This was absolutely the greatest boot - For many many months my daughters had been telling me they needed Uggs...they said they are so warm and the best boot ever. I finally was able to find them on your site and bought two pairs. After buying two pairs I just had to order another. The boot is absolutely the greatest by far. Thanks too for your AMAZING service. I ordered and they were at the door the next day :) Great service ZAPPOS!

SUPER COMFY & WARM. LOVE MY UGG! I got these in the Sand color and in a tall since I already own a pair of the shorts in Chestnut. I absolutely love them. They are so warm and comfy that I wear them everywhere. They do run 1 size larger and will stretch and mold to your feet with regular wear so make sure you get the right size. I wear an 8 and got these in a 7 and they fit perfectly. The Uggs are such a hit that they sell out year after year so I'm glad I finally got mine in and Zappos free overnight shipping is awesome!

I Love UGGS! This is my fourth pair of UGGS and I love them. They look so cute with jeans and sweats and are so comfortable like your wearing slippers. They do run a bit big. I’m usually an 8 and a half to 9, but I always order an 8 in UGGS and they are perfect. Another great purchase from Zappos...the BEST online shoe company EVER!

These are the best - I was looking all over for these in a size 8. I was finally found them on Zappos and got them almost immediately. They're soo comfortable and fit really well. I'm going to get them in chocolate next.

Ugg Classic Tall - Like wearing slippers all day, these boots are just amazing. I resisted buying these for years (so long that my much-younger babysitter informed me that these are now out of style!), but I finally had it with cold feet, especially to and from school drop-off, yoga, etc. I wear them with bare feet and they really do feel like clouds.

Lovely boots - I love these boots! So warm, soft, and they are true to size! I love how they keep my bare feet warm while wearing them - I like it much better without socks. These are cool because you can roll down the top so the fur from inside shows. It's like two looks in one! Plus, the shipping was super fast!

Love my new Uggs - Love these boots! They are very warm. Although I normally wear a size 8-8.5, I ordered these in a 7 and they fit perfect.

Extremely impressive customer service! Love my Uggs! I was very impressed with how fast my order was processed and shipped to me... for free! Furthermore, when I tried my new Uggs and they were too big, I was emailed a free return shipping label to print and I was sent a new pair in the size I needed before I'd shipped the wrong size back! Awesome costumer service... the best!

Ugg Classic Tall - This boot is fantastic! My daughter loves them. The chocolate color is truly beautiful. She wears a 6 1/2 and we ordered a 6 they were perfect. Zappos is the only way to shop!!!

Warm - I love my Uggs, especially on those really cold days. I wear them with jeans or with my jogging suit.

Great service and products - I am sure everyone knows by now that UGG is the must have shoes in terms of comfort. This is my second pair and I bought two more for my parents. I actually wear them when I wake up and don't take them off until right before I go to sleep… but more than shoes itself, I love Zappos customer service! They are so prompt, I just love buying shoes from them. Best online shopping experience I ever had.

So cozy - I love these boots and would order more if they had them available. They were a bit tight in the calves at first, but now my jeans are able to be tucked in. Followed the suggestions and ordered a full size smaller and they were perfect!

Amazing! It’s worth every dollar! It’s unbelievably comfortable... it's like a teddy bear hugging your feet and it makes you feel like you want to curl up into a ball and live in the shoe! Service is great, too! They arrive the next day and if you don’t want it, then just send it back. I hate shopping, so Zappos saves my life!

Sizing on Ugg boots - These boots are great, unfortunately they were a size too big. I usually wear size 7 in women's dressy boots and the Ugg in 7 was too big. I usually wear a 6.5 in sneakers, so the size 6 in Uggs fit perfect… still with some room. They definitely keep you warm and cozy though!

Uggs - Just love these for walking the dog or hanging around the house. I got an extra pair because I wear them ALL the time. Feet stay warm and dry. Super comfy. I'm usually a 6 1/2 I went DOWN to a 6 and they fit perfectly.

Classic Tall Ugg - Love these boots! Just remember to order a size down from what you normally wear, if you’re between sizes, order a size and a half down. I wear a 7 1/2 and ordered a 6 and they fit perfectly.

Tall Classic Ugg - This boot is awesome!!! Nice quality, look, and comfort. I usually wear an 8; however, the 7 fits like a glove. Not only would I recommend this boot, I highly would recommend Zappos. I had nothing, but exceptional service with this company and you can't beat the shipping!

Uggs are the best - I love these boots because they are so warm, especially in the snow. They look great and wear well. These are my second pair of Uggs. My first pair is a little sportier with pockets on the sides of the boot. They also have a zipper. My first pair is more comfortable as the bottoms are a little different than this style, but definitely worth every penny. A must have.
