I purchased a pair of Classic Tall Uggs as a gift for my daughter. She absolutely loved them! ordering them from Zappos was the best way as they were shipped and at my door within a few days. I had also ordered a pair of boots for my husband which unfortunately did not fit. Zappos free shipping policy both ways made returning them a breeze. I will continue to shop at Zappos!

I liked my first pair of Ugg tall boots so well that I bought a second pair in another color. They are lightweight, yet warm and no socks needed! And free and quick shipping from Zappos is an extra bonus!

I love Zappos! I ordered my Uggs on Wednesday morning and they were here when I got home from work on Thursday! Free shipping and everything! Zappos has very competitive pricing (I did my homework) and the shipping cannot be beat anywhere by anyone! Zappos has my business for life!

I love this shoe! I had the talls in black and recently fulfilled my dream of having tall chestnuts when I ordered off Zappos. Fast shipping and no tax! If I could wear this to work everyday, I would! I ordered a 6 but I wear a 7 in other shoes. I like the snug fit of the smaller size.

My wife loves these boots. She has them in other colors but never sees the sage out in public and loves the compliments when others see that color boot. Thanks for the unexpected free overnight shipping upgrade too!!

I have purchased and returned every style of Uggs for the past 2 years. Although I was sold on the comfort of the classic, I returned them because my husband laughed at them and called them ugly. Well, I became determined to have a pair of Uggs, I didn't care who didn't like them. Received these in chocolate 2 weeks ago, put them on my feet, and they are the first things I reach for in the morning. I wore them out yesterday with skinny jeans tucked in and received many complements. I have worn them every day. I will never be without my Uggs. I think they are cute and the comfort is unsurpassed. I Will return for another pair of this style. So there, hubby! I wear 9.5m and ordered the 8 and they are perfect.

I love Uggs! What great boots. I now have 6 pairs. I am an Ugg ho. Have a pair for outside only (5 horses) and they are fabulous. Inside boots to schlep around in. My good boots for evening outs with friends, etc. Uggs are comfortable and long lasting. Did I say comfortable? You betcha! If I was rich my closet would be full of Uggs and maybe Johnny Depp! Oh yeah, Zappos is the best shoe store on the planet!

I would recommend this company to anybody. They are quick and have a great selection of great priced shoes. Just remember to double check your shipping address. I didn't when they sent me my confirmation email and they shipped my boots to my neighbor's house with my name and her address. She just moved in to the area and didn't know me or bother to contact zappos.com. I had to do some research and go hunt them down. They are awesome boots, but word to the wise. You never know who your neighbors are. She opened them and was planning on keeping them; needless to say we aren't friendly.

I love these boots! I always said that it was to much money to spend on shoes so I have always had the fake ones until now. They are worth every penny. The big difference I noticed that that my feet stayed dry in these boots! With the fuggs (fake Uggs) my feet would be all sweaty and the insides would still be soggy the next day. These boots are warm and snuggly. I treated them and been in light rain and they still look great!

This my third pair of Uggs this year! I've never owned any until this year, and now I alternate and practically live in them. I got the 'baked clay' ones and they are just so cute and comfortable! I didn't get these from Zappos this time unfortunately, but regardless these shoes are phenomenal. I have received so many compliments for them and I wear them all the time! Definitely invest and buy these boots now before they run out for the holiday season!

I LOVE these boots, I find it hard not to wear them to class everyday! I wear I size 11 and I ordered a size 10 and it fit just right. They are WORTH the investment!

Bought these boots for my daughter, she loves them. They keep her warm all winter long. We bought a size 6. She normally wears a 6.5, that worked out perfectly. Also excellent customer service from Zappos, the boots arrived the next day. We were very happy!

These boots are like angels carrying your feet. They are so impossibly wonderful you will have a better life just wearing them. I love them so much it makes me want to leave the house more! I have wanted Uggs forever, but I am super cheap. I finally decided to pony up the cash and I can say not buying them sooner has become possibly the biggest regret of my life. So my advice to you is if you are reading this review, you know you want them, and do whatever you have to do to get them. Don't eat, turn off your phone, cancel cable; they are worth it. Also, buy the Uggs waterproof spray. Apply it rather liberally when you first get them. Let them dry and then reapply. I got the Chestnut and they go with everything.

I absolutely love these shoes! They are a perfect fit! The size runs exactly as they say - one size smaller than I usually buy. And I am astonished at how fast I received them.
