I swore up and down I’d never own a pair of Uggs (which I deemed short for "UGGly"). They look hideous with miniskirts. I didn’t understand the hype. Well, I finally broke down and bought a pair of Ugg-style boots from another company. I fell in love with them. They are a wonderful winter shoe and actually look decent over a pair of skinny jeans. I wanted a pair in black, but they didn’t make them. After trying on Emus (which rubbed against my heel - so uncomfortable) and BearPaws (which just didn’t compare to the plushness of the other brand or Emus), I decided to splurge on UGGS. I am a teacher. I don’t make a lot of money. Spending this much on a pair of shoes seems insane to me, but I cannot believe how well-made these things are. The boots I love are starting to come apart at the sole after only a month of wear, and it’s a good brand (and I paid well over $100 for those). These look so much more durable. They are incredibly plush inside with lots of thick sheepskin. Very comfortable. A great shoe to wear while teaching for comfort and warmth. I recommend these. Definitely buy a full or half-size down. I’m a 7.5 and purchased a 7 - they fit like a charm.

I bought these for my niece for Christmas and she loves them. Says they are perfect in every way. Definitely buy a size smaller than you normally wear.

Great mulitpurpose boot. They do stretch out so order a size smaller than you normally would. They are not waterproof!!! My daughter totally wore out the first pair and this is actually her second.

I had to rush on here and write a review of these super cute and ridiculously comfortable boots that just arrived in the mail. Wow - these are heavenly!!! I had originally ordered the Ultra Tall because I thought they’d be more sensible with the thicker sole, but I wasn’t into the look of them on my feet, and the sizing was off. Zappos took care of me though, and two days later I’ve got my first Classic Talls in gray! I had no idea the regular Uggs were so good – they’re my first pair! I wear a 7 1/2 or 8 and the 7 is perfect with plenty of room to throw a Dr. Scholl’s arch support in there (I have high arches). I wonder why I waited so long to get these - they are truly comfortable and I’m trying to hold off on getting every color! Thanks Zappos for your excellent exchange policy!

My teen daughter and I have had knock-off Uggs before and this was the first pair of the real thing we’d purchased. Wow, what a difference. If you’ve hesitated, don’t. They are so far superior in quality, style, and construction to any other shearling boots. They hold their shape and don’t look dumpy like some can. Santa brought these for the 16 year old, but I’m so envious, I think I’ll be getting a pair of my own! They run a bit large, so we ordered down a 1/2 size since we are both 7 1/2s. The 7s fit fine.

I bought these boots for my daughter who wears size 7.5. I took the advice to order a half size down and they fit perfectly. She loves the boots. I also purchased the UGGS protectant spray.

I love these, just wish they could go out in the snow and rain that we have here often. I cannot stand cold feet and this has been my salvation through the weeks of very low temps and I had to be out. Normally my feet get cold in the car despite heat (not designed best for the driver) and when I received these, it had been very cold and no matter what I put on my feet, I was cold. I no longer have cold feet. I now have decided that if it is cold and snowing, I will carry them to the car and then put them on. Despite the kit, they do not recommend they be worn in snow or rain. Well, snow and rain is what Michigan is all about these days. I considered a second pair, but rather am looking to see if they make one that can handle snow and rain and then I will have the perfect solution. I put 5 stars for style, but UGGs are what they are, made for warmth, and I do not have jeans that will go in straight and I don’t think I am going to buy riding pants.

These are very comfortable. I wear them without socks. I have a wide foot and the Tall Braid was too long and too narrow in a size 7. These fit perfectly. I seem to have "hot" feet and these are very warm, yet very cool at the same time. I will definitely buy more of these.

This is the 10th pair of Uggs I’ve purchased for my daughters, they run a little big. The first pair I had ordered was a 6 and she felt over time they became too loose, so I’ve gotten her 5s. My other daughter was a 6 so have always ordered 5s as well. I got the 6 that got too loose, I’m a 7.

They were my daughter’s Christmas present. She wears an 8.5 so I ordered a 9 and they fit perfectly. She loves them. We got them when promised in plenty of time for the holiday. Would order from Zappos again.

I LOVE these boots. I did order one size down and they are a perfect fit. I could sleep in these they are so comfortable. And, of course Zappos is fabulous.

Extremely comfortable and warm. I had purchased several pairs for my daughter in the past and finally bought a pair of my own. I am not disappointed.

Imposters / knockoffs just don't cut it. I tried on **NINE** ""similar"" boots and they felt FLAT, really large in the ankle, wide in the foot part, less traction on bottom, and the strangely creased part of the top boot part. These just LOOKED better, as well as the FIT and CRAFTSMANSHIP is top notch in comparison. I had never intended to purchase but glad I did! It's worth the money because fake ones just don't last and feel as good. I wear a 9.5 but have narrow feet; so I settled on the 8 when wearing trouser socks and I have another pair of 9s that I need to wear thicker socks. Definitely buy down in size. Also; these are sheepskin made for WARMTH not RAINPROOFING. Lastly, buy the UGG spray to coat the boats help fend off salt and normal wear residue. Works great!

What can I say--love my Ugg's, perfect fit and great price!!!! Zappos does it again--Thanks Zappos!

I bought the boots for my wife who is a traditional size 10, but the boots fit bigger. She ended up with a size 9 and is happy as can be with the product. Thanks again Zappos for the excellent service. We will continue to use Zappos for online shopping and will recommend the site to others.

I bought these boots for my 23 year old daughter for Christmas. She loves them. Does not take them off if she can help it, and that's something since she is a shoe fanatic and loves heels! But she says that they are so comfortable, soft, and warm, like gloves for her feet! Now maybe it's time for me to get a pair. Oh, when my daughter saw the size on the outside of the box she almost had a fit. It said 7 and she usually wears 8 or 8-1/2. But they fit perfectly.

These boots arrived just in time for my trip to a colder climate and shortly became my best friend. They were warm enough to withstand the cold but never made my feet hot or uncomfortable. I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!

I ordered a pair of Ugg boots and Heelys recently. If you haven't ordered from Zappos, then you need to start. The website is user friendly, the customer service is outstanding, and the 2 other best things are it is free shipping, even if you need to return or exchange, the shipping is free both ways. The second other best thing is your order is received the next day, not in 2 or 3 days, not in a week, the next day! Oh, and I forgot to mention that if you need to exchange, Zappos does not wait until they have your exchange in hand before they ship your replacement. Your replacement is received the next day. I can't think of a single negative thing about Zappos! They are awesome!

I ordered two different pairs of Ugg shoes and their spray waterproof treatment for my granddaughters this Christmas. They both arrived the very next day and were exactly as ordered. Excellent service.

I cannot say enough about these boots; they are the best ever. They are extremely comfortable, very roomy, very warm, they go with any kind of outfit and I just love them. This is my 5th pair of Uggs and I just can't get enough of them.

I was very skeptical about ordering shoes online, but was pleasantly surprised at the level of customer service provided by Zappos. I knew of friends and relatives who had used Zappos in the past and they just loved the company. I was very frustrated that I just couldn't find some Uggs for a gift and on December 15 decided to try Zappos at my sister's suggestion. I never thought they would make it by Christmas, but they arrived on December 17! I will definitely buy from them again.

These Ugg boots are the ultimate in comfort. They keep your feet warm in the cold and cool in the heat. My daughter has worn them for ages and now I can understand why! They are well made and worth every penny.
