This is my first pair of Ugg boots, second purchase on Zappos. The boots are really great, so comfortable. I am a size 8 1/2 so I ordered the 8 and they are a perfect fit. I have hesitated purchasing these boots in the past because I didn't want to invest in a trend that would not last. But this last week when the temperature went way down outside, I decided it was time I try these Uggs out. So far, I like them a lot. Both times I have ordered from Zappos, my shipping has been upgraded from ground and I have received both shipments the day after placing my order. I saw these boots on some other sites for slightly less, but you can't beat free shipping and no tax.

I just received my new Ugg boots from Zappos. I'm a huge fan of the Ugg brand and once again was not disappointed. I've got 3 pair of Ugg boots and from October through April they are my primary footwear. I live in Maine where it's a long cold winter. These boots are warm and unbelievably comfortable and they wear like iron. They are constructed to pull on and off with ease. I wear them with bare feet all winter long; the amazing sherpa lining really pampers your feet. All 4 of my daughters are Uggs girls and all 8 of my grandchildren wear Uggs, too! The best footwear known to man, made even better by being available from Zappos. I love Zappos! Unbelievably fast service, great website to shop on, huge selection, and you got to love free shipping. Far and away one of the best shopping websites of any kind, anywhere.

Uber cozy. I follow Ugg’s recommendation of going barefoot and let me just say THEY ARE AWESOME! My feet stay nice and warm, but never get sweaty. Everything I imagined and more.

Great boots! I just bought my second pair. Fit one full size larger, and do stretch a little once worn.

These tall uggs were the best boots I've ever worn! Great quality sheepskin lines the inside! They do need to be sprayed with the waterproof spray and even with that be careful. I love folding my uggs over too! I'm telling you, these boots are definitely worth your money.

These are my fourth pair of tall Ugg shoes and I love the fit as well as the comfort level. I live in these anytime the weather gets remotely cool, and I wear them at home constantly. The charcoal gray is a gorgeous color that go with black, gray, and brown beautifully. I also own chestnut, black (watch the color bleed), and leather Lakota shoes. Always order these a size down. I wear a 6.5 and order Ugg shoes in a size 5. They always fit.

Love this color! This is my 6th pair of Uggs and I want more! Zappos is a shopper's dream! I recently had to return a pair of shoes and do an exchange, Zappos was heaven to deal with, much easier than returning to a store! Zappos has my business for life!

I love my Uggs. I am a first time buyer of the real Ugg brand. I purchased the sage color and absolutely love this shade of green; it is the perfect color for fall and spring. I can not wait to show them off!

For warmth, comfort and a cute casual style, these are the best boots. Always buy one size small, though, as they stretch quite a bit. For example, if you are a 7 or 7 1/2, get size 6. May seem pricey for some, but worth it!

I fell in love with the Navy Uggs. I bought the Classic Talls and they fit absolutely perfect. I did buy a size down from normal and they fit snug as a bug. The color is the best! Being that my husband and I both wear Uggs, I like having some different colors to tell them apart. I also bought the Bailey Buttons in black and they are so..cute. Love them!

I purchased these boots for my fiance as a birthday gift. She absolutely loves them. I couldn\'t find them at a better price anywhere. Knowing that they could be returned for free gave me great peace of mind in case we needed to get a different size. I would definitely recommend zappos.com to anyone!

I'm from Texas, but go to school in South Bend, IN (Go Irish!). Needless to say, winters are now a little different than I'm used to. So, the first thing I do before I go back to school is to order more Uggs from Zappos. They have the latest styles and colors, plus, because customer service is "Job 1", they overnight delivered them without charge as a special surprise. I love Zappos!

Uggs! Love them. Going on my third pair. They're warm and comfortable. They also look great with shorts. Wouldn't buy any other type of boots. I have ordered a few things through Zappos. I always have fast service. I have returned some things with no problems. I have talked to someone on the phone and they were very helpful. My latest purchase was my new Uggs! I love them. I am always searching Zappos for new items. Keep up the great service!

I Love Ugg\'s!!! I have 5 pair I live in them in the winter they are sooo comfortable. I also thought they were so ugly when I first got them but soon after wearing them I fell in love with them. I never want to take them off I can wear them all day and night. You must get a size smaller than you normally wear they do mold to your feet and you do not need to wear socks with them. I see the new colors and am loving them so I will get 2 or 3 of the colors. Zappos is great you get your order the next day shipped to your door and packed so nice with the boot shaper.... when I take my boots off I put them back in box the way they were delivered so they stay nice.

Awesome! I ordered my regular size 7 and they fit perfect. I have a million pairs of the short Uggs but for some reason never purchased these till they came out with cooler colors. You do have to spray them with protectant and your feet will take on the color from the lining. Dye comes off easy and will stop when they're broken in. I have wide feet so these are perfect. Wish I could wear them in the summer, they are too hot to do that for me.

I love these boots. We ski in Utah a lot in the winter and while these are not great for the snow, they are great to run around in, inside and out. They are so comfy and warm and you don't need socks. You stay warm and dry. I ordered a size down as they ran big. You won't regret these boots!

I couldn't be happier with Zappos. The service is excellent. You place an order one day and the next day it arrives. I recently had a problem with a pair of Ugg boots I ordered for my grand-daughter for Christmas. After a few months the seam started to fray. I called Zappos and explained what happened and was told it was no problem to send them back and they would replace them for me. Two days later I received the new pair. I am very happy with Zappos and will continue to order from them.

These were my third pair of UGGS, and the best so far! I had been wanting these black ones for awhile now, and finally gave in. Glad I did! And stick to the one size smaller rule for these. They look great!

I got a pair of these UGG Classic Tall boots in baby blue for Christmas and they are soo comfy! I also went to Boston and DC during the winter when the temperature is below freezing and these boots kept me really warm all the way through my trip! I can't say enough good things about these shoes. I also bought the Ugg Dakota Slipper which is the best slipper ever!

I'd been wanting a pair of UGG Tall boots for quite some time. I finally purchased the Tall Boot in Chestnut, as a Christmas present to myself. I was not the least bit disappointed. Not much on looks, but that's okay. They more than make up for it in comfort. It feels likes you're walking around all day in your bedroom slippers. During the fall/winter/spring seasons, I reached for this boot to wear every time. I plan on treating myself again to a pair of UGG Tall boots. Only this time, it'll be a decision not easily made. Thanks to Zappos and the variety of colors they offer. Pricey yes. But so worth it.
