If you love comfort you will adore these! I am an UGG lover, so I bought another!

Classic Tall Gray Uggs arrived in one day, of course (thanks Zappos!). My teenage daughter wears Uggs. I wanted to wear them because they are so dang comfortable. I chose the Tall Classic in Gray because the younger girls seem to only wear the Classic short, in Sand or Chestnut. I didn't want to appear as though I was trying to look young; I just want the comfort and comfort I got. I love these boots. They are heavenly! I even broke my no socks rule. The organic material (sheepskin) breathes, so you don't have to wear socks. Really! They are the best! Do not ever order Uggs on eBay. You will receive fakes or factory rejects. Zappos is an Authorized Ugg Dealer. You will receive a perfect pair of Uggs from Zappos!

My daughter wanted the classic Ugg shoes in gray and we look for at least 2 weeks and could not find any in gray. We even went online to the official site of Ugg shoes and they were sold out in gray Uggs. A friend told us about Zappos so we called them ordered them online and within 2 days we had our gray Ugg shoes. We are very pleased with the service and product. We will always try Zappos first. I'm a very happy customer.

As usual with Zappos, my boots arrived in no time. My Uggs are true to size and more comfortable than any I have ever worn. My only criticism is that they tend to stain my feet a bit but it\'s a small price to pay for feeling like you are walking on air while in snowy conditions.

These boots were a present for my daughter and she loves them. Zappos shipped them out right away and I got them within a couple of days. She loves them.

I am really happy with the purchase I made with Zappo. My daughter likes the boots so much she wears them everyday. The fit is great and looks good on her feet, I am thinking of getting a pair for myself they are some good looking boots.

I purchased a pair of UGGs from Zappos and could not be happier. The UGGs are great, comfortable and very warm. I sprayed them and have been wearing them ever since purchased and they look like new. The free standard delivery was remarkably fast. I ordered a pair for my daughter too and she loves hers as well. We are very pleased with our shoes, the service, and the quick turn around. We did not have to use the return policy but it also gave me more confidence to order through them with the 365 day policy they have in place. I will definitely use them again!

Love these boots! I live on the snow belt and no other boot keeps me as warm, comfortable and dry. I was skeptical about the appearance of "ugly" Uggs, but as soon I put them on I realized why they were so popular despite the look of them. I am so impressed that for the 1st time women have given in to comfort over fashion. Your feet are surrounded in warm soft fur that makes you never want to take them off. And love that I can wear them with no socks! Every woman needs a pair to treat and indulge herself after wearing awful high-heels for so many years!

Zappos website is easy to use and I received my fabulous Ugg boots very quickly, in time for Christmas. I would recommend buying Ugg Boots (this type) one full size smaller than you wear in regular shoes. I only bought one half size smaller, but they are still great.

I got these boots for my 18 year old daughter for Christmas. I purchased a half size smaller as per other reviews. She says they are amazingly comfortable and she wears them almost every day. They aren't meant to be worn in snow and rain, but she does. She complains they get dirty easily but I had warned her about that beforehand. I would have chosen black but she wanted gray and it is a nice color.

Uggs are the greatest boots ever. They are super warm in winter and even great in summer. They are comfortable and have great wear-and-tear. I have a few pairs.

I love Zappos products and service and have beeen using them for years, always with excellent results.

Great pair of boots! The color is probably one of the best, because it hides flaws so well. Also, goes with everything. Second pair I have bought. I highly recommend.

I bought these for my mother for Christmas. She usually wears a size 9.5 Narrow. I read the comments on the Zappos website and ordered a half size down (9). They fit perfectly. Thanks Zappos!

All I have to say is awesome! What an awesome experience! Zappos provided the best customer service that I have ever experienced. I needed to make an exchange on one of my items. They shipped the new item before I even returned the other one!! I will certainly shop again and recommend them to all my friends.

I love the Uggs; they are warm and cozy inside and feel great in very cold weather. I would love them even more if they were waterproof, but I sprayed them and it is doing the job just the same.

The navy blue tall uggs were my 2nd pair (i also have them in gray), and i adore these boots. Kudos to the customer service dept (particulary Loren), who made my day when he overnighted me a replacement pair after I wore my navy ones for one day and got a gash on the top-side. I am now looking into my 3rd pair of Uggs! thank-you again Zappos!\r\nbtw, i agree with most posters, do order a size down from your regular size.
