Shoe Review - While these shoes are in no way ugly, they are just not what I would have normally picked to wear to the office, but recommended by the office that makes custom made orthotics I wear so I thought I'd give them a try. Absolutely the most comfortable shoe I have had on my feet in… probably ever.

Very pleased with Dunham Shoes - I was very surprised to see that there are more shoes (other than New Balance) that actually fit my foot. I wear a 14(6e, not many shoes to choose from. These shoes are great in the fact that they are not so thick in the upper tongue area. Zappos is a great store that is very quick and extremely helpful of finding exactly what you need in a shoe....thanks for all the help a very satisfied and now lifetime customer.

Durable, Comfortable and DRY! I'm in sales, and on my feet all day--on an asphalt surface. I am outside with rain, sleet and snow, but also work inside in the office with customers. These shoes are the best I've used in my twelve years of looking for the "perfect" shoe. I've been using this Dunham shoe for three years (several pairs during that time), and will continue using them as long as they are available. The shoes wear well on the asphalt; they are comfortable; and my feet stay DRY! Thanks!

Very Well Built Shoe - This is my third pair of Dunhams. I will be buying these from now on. Great fit. Well built. Sized as marked for me. I have a wide foot and their 4E fits perfectly.

It fit and looked exactly as explained, the best shoe I own, and to add that I have never seen anything shipped so fast.

My husband's best shoe - I have trouble fitting my husband with a good quality shoe for his work; he works at Home Depot and is on his feet all day walking the concrete floors. He has an extra wide foot and really doesn't like to wear shoes anyway but he has told me that these are probably the most comfortable shoes he has worn so I am ordering a second pair while they are still available.

Great shoe - I love Dunham shoes. I've worn them for several years now. I bought this one because it has the roll bar to prevent pronation. It was very comfy right out of the box, and I wear them almost daily. I highly recommend them to anyone. It's an additional plus that they are waterproof. I am able to wear them in the rain and not worry about wet feet!

14N - Excellent shoe. Size and width are extremely accurate, out of the box, broken in with no discomfort, no uncomfortable pressure points, excellent stitching and hand work, color and patina are very good...I will buy several more of this model...I am extremely particular and Zappos hit a home run with this shoe/size/width combination.

Dunham Windsor - Very comfortable after I added an insole to snug up the narrow shoe. Rockport and Dunham comes the closest to a good fit for my narrow foot. This shoe is very similar to the Rockport WTC.

Great Shoe - The Windsor works great for me because it's a work shoe and a nice looking shoe. I've owned Dunham shoes in the past, they’ve held up well, and the water proof feature makes them an excellent outdoor shoe for on the job.

Best investment this year - I have a difficult time buying shoes(size 15). I am a physician in very large hospital and do a lot of walking. The Windsor is a workhorse. The support, fit, and comfort are amazing. I will probably buy another when these wear out.

Absolutely great shoes - I can't say enough about Zappos and these shoes. I ordered the shoes and had them in 2 days. Unfortunately they were the wrong size (my fault). The on-line process Zappos has setup for returning shoes is a snap. I returned them in the original shipping box and promptly received the correct size from Zappos. The shoe is very comfortable, good looking and durable. Kudos to Zappos and Dunham.

Great Shoes - I've had my Dunham's for about a year. Usually I wear a pair of shoes out in 6 months. They still look great, feel great and waterproof to boot. I power washed my house over the weekend and didn't get wet feet, even though the rest of me was soaked! Planning on buying another pair soon.

Great shoe and Zappos is great - Several weeks ago I began to have a problem with pain on the sole of my left foot. You don't appreciate a good shoe until you have pain in your foot. I tried several shoe brands including Rockport and Ecco. No help. I had a problem deciding between a dress shoe and a hike/walking shoe for the sturdiness. I decided to give the Dunham Windsor a try. I ordered the shoe via the internet Monday morning. UPS delivered the shoes to my door Wednesday at noon. No extra cost to me. The shoes felt great when I first put them on. The more I wear them the better I like them. I've now been wearing them for two weeks and love them. Be aware, because they are waterproof, they are much sturdier than a regular shoe like Rockport and they are also just a little bit warmer than most shoes but the comfort more than makes up for those two differences. I will be buying from Zappos again. Can't beat them. Thanks.

