I bought this shoe in the brown flavor after resolving to have tassel loafers. These shoes are beautifully constructed, fit true to size, are comfortable for hours and are head turners. I have never gotten so many compliments for one pair of loafers. A must have!

Have worn them for years. Can put on new ones without having to break them in. Have never worn a better shoe

I own a number of Allen Edmonds and a few loafers, and these are definitely among my favorite in terms of quality, comfort and look.

I bought my first pair of Grayson (and Allen Edmonds) in the early 90s. I was trying to replace the shoes I was married in and had re-soled multiple times. While hesitant about the investment value, I decided on the Grayson. It is the best dress shoe I have eve owned. I have had my pair of 11 D re-crafted twice and the 3rd start was as good as the first. I will keep them until I die. I know own 5 pair of Allen Edmonds Shoes, but the Grayson is still the default for dress. Thanks for continuing the tradition.

I have worn the Grayson now for over 30 years. 2 Pair only. I have recrafted them each and they look and feel great. I wear them with Coat and Slacks, Khakis, & Suites. The fit is incredible. 14-B My Last. I wish all my shoes were like these. I have at least 10 Pair of AE and these are my favorite.

Absolutely love this shoe and would recommend them to anyone. I fully believe the shoes help me appear confident, stylish and sophisticated without being brash and arrogant. This exactly the image I want.

I first had a pair of Graysons in the late 70's. Very comfortable and well-made. Finally wore them out, but replaced them with another brand. After many years of trying other brands and usually being disappointed, I'm back with AE for good! I've bought 3pairs in the last year and a half (Walden and Wilbert, also). They all feel great, are well made and with redrafting should last a long time.

I bought these shoes on-line (which I consider a risk re. fit, etc, but here in the UAE there's no AE in the shops), on the strength of my previous pair, which were shop bought, in 1991! And certainly not low mileage either. The new ones fit as well as the old ones (still going strong, although wear & tear is starting to show). Now confident enough to try other models via on-line as well.

Dear Allen Edmond company, what can I say....!! This shoe is far the best of my entire collection, including others brands such as Mezlan, Prada and Bally. Very comfortable and long lasting. The leather looks nice even after many months of wearing. THANK YOU VERY MUCH for producing this shoes!!! It's now many years that I order the Grayson a few times per year. these, and other A-E shoes are a breed apart. they copy no one's shoes, and when satisfied with a model, make it a part of their portfolio so buyers can purchase and enjoy a favorite model for years to come. the quality of construction and materials cannot be approached by any other american shoe maker. when someone compliments my shoes, i'm alwaysproud to tell them they are from A-E.

The best shoe investment I made. Its gone through 3 pairs of soles and still keeps going.

The Grayson shoe was my third pair of Allen Edmonds purchased and I love them. It is such a great shoe and amazingly comfortable as well!

I own a lot of dress shoes, about 30 pair or so. This was my first pair of Allen Edmonds (I have 7 pairs). This is by far my favourite. I have had this shoe for about 7 years and it still looks great. I normally wear a 10E, but in this shoe a 10D is a perfect fit. I cannot recommend a better shoe.

I am a woman, and I love men's shoes (or at least the way men look in them). It's one of the first thing that I notice about a guy. My husband has several pairs of Allen Edmonds shoes, and I am always impressed with them. They are truly beautiful shoes in such a wide range of colors and styles that befit any suit and every occasion. I have purchased two pairs as birthday presents for my husband, and he was thrilled with both of them. My favorite is the Grayson, really sleek and cool but still dressy. He likes the McAllisters because they look great with his business suits.

Finish is great, soles are perfect. heels perfect as well. Why woould anyone who has a great pair of shoes like these not have them recrafted? Enough said.

Truly a classic. My Allen Edmonds shoes (9 pair) range in age from 3 to 16 years. Dress and casual styles. They are recrafted about every 2years. Some of my styles are no longer made but they look as good as when I purchased them. The Grayson style is true to fit, comfortable, and worth the investment for a decade... (or two)!...

You don't buy AE shoes to impress others, you buy AE shoes to impress yourself.

This shoe is timeless and one I feel every gentleman should own. I have had this shoe 10 years and it still wears and looks incredible. While the shoe at first look does not seem to stand out, most seem to notice that it is elegantly different and its simple and clean look actually make it unique in style.

Very satisfied with this shoe. I have several pairs of these shoes and the Park Avenue for work and pleasure. I have passed this on to several of my co-workers here at the funeral home and they too are very satisfied with the quality of the Allen Edmond shoes. Thanks.

This is my 5th. pair of Grayson! I am hard on shoes ...but my Grayson's hold up better than any shoe I have ever worn. The leather is fine and really holds a shine. My Grayson's out last any two mabe three pairs of any other shoes I have worn.

This shoe is the perfect fit, color, and comfort right out of the box.

The heel was a little stiff at first. Once they were worn about six times, they were easier to wear. I LOVE these shoes and are extremely comfortable. Now to break in the other colors!

Have had a pair of Grasysons since 1990. Re-heeled once. Still a beautiful shoe. Have several pair of AE's in the closet and rotate them regularly. Keep them polished with AE polish and you're set.

I have wore this style for many years. It looks great.
