Best winter boots out there!

I'm glad I read the reviews! The boots ran big so I ordered a half size smaller. That worked perfectly!! I don't think they will be warm enough for -40°. I live in Minnesota and today it was 15° they were warm enough. They definitely are clunky. The traction was really nice as well as the waterproofing!!

These boots are warm and provide excellent traction when walking in snow or ice. I highly recommend them.

These were super comfy right out of the box, they run a little big but that is what I wanted so I can wear thick socks I am a 9.5 sometimes 10 , I ordered a 9.5 and there was ample room ( I was afraid they would be to tight they were not ) they look great my feet were the only thing on my body that was still warm after sitting on the ice fishing for a few hours.

These are hard to get your foot into.

Bought several sizes for me and my teen girls. Stick with your normal size. FYI - the 8.5 and 9 are EXACTLY the same size (both boot & insert). Compared in two different colors. Fortunately, that was the size we needed, so worked out great. We usually wear 8.5, so 8.5 and 9 both worked great. Some people said to go down a size, but I could feel my toe at the end of the 8 and it was way too tight over the top of my foot and in width. So warm & comfy. Really well made. All 3 of us love them. Made it just in time for the snow!

My feet measure at a 6.5, but I tend to wear a 7 or 7.5 because I have wide toes. I ordered these in a 7.5 and they were ridiculously large! It was like when a child puts on their parent's shoes. The style was good and I have always heard good things about Sorels, but the sizing was way too far off.

Ordered a 10, of which I wear 99% of the time. Will be returning, as I ordered a 10.5 to leave ample room for thicker socks. Upon receiving the 10.5, I noticed the right boot has a white film on it and it will not come off. Ordered a 3rd pair to arrive in a few days and will be sending 2 pairs back. Love the boots though. Will be perfect for our cold winters!

These are very warm and comfortable. They are heavy, but I walked all over Sundance Film Festival in them with no issues. They were actually a little too warm when I was inside lol. I like that they are a little less overwhelming that the Joan of Arctic. They are a little less fussy. Not the I don’t still love Joan. They both have their place. Overall, I would recommend these if you need a nice warm boot. They are super waterproof. I splashed right in a deep puddle I didn’t see that came up to my ankle, and my feet were completely dry.

Nice looking warm winter boot, but I really think they are marked wrong. I normally wear a 10 and I originally purchased these for my daughter who is an 8.5. She couldn't wear them as they were so big. I wear them now instead and like I said, I am a size 10 and they feel a little big on me too. I would have exchanged them, but of course my daughter never told me until a year later that they were so big.

Nice boots but stiff and heavy. I went with reviewer suggestions and ordered 1/2 size down. I’m usually a 9 1/2, but ordered a 9. The 9 fits fine. They are very heavy and stiff around the ankles and lower legs. It’s hard to drive in them because the boot is so stiff I had a hard time bending my ankle to accelerate the gas pedal. I am keeping them because they are comfortable and warm. Just won’t drive in them.

These boots run large. I ordered my normal size but have to go down 1 full size for them to feel comfortable. Super sturdy boot that's great in snow and super warm. My feet will be nice and cozy for several years to come!

This is a super winter snow boot. It is big, but if you're looking for the hardiest, warmest, most comfortable boot for extreme temps, this is it. It is NOT a boot for just running errands when it's flurrying out. Or commuting into a city while looking stylish in a popular brand. It's serious footwear. I ended up returning because it was more boot than I was looking for, but I might reconsider at some point if I get into winter hiking, ice fishing, or dog sledding. Unlikely. But great boots for the right person!

These boots were very heavy and bulky because of the rubber front. The tread was also very heavy duty. Sadly, I'm returning them.
