Love my Uggs!! By far the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned...I wear them all the time (literally)! Definitely buy a size smaller. I wear a 6-6 1/2 and ordered a 5 and it fits perfect.

5 star Uggs! I was so impressed not only with quality of product but how easily I obtained a very difficult to find item. I was shocked that I had the boot delivered to my home within 24 hrs. I would definitely use Zappos again, and trust the quality of the items they offer.

Love, love, love my Uggs - I got these shoes just before a snow trip and I was so glad to have them. The stayed clean and beautiful, so water stains at all. Love em.

UGGS! Zappos was so easy!!! I ordered my boots one afternoon and had them in less than 24 hours. I couldn't find Uggs anywhere and I got lucky when Zappos had a few pairs left. The boots arrived in full packaging with no damage. I am really pleased with Zappos and will definitely use it again!!

Ugg Classic Tall. I ordered the Ugg Classic Talls, which are the most comfortable, warm boots ever. My order came the next day and everything was perfect, it was the right size and right color. I would really consider getting these boots if you want comfort and style.

Aaahhh... After a full day of skiing, there is nothing better than slipping your foot in a pair of these boots. The same holds true for going out that night - forget the socks and enjoy the comfort and warmth. The only negative is no arch support.

Great Warmth and Comfort - This is my third pair of Uggs, but the first time I've purchased the Classic Tall. It's true these are not made for snow, but as soon as I got them, I sprayed them to resist water/moisture. I wear them out and about in the snow, but I'm careful not to step in dirty, slushy puddles that might get them too wet. The warmth can't be beaten and the comfort is fantastic. I'm 7 months pregnant and can hardly bend down to tie my shoes, but I'm able to pull these boots on easily and stay warm without putting socks on!

Very satisfied! Everything was sooo true about these Uggs! They’re so warm and comfortable and they were exactly how described. They even got to my door within 24 hours! A lot quicker than I thought! I was very surprised and very happy with my order!

Wonderful! This is my first pair of Uggs. My sister raved about them - my expectations were high and they passed. I love them and need them in another color... and then maybe another style... yes, I ordered a size smaller. I am usually a 7 and I ordered a 6 - perfect fit!

Love my Uggs - I bought the Uggs for myself, finally, and love them. They keep my feet warm and they are comfortable. I would buy another pair. Size wise; I’m 6.5, purchased a 6 and it was fine.

Love Uggs - I bought these for my daughter. Luckily we wear the same size because when I put them on I was instantly hooked. I love these boots. Comfy and warm and they look really great on. I bought a second pair AND bought a couple of pair for my 8 year old who wears them all the time. I wear a size 7 and we ordered a size 6 which worked perfectly. Recommends Uggs! Zappos is GREAT!!!!

Well worth the money - I was nervous about spending this much money on a pair of shoes but I have had my Uggs for a few months now and they are well worth the price! They're so warm and comfortable! They definitely run big...I normally wear a 7.5 and a size 6 was a perfect fit.

Warm and Comfortable - I normally wear a size 7 1/2, but these run large, so a 6 worked out great. While they don't provide any arch support, they're soft and warm when you need that kind of comfort. I tried the short boot, same style, but since I am just 5’4” tall, they made my legs look even shorter. ;~}

Great Boot OUTSTANDING Service!!! I ordered the boots in the afternoon and on the following day they were delivered. This was almost quicker than going to the store. I highly recommend ZAPPOS!!!

Obsessed with my Uggs! I splurged on a pair of these hard-to-find chocolate colored Classic Tall Uggs. Finally, after the long wait, I received my pair in the mail and I am truly, truly in love with them. I bought my normal size and they fit perfectly. They kept my toes and feet warm on one of the coldest days in Washington, DC and I didn't even want to take them off at night! I want to get a black pair now too!!! :-) I highly recommend these shoes!

Love it, though it runs large. I am normally an 8.5/9 and the 7s are on the small side of perfect.

Ugg hater turned Ugg LOVER! I truly think I am in love with Uggs! These were my first pair and I have never been happier with a purchase! I did my research and it is true, buy a size down from what you normally wear and they will fit perfect! These boots are SO comfortable and warm! I will be purchasing more in different colors as well! I also lucked out and happen to get the last pair on Zappos! Overnight shipping was amazing! Love Zappos!

110% satisfaction - LOVE this boot for every feature - style, comfort, warmth. I was total "Ugg hater" for years, finally got them as a gift and want them in EVERY color now. Definitely worth every penny. Definitely order one size down from your normal for the perfect fit. 5 stars!!

Great boot - As always, Uggs never disappoint. I wore these boots brand new out of the box to the Macy's parade in NYC and then walked all over Manhattan for hours. It was like wearing slippers all day...warm and comfy. And with waterproof treatment, at the day's end they still looked brand new without a spec on them. I ordered them in my normal size and they are fine. And of course, Zappos' service is fantastic!