I bought these in the nu -buck, very comfortable and they really are waterproof. I wore these shoes everyday this winter and never had wet feet and they held up great.

Great quality, comfort, and style - Great shoe for work especially if you stand a good part of the time. Very comfortable and long wearing too. A casual shoe that looks good enough to wear to work or even after hours. Dunham's is a division of New balance and the quality shows.

It fits a narrow foot - Wonderfully comfortable shoe from New Balance right out of the box. Broad rounded toe box gives room there. Narrow heel doesn't slip. Arch support in just the right place for me. Litle projecting ears on top of heel rub a bit on my shin, but expect this to stop with break-in.

Distribution Clerk's best Friend - As a Distribution Clerk at a hospital, I spend every moment of each work day walking or standing. I have always bought New Balance walking shoes, but they began to look worn out after only a month or so. I had been looking for a pair of shoes to withstand the punishment of the warehouse and loading dock areas and still be presentable to wear in the clinical areas of the hospital. I have worn these shoes for over a year and, with a quick polish, they still look brand new. They still feel new too! They are light like a tennis shoe, but tough like a work boot. I came to this site looking for a new pair just like them and I recommend them to anyone working in health care, food service, or any other light industrial setting.

sturdy, neat, comfortable - My orthopedist wanted to put me into custom-made shoes but I took his specifications to a local shoestore. They recommended the Dunham Windsor for the rollbar and the arch support. It's not a dress shoe but it's great for work and running errands.

Windsor comfort - I was looking for a nice pair of casual shoes to where with docker pants. I got the shoes overnighted without any additional expense and was delighted at the look and feel of the shoe. I have a narrow foot and the shoe was sized correctly. There was no need of a break-in as the shoes were comfortable right out of the box. I didn't know until the shoes arrived that they are made by a division of New Balance. No wonder they have the various sizes and feel that I like in my tennis shoes. They also came with an additional pair of laces which will be handy as I plan to where these shoes a long time. I feel the service from Zappos was execellant and will use them again.

great shoes - I recieved the the shoes very quickly, like three days. They look great and even feel better wearing. I wear them everywhere but to work. I can't wear them to work because I work in a hospital and have to wear white shoes, but over all the shoes are great

Not Cheap or Sharp Looking but Comfortable and Well Made - I'm very hard to fit. It seems I take a different size in every brand. This was my first pair of Dunhams so I had to do a Goldilocks number to find the best fit. First I tried 10.5 4E. Surprisingly, way too tight. Then I went to extremes and tried an 11 6E. Surprisingly too, this enormous step up for me felt pretty good put perhaps a bit long. So I tried the 10.5 6E. After much walking on my carpet I settled on the second pair, not entirely confident I had made the right decision. After wearing them three to six days a week for the last six months I know I did. I’m a diabetic and I must have comfortable, well made shoes. These fit the bill. Of course without Zappo’s “insanely reasonable”(!?) return policy I could not have done the shopping and experimentation I required to get exactly the right shoe. I had two minor beefs, though. First: I didn’t realize that these shoes come with a second set of laces until I got the second pair. The first pair had only one set of laces and if I had decided to keep them I would have had no idea I was entitled to a second set. Second: The laces are kind of “slippery” and they become untied easily. This is a problem that’s common to many brands these days. The Wall Street Journal actually did an article about this issue some years ago. I forget what the explanation was but it’s annoying. One last thing. I've indicated that they feel narrower than marked because I'm stunned that I'm a 6E! I wear a 4E in New Balance sneakers and these feel about the same.
