These are just fantastic, comfortable, warm, durable, and cute. Can't seem to wear anything else. They are just perfect.

I purchased these boots for my daughter for Christmas. They are worth every penny. The quality is so much better than I expected to receive. This is the first pair that we've purchased, but I'm sure not the last. My younger daughter already has her eye on them for next year. We purchased the cleaning kit that was sold separately, and it is worth the extra money. It has everything needed to get your new boots looking new after wearing. I'll be back next year to get the pair for my other daughter. Zappos by far has the best customer service that I have ever encountered both online and in store. They go above and beyond to make your experience 100% happy. The boots do run a little big. My daughter normally wears a 10, but has wide feet. I ordered a 10 even though they suggest going a size smaller. They are a smidge big, but work well for her. Thanks Zappos for a happy girl this year.

Uggs are Uggs. These are great, functional, etc., but getting them from Zappos is fantastic. Quick, prompt, excellent service and free shipping. Can't beat it.

I bought these boots for both my daughters (ages 17 and 14) and they absolutely love them. They are so warm and so comfortable that if my kids could wear them to bed they probably would. They never want to take them off. Happy walking!

I love these boots. They are so warm and cute! My shoe size is normally 8 1/2 to 9 so I really wasn't sure to order an 8 or a 9. I went to a department store to try these on in both sizes and the 8 was much better. Of course I didn't buy them there because Zappos is cheaper and the service is outstanding. I got the boots soon after I placed my order and fell in love with them! I recommend buying the repellent for these boots to help protect them again water and stains. You can also get that at Zappos. I love my Ugg boots!

Very comfortable, they fit like a glove.\r\nRemember, Uggs are made a little big. Therefore, order a size down. I normally wear 7.5, but in Uggs, I wear a 6.

First off, kudos to Zappos for their outstanding customer service and snappy delivery! I ordered these Ugg boots after returning another brand of boots around 4:00 pm yesterday. They arrived today at 5:00 pm, right? Who does that? Zappos rocks! On to the boots, exactly what I expected. I knew from reading reviews to size down, so I went with a 6. I'm normally a 6.5 and these feel great. My "b-width" feet have room to wiggle in them while sockless, but not so much that they feel overly loose. With socks they seem to be a snugger, yet comfortable fit. I'm beyond impressed with the entire Zappos experience!

I cannot stop wearing my new UGG boots which I gave to myself for Christmas this year. I absolutely love them! They are so comfy that they make me feel like I'm walking on clouds. I normally wear a size 8 but sized down to a 7 in the classic tall, gray boot. They are a perfect fit! Did I already say how much I love these boots? Now I'm trying to figure out what color to get next in the classic short style. Oh, and thanks to Zappos, I got my UGG boots one day after placing my order. Thank you for your great service!

Every time I order from Zappos I am always very happy with the purchase! Exactly what I ordered! When I went to order the Uggs the site told me to order a size smaller. I was a bit skeptical, but of course they came and they were the a perfect fit!

These are so comfortable. I sometimes wear an 11 but the 10\'s are perfect. They look cute turned down so the wool shows.

This was my 3rd purchase of UGG boots (1 pair each year) for my teenage daughter. They are warm and comfortable, she wears them many days a week from Fall through Spring. She is typically a size 8 1/2 to 9. She wears size 8 UGG boots, she says they are snug at first but quickly stretch to the perfect size. She has the Ugg slippers in a size 9. She loves both. Very warm and comfortable. I am in Minnesota where it is always cold in the winter. The tall boots kept the deep snow out and my feet warm. Would recommend to anybody for any season.

I love my Uggs. I have the chestnut color and they go with so much. Very warm and comfortable. My only complaint is that they stain easily. I usually wear an 8 or 8.5 and got an 8. I'd say stay with your true size. I tried a 7 and couldn't even get my foot into it.

Well, this was a pretty easy choice. My daughter and I have been buying these Ugg boots for years. Different colors, different sizes. She likes the chestnut color and so do I: it pretty much goes with everything. They are great to wear in TX when it gets colder and also in the car on the way to CO where we ski. In CO they are great to wear around the condo.
