Love these boots - I had a pair of the Ugg Coquettes, which I bought in my regular size (8), not knowing that they would stretch the way they did. I bought the Classic Tall boots in a size 7, and they fit perfectly! I wear them all the time and have even bought my boyfriend a pair of Ugg slippers, because he liked the way my Coquettes felt. The website is really easy to use, and my boots arrived on the very next business day! I will definitely order from Zappos again.

Great buy - Very comfortable, warm a little big but a good pair of socks helps the fit. They are my size.

Ugg Classic Tall - I love them. They weren't available for a few months anywhere. I finally saw them on Zappos and ordered them at 7pm and they were on my front porch the next afternoon when I came home from work. I have size 7 (I usually wear an 8 or 8 1/2) and they fit fine. Even though they have no arch support I am able to wear them all day without pain or problems. I almost tried the Ultra (but don't like the trim down the back) and the Brooks Tall (but don't like the look of two different colors or types of leather).

Ugg Classic Tall - My feet are constantly cold, but these work so well! I walk to school (sometimes in the snow though you're not supposed to) and still don't need to wear socks with them. My only complaint is that they do not offer much support and that UPS left them on my doorstep - but that's not Zappos’ fault... I was slightly doubtful when ordering a size down, but the site doesn't lie...I normally wear a 7.5 or 8, and the 7s fit great. I think next time, instead of getting sand; I would go with a darker color, since sand really shows watermarks, even with the waterproofer.

Great Boot - I love them! They keep my feet toasty when it is cold and look cute at the same time.

Ugg Classic Tall - I love all Uggs, you feel like you are wearing slippers all day long. The black are great because I can wear them to work and I still look dressed up.

I love Zappos - You can't go wrong with Uggs, this must be my 10th pair, and you can buy them anywhere. The thing that makes all of my shoe purchases so wonderful is Zappos customer service. I received an email notification that my size was in... Ordered the shoe Tuesday afternoon and had them by 10am on Wednesday!

Good shoes, EXCELLENT customer service - I placed my order at 8pm and chose the standard shipping. I was very surprised and happy when the shoes were delivered to me at 3pm the next day! Zappos makes it easy to order and return shoes. I have ordered from them before and have NEVER been disappointed. I would suggest ordering a full size down from your normal size. I wear an 8.5 and the size 7 fit perfectly.

Very Comfortable! Fast Shipping! This is my third pair of Uggs from Zappos and as usual I love them. They were sold out everywhere with an expected delivery of May 2008. I checked Zappos every so often and just happened to catch them in my size. I wear a 7.5 and always order a 7 in Uggs. They fit great and feel great as always. I ordered them late one afternoon and to my shock they were on my porch the next day!

Uggs - great boot - careful on the sizing - Great boot. Be sure to go down a full size (size and a half if you're between sizes).

Amazing - These are the greatest boots, don't waste your time with the knockoffs. So much more comfortable and much better quality. Definitely worth the price. They run big, so order a full size smaller than you'd normally wear.

Ugg Classic Tall - These were for my wife. Personally, I don't think they look good at all; they don't seem to be very weather-proof, nor does there seem to be much comfort in the sole construction... but they're currently fashionable, so I got them for her.

Love my Uggs - I normally wear 7 1/2 (8 for athletic type shoes) and ordered and size 6 and 7. I think I am in between the 6 and 7. The 6 felt a bit snug and the 7 boot is loose. I suggest if you don't know your size to order a variety. Returns with Zappos are simple and you receive your refund fast.

Awesome!! I ordered these @ 9 p.m. c.s.t. and received them by 1 p.m. the next day. These boots are the greatest and my legs feel bare and cold when I finally take them off. Love, love, love them.

Love My Uggs - These are my second pair of Uggs. The first pair I bought 16 years ago and they are still beautiful. The new pair is just as well made. The size runs true - no need to order up or down a pair. Make sure you use stain and water repellant before your first wear. They'll last forever and look good, too.

I never understood the fashion associated with Uggs - now I know why everyone wears them all them time - they are warm, stylish, and comfortable. The sheepskin is so fuzzy and warm. If I could sleep in them I would. I got the classic tall - I can roll them down for a short look or keep them high - now I can take on New England weather in warmth! You do have to go down one size. I am a 7 and got a 6 - fits great. Also, to make my day even better, ZAPPOS upgraded my shipping - I got my new shoes in a day!!! Talk about incredible service for no additional charge - THANK YOU ZAPPOS!

The Best Boot EVER Made!!! I have two teenage daughters and between us, we have 10 PAIRS of Ugg boots!!! All sorts of styles, colors, etc. They are great. I really like them because they keep your feet and legs warm without that "sweaty" feeling...just so comfortable. They have a good solid sole and you don't feel like you'll pull your hip out of socket just to walk.....These are the best boots ever made!!

Favorite Things! Uggs are an indulgence. I own several pair and I now confess that I am an addict. When purchasing Uggs, they really do run big in some styles. All the Classics that I own are a full size smaller than I normally wear. Zappos is amazing (as always) with next day delivery.
