Ordering was easy! My daughter\'s boots arrived much sooner then they said they would. They were boxed nicely. My daughter loves her boots. Comfortable and stylish what more could you ask for!

I am usually an 8.5-9. 8 in these Uggs is perfect. Top notch customer service, wish they shipped to Canada so I wouldn't have to ship to my sister's house in California. Zappos Canada doesn't have as great of a selection as the US site. All in all, I will continue to come here for all my shoe needs. Go Zappos! These boots are much less than in any of the stores.

The Ugg boots are extremely warm & cozy and goes great with practically everything. The customer service can be described in one word: amazing.

I purchased 2 pairs of tall Ugg boots as gifts for my granddaughter and daughter-in-law. They both just loved them. I bought the size they requested and they fit perfectly. I also own a pair and think they are the warmest most comfortable boots I've ever owned. What I'm really thrilled about is Zappos! I have never received such fantastic customer service. They actually listen to your request and do everything they can to accommodate you. I sincerely wish I could purchase everything I need or want with Zappos. I am always telling people to check them out; they won't be sorry.

These were a gift for my wife and she loves them! She wears them all the time tells me she loves them every time she has them on.

I love these boots! I normally wear a size 8.5 in shoes, or a 9 in heels, but I wear an 8 in these. The same goes for my daughter who fits better in a size 9, and usually wears a 10. I just recently wore these boots on two trips. One to Vegas and the other to New Orleans. On both of the trips we walked a lot. These boots were fine for the whole day. They never hurt my feet which surprised me. I absolutely recommend them!

I refused to buy into the hype. I couldn't ever believe something so trendy could ever be worth the money. I received a pair of Ugg slippers a few weeks ago and fell in love the the sheer softness. After some convincing from friends about how comfortable and warm these boots are, I had to succumb to the pressure. And I am glad I did. They are amazing. They are in fact comfortable. They are extremely warm. And I am ready to ante up and buy another pair in brown. I don't know if I ever want to take them off. Even my husband, after his scolding and disapproving look, tried them on and said "yeah, they feel like a bedroom slipper" then immediately took them off so as to not be seen wearing Uggs by even our family dogs. This is the best Christmas present I have ever bought for myself. Good thing my birthday is next month; I need a pair in brown.

I want to write to you about the young lad who helped me on the phone. What a great, kind, understanding, and compassionate gentleman he was. I believe his name was Josh, and not only did he help me with my order, but he listened to some other problems I was having. I feel that he is a wonderful person, and should be recognized as such.

Love Ugg Tall Classics! These are the only boots that I wear during fall and winter, and maybe early spring. I have these in all the colors, I mean all the colors! So comfortable and sexy, yet, casual. Never over-dressed or under-dressed with Ugg Classic Talls. Walk everywhere happily. Have other expensive boots, too, but I always prefer Uggs.

I got these as a gift for my daughter and she loves them. She told me that they are comfortable and keep her feet nice and cozy in the cold weather.

I ordered the tall classic gray UGG boots around Thanksgiving time. They were advertised as running large, and so to order a size down. I'm normally a size 9 1/2 so I ordered a 9. I loved them so much I didn't want to return them, but my toes were rubbing. I contacted Zappos excellent customer service who cheerily talked me through the exchange process (to a size 10) and upgraded my Zappos status to boot. I'm a librarian so I have to say, this is excellent customer service! The new UGG boots are extremely comfy. They are a little roomy, but not uncomfortably so. So, I don't know about ordering a size down, but I do recommend ordering!

I love my Uggs boots! Words of advice; order them in your size, they'll feel tight at first but the fur will start to flatten. Very warm, worth the price. Get the protection spray.

These boots are awesome; they really keep my feet warm. The sheepskin is so very soft, but is high maintenance and the Ugg sheepskin care kit is a must! There were other reviews that suggested to order a size down and am glad I took that advice.

Super for cold piggies! I have problems with circulation in my toes and these are the only boots ever to keep my feet comfortable all day. They will not be my last pair, that's for sure. Great boots, Uggs classics.

This is my 5th pair of UGG Classic Tall boots that I have ordered. My college aged daughter loves them. She wears then with shorts, dress, and jeans. My high school daughter wears them almost every day. They are warm and hold up well to all weather. Zappos delivered them the next day, with no added tax or shipping. I love Zappos!

Warm and comfortable! Friends described Uggs and how great they are. I decided to buy a pair and keep my feet warm at the (mountain-region) football games. Even without socks, the boots are comfortable.

I disagree with the other reviews and found I needed my regular size. I had to do a few exchanges to get it right, but ultimately my regular size was the right fit.

I have purchased Ugg boots before, perfect boots, run 1/2 size bigger, arrived overnight with the great service from Zappos.
