These Uggs are so comfortable and they have exceeded my expectations. I do recommend that you buy a size down from your normal size. I chose to follow that suggestion based on another review I read and I'm glad I did; they fit perfect! Loving my Uggs!

This is my third pair of Uggs; the first pair was a gift and I keep coming back. I usually wear an 8 shoe, but a 7 in the Ugg boot is a perfect fit so sizing down really works. I wear them inside and out to keep my feet cozy on any cold day or night. If I had any complaint about the boot, that has been solved. The wool on the inside sole of the boot will in time, a couple of years, pack down. Now with the Ugg insole inserts it's like having a new boot. So problem solved! I love my Uggs and my feet love Uggs, too!

My third pair of Uggs. These classic (black) being the second pair in this style. What can I say but, just pure comfort. Like wearing slippers all day! Usually I wear winter boots with socks in a size seven. My Uggs, no socks and a size six is just perfect. Extremely warm. Can't forget the company that I ordered from, Zappos. I brag about how fabulous, exceptional and over the top your customer service is. I applaud you. Thank you.

This is my 4th pair of classic Uggs. Obviously, I love the Ugg brand. I normally wear a size 8.5 shoe. In the classic Uggs I wear a 7. They will stretch over time and the snug feel of the sheepskin is great. The shoe has timeless appeal. I have noticed other moms in our area now wearing them as well; did I start a local trend?! Thumbs up to excellent customer service at Zappos. For the first time I had to do an exchange and how painless, fast and friendly. Wow! If I find a pair of shoes I like, I check for them at Zappos first and then order. Next day delivery!

I bought these boots for my daughter. Between her and me, we have five pairs of Uggs. All perfect, as is Zappos impeccable service.

I had wanted Ugg boots for a while, but was hesitant to buy them due to their pretty steep price (I'm a poor college student). I bought some imitation ones for a fraction of the price and was highly disappointed in them, they soaked up water even if I just quickly ran through the rain to my car and the fake fleece inside was quickly lumpy and uncomfortable, so I decided to splurge on the real thing. Uggs are amazing and I'm in love with them! They're so comfy and soft and you can be freezing everywhere else, but your feet will always stay warm no matter what. I ran to the car the other day expecting to regret the decision, but water did not soak through at all. I got the half a size smaller than I normally do because I heard from my friends they ran kind of big and I'm glad I did because they fit perfectly with or without socks. Buy them! They're excellent!

Love 'em. I was late to the Ugg revolution but glad I jumped on the boat. I normally wear 8 1/2 to 9 and the 8 fits perfect. So warm and cozy!

I have yet to have a bad experience with Zappo\'s.Shipping is immediate.Returns are a piece of cake. The product generally arrives within days. The Zappo\'s shopping experience is great. I always find what I\'m after.I\'ve all but stopped going to the mall as a result.

The color is soothing. Boots are comfy and warm. Like wearing without socks to feel the softness of the sheepskin.

Zappos is Wonderful! My boots are so comfy and they fit true to size. I drive my hubby crazy because I want to wear them with everything (smile). I feel like a snow bunny all year round.

Love these boots! I wear them to work every day! I am a personal trainer and I wear black workout pants everyday to work, so the boots go great right over top of them! The only thing I don't like about the boots, and it's very minor, is the black toes I get after wearing them for a couple hours. However, that isn't going to stop me from wearing them! I go to a Nebraska football game in a couple weeks, so we'll see how warm they keep my feet!

Awesome, comfortable boots! I wore them the whole day around the house the day I got them. My husband asked if I planned to sleep in them, too! I followed other customer's advice and ordered a size down from what I normally would wear. I'm a 10 and ordered a 9; they fit fine. I have a narrow foot, so most everything is wide on me anyway. I can still wear these without socks and not feel as if I am swimming in them. Great boots; buy the real thing and don't settle for any knock offs!

Most comfortable shoes ever. I wish they came in half sizes because the 5 is a bit too small and the 6 a bit big. I went with the 6 and that's definitely the right choice. Your feet shouldn't feel confined. Overall, very wonderful shoe. Great for all seasons.

There is nothing like putting on a pair of Uggs! They are the absolute best thing I ever put on my feet! There are other fake brands out there, but they cannot compare to Ugg. A word of caution: Order down 1 size as they run big, and to preserve mine longer I use a suede spray protector before wearing to prevent staining, which works great!

As usual, Zappos customer service rocks! Love this site! I normally wear a 7.5/8 and ordered a 7. They fit well but not snug; a little worried that they'll stretch, but I can't imagine that I would need a 6?! My sister wears a 6 and ordered a 5. Hers fit snugly at first and now fit perfectly. Be sure to get the weather-proofing spray and protect your investment!

I ordered the Tall Classic Ugg boots in navy blue for my daughter's birthday. And they were delivered to my door in a very fast and efficient timely manner. Very high quality materials. It was a very painless experience. And appreciate it very much.

Ugg Classic Tall in Chocolate: Awesome boots. These things are so comfy and warm. It took me a while to warm up to the "unique" style of them, but now I know why these have been so popular for a few years now. They definitely run about a full size larger. I generally wear an 8 (or an 8.5 in running shoes), but I ordered a 7 in these and they fit like a glove. Highly recommended if you want warm feet for winter!

After years of buying boots that weren\'t Uggs, I finally gave in this year and tried the real deal. Let me tell you, I will never buy a pair of boots that aren\'t Uggs again. They are the most comfortable thing I have ever put on my feet. Just be sure to buy them a size down from what you would normally wear. I bought them in a 7 and I normally wear an 8 or 8.5. The size 7 fit perfectly.

My son has ordered from Zappos and had excellent service. Now I am also a Zappos customer with very good service for a great product. It has been difficult to find the black tall Uggs and I received them at my doorstep 6 days after placing the order. I was expecting faster shipment after reading reviews and experiencing my son\'s service, but 6 days is an adequate time for shipping. I would definitely use Zappos again, and again!

I bought these a year ago after trying the Timberland Hollace (too tall, not wearing them enough to warrant price) and got these in their place. I wear them all the time, every second that I am home. I don\'t wear them outside very much since I dread getting them wet. My feet are nearly always cold, and these are the only shoes I own that keep them warm. A must if you have hardwood floors! I wear Timberland Motorcycle boots when the weather isn\'t so nice out.

I have this boot in Chestnut and am very happy with them. They do run about 1/2 size big, but a 6 was too short for me length-wise, my toes were cramped! I bought the Ugg insoles and they fit perfectly. Just make sure you put them in and walk around a good bit; you wont be sorry. They felt like brand new boots. You should also get the care kit. The cleaner is wonderful on stains.

The boots are great as well as the rep that was helping me! They are always pleasant and it is easy to return if you have to! I Love Zappos!
