These shoes are very stiff. I've worn them multiple times hoping they would loosen up, but they haven't so my ankles hurt when I wear them. There is ZERO arch support which I thought wouldn't be a big deal since I have flat feet, but it does cause discomfort. I really wish I could return them since they were so pricey and I don't like them, but I've worn them outside multiple times already so I'm past the point of being able to return them. They aren't awful if worn for a short period of time, but if you'll be moving for more than 5 minutes, they're terrible.

I wear a 7w (platypus feet). tried these in a 7.5 and an 8 with heavy socks. They squeezed my toes and were even painful just to try on. Obviously if they hurt when I try them on, they’re not going to get better. Too bad. I hear these are the best. But I won’t get to try them in the snow.

Fit was a tad smaller for size 11 foot; making wearing thicker thermal socks slightly uncomfortable. Very heavy boot as well; so made for not so easy treking. style ok-not as flattering once it got to size 11 in my opinion

My feet are freezing in these and I'm standing in my yard at 30° F in late November with a light dusting of snow. I'm wearing wool socks and the cold is just getting through them like I'm wearing common hiking boots. I have no idea why. Maybe I have a faulty pair? They are huge, hard to move in, heavy, and barely warmer than my keens hiking boots. All I can say positive is that they're sturdy and water proof. I'm going to have to get new boots unfortunately. This was a massive waste of money.

The boot looks good although the overlap of the rubber seams on the lower part of the shoe looked like water could potentially get in over time. The boots are otherwise beautiful. Nice leather, sturdy feeling rubber soles. Returning only because the sizing is incredibly off. I wear a true 6.5. The reviews are mixed with some saying to size down. I decided not to and now I see I am going to have to size up. What a hassle!

While these are more than warm enough for cold weather, they are hard to walk in as there isn’t much flexibility in the sole. Very clunky. I work at a large teaching hospital and have to hoof it in every day about 8 city blocks in very cold winter weather from the parking structure to my unit....they are not distance friendly at all. But I returned these mostly because, after a beautiful snowfall the night before, I was about to take my pup out the next morning and realized the snow was much higher than these boots- we only got about 5 inches of snow yet had I trudged outside in these, I would’ve gotten snow inside the boots as there isn’t a tight seal even with the tie on top. Way too low to be a good snow boot. Needs an additional 6 inches to be good for Wisconsin winters. Went with the North Face Shellista IV Tall and they are amazingly warm and tall enough!!

Disappointed with these boots. Loved the styling in the picture but in real life they are so clunky! They look several sizes bigger on the outside than they actually are. I ordered a size 8.5 and they fit true to size but from the outside they made my foot look like a mans size 11. So heavy and clunky!
