Bought these Uggs for my daughter and a smaller pair for her younger sister, and they love them. They tell me they're comfortable boots, and almost more importantly, they love having something to wear on their feet that make them feel "cool" and "in". I'm a happy mommy!

This was the top thing on my girlfriend's Christmas list. They are a great pair of boots & my girlfriend loved them! I found them on other sites for less money, but was willing to pay more for Zappos quality & service. You can't beat the 365 day free shipping both ways!

Bought these as a gift for my teenage daughter. She wears the boots to school and finds them completely comfortable to have on all day. They fit true to size. With this color spraying them with a protector is a must. Zappos upgraded the shipping to next day, for no additional cost to me. As always I was totally satisfied with my Zappos shopping experience.

Wonderful. For three years I have placed orders with Zappos. I have triplet granddaughters who wear womans size Uggs and yes, I always order from Zappos. The girls love the variety you carry and the great shipping. I have never had to return any items. The price and the shipping quality I don't feel can be met by many other companies if any. These boots are well worth the money! They are a million tons better than the knock-off brands you can find anywhere. These boots are a lot softer and lasts a lot longer. I have the tall and short boots and I love both equally. My friend has the knit ones and really likes them so I think I will try them soon. I would recommend buying the Ugg care kit, which includes Water and stain repellent, the stain remover, a freshener, and a brush. I think it is about $5 if you buy them on the actual Ugg website, but the boots are cheaper on here. People say that you should go ahead and buy your regular size because if they are small they will stretch to fit your feet. However, my foot didn't even fit inside the boot. Go ahead and buy them a size larger than you would usually wear! Overall, these boots are freakin' amazing and I wouldn't give them up for the world! Very well spent!

These boots meant to be worn without socks are awesome. I have nerve damage in my feet and cannot wear normal shoes; so Ugg has saved my winter and my feet with these comfortable and stylish boot! They are like an oversized slipper! I also have them in Camel. Even though they are expensive to some for me it is well worth it because of the quality and my poor feet. I would highly recommend these boots to those who like a casual comfy boot. \r\n\r\nWhen I rate them as having arch support it\'s because they are so fluffly inside that the fur seems to act as an arch support and I have high arches. \r\n\r\nThey are so comfortable I forget or don\'t want to take them off when I get home!

I love these boots so much I got a second pair. Definitely order a whole size smaller. At first they feel a little squishy but as you wear them the fur customizes to your feet. I wore them hiking and on the beach in CA where it was 75 degrees and flew to Omaha where it was -15. Totally comfortable in either situation.

Love Zappos! These grey Ugg boots are about the 5-6th pair I have bought for my daughters and mother-in-law. It seems you just place the order and they are at your door. My daughter usually wears a 6 1/2 so she took the 7 and they fit great. When my younger daughter couldn't get her size in a certain color I ordered from another online shoe company. Good thing I looked at the packaging slip because they had a 10 day return policy regardless of being a holiday gift. Needless I returned immediately and soon they were back in stock at Zappos! I only shop Zappos!

Nothing quite like a pair of Uggs, and the classic is still the perfect addition to the cold weather wardrobe. You can wear them when out and about or slip on at home as a comfy slipper. And they hold up for years and evolve as they break in, like a good pair of jeans.

This is one of the best internet companies I have ever dealt with. I received these boots within two days and everything was perfect. I also received Ugg slippers from my kids for Christmas which they purchased from Zappos. They happen to be the wrong style so I called to exchange and that was by far the best exchange experience I have ever had. The person I spoke with couldn't have been nicer and the new pair of slippers were sent to me Next Day Air and were here the next day. They e-mailed me a return UPS label and it was picked up from my work the same day. All in all this is the best internet company yet. I will definitely buy from them again and again! Bought these for my 15 yr old daughter for holiday gift. She was thrilled. Fit is large and they stretch with wear, so follow web site recommendation and order 1/2 size smaller. Waterproof them with Nubuck protector before wear.
