comfortable for my 8 hours of work. It only took about 2 days of wearing them that they finally broke in and these Dunham Windsors have been the best work shoes I have ever owned. I would suggest these to anyone in the hotel or service industry.

For me, this is a repeat order. I first bought a pair in 2007, four years ago, that are now being retired to use as garden shoes, but before that they took me on walking tours around Europe and to my classroom where I spent days on my feet. They've been comfortable and have provided the needed support. I never had had a twisted ankle with them although I'm susceptible to these injuries. They may not be a stylish pair of shoes, but they earned my repeat business.

Good support, no slip sole holds up well in a commercial kitchen. Comfortable during 10 hour shifts on your feet.

This shoe felt comfortable right out of the box. Not only good for work, but also for walking.

This was my fourth time purchasing these shoes. My wide feet (2E) fit with just the right amount of space and are kept dry during the winter with the waterproof treatment. This is a very comfortable (with or without my orthotics) everyday work/casual shoe. Unfortunately, I received two right shoes from Zappos and my size was out of stock. I obviously had to return these and could not take advantage of Zappos' great delivery speed.

These fit my feet perfectly! Have received a few compliments on their looks. I will likely add a brown pair very soon.

I have a difficult time finding shoes that are wide enough for my feet. There are very few choices for a 6E. This shoe is very comfortable and as the upper leather gets broken in, it is getting softer. The shoe is good looking and works with jeans and dress pants. I even have enough room to use a corrective insert if necessary. Finally, a decent wide width shoe!

I have flat, narrow (11 B), low volume feet and these fit perfectly, no break-in needed. Everyone is different, but I haven't found another brand at same price point that fits as well, and some of my fat-footed friends rave about the Dunhams too. I've worn these exclusively for 24 months, 50 hours/week, 180 lbs. The style passes with anything from tie to jeans and my job involves significant standing on hard surfaces, crouching, and walking around in slightly dirty conditions outside. The shoes get an occasional moist rag wipe down when they get muddy, that's all. They are just now starting to show significant wear in terms of both support and looks. I have a dressier pair of Dunham Burlington's that are also extremely comfortable and well-made (they had a rough break-in period and run a 1/2 size too large), but the Windsors are better for jack of all trades use.

Superb. Roomy toe box, plenty of cushioning. Best of all, these arrived just as snow smacked Seattle, and I trudged through inches of the stuff, then some rain, sleet, and slush. My socks stayed 100% dry--very rare at this prices. They're a little clunky looking, but look better once they get a bit scuffed.

Always a fun store to shop from and the customer service is excellent. One of my favorite places to shop!

The Dunham Windsor is a very well crafted durable waterproof shoe. I'm 225 lb, big and wide foot who does a lot of walking and standing in this comfortable shoe. It felt comfortable straight out of the box and only feels better afterward.

Well-made, comfortable, versatile shoe. They look good on anything except tuxedos and boxers. The thick laces stay tied. They breathe well. They look fine dirty and scuffed up. Felt good right out of the box, unlike a pair of dressier Burlington's that required a substantial break in but are still actually a bit more comfortable for me (which is hardly possible because I really like the Windsors too). My job involves lots of walking/standing/crouching, but internal support and sole wear has been excellent after several months of exclusive use. If I had to spend the rest of my life in 1 pair of shoes, these would be it.

A friend told me she thought you carried larger shoe sizes. I checked it out and you did. I was sooo excited for my son. I ordered his dress shoes in black and then ordered a brown pair a few months later. We were happily surprised when they arrived in 2 days. You have my business................ My 14 year old son has a size 13 4E foot, imagine trying to find him a casual shoe out there. This shoe is comfortable, very roomy especially in the toe area and across the top of his foo. Easy to clean and it is not incredibly heavy. A good fit, comfortable and nice looking as well.

I bought these shoes for my husband, He already had a brown pair, and he liked them so much he wanted a black pair too. He has extremely flat feet and finds almost all shoes uncomfortable, even if inserts fit in them. Not only does he find these comfortable with his inserts, but they look better than almost any shoe he has ever worn. He previously only could wear tennis shoes. He now can wear nice clothes because he has decent looking shoes to go with them.

Great shoes! I have been wearing them now for several weeks. I walk 3-4 miles outdoors several times a week. Rain and most puddles are no problem. They are very comfortable even when standing all day. The waterproof feature is great. They can be washed off with a hose. Overall, they are functionally the best shoes I have ever had. I will buy another pair.

Dunham Windsor - Great shoe...eases the pain in my back...I now have 4 pair and wear them every day. I wear them for work or dress...that is the reason I have 4 pair.
