I really did not believe the hype that these boots keep your feet warm, but they do. If you have flat feet, you will need to insert some kind of orthotic inside.

These boots are amazing, I really did not want to spend the money because it seemed so outrageous, but now I have 2 pairs and have even considered purchasing a third. I know that it says to order a size down, but I think it depends on how you plan to wear them. I’ve read several reviews where people have bought their true size and that’s what I did. I’m a college student and spend my days walking all around campus so I tuck my jeans inside of them and I wear socks (even though it also suggests they be worn without socks). Because of these two reasons, I didn’t want the boots to be so molded to my foot that I couldn’t fit my jeans in them comfortable so I ordered my true size (8) rather than a size down and they fit great. I have tried on the size 7 and they were definitely much much tighter than mine and I would not have felt comfortable wearing socks unless they were super super thin. As a comparison I also have owned bearpaws in a size 8 and always thought they fit fine, in comparison to my Uggs they are HUGE and my feet wiggle all around which they do not in my Uggs even in my true size. I LOVE Zappos! Everything always comes so quickly.

The info on these boots says to order down one size. I wear size 7, but the 6 boots were too small. The 7s are about 1/2 size too large. Zappos service was excellent, as always.

Purchased a pair of the UGG Classic Tall Boots in Chocolate for my birthday last month. LOVE THEM! I wear a size 7.5 and I ordered the size 8 and they fit perfectly. I also purchased the stain repellant that they recommended and did not have any problems with the application process. They are SUPER comfortable and warm as can be. I have already been looking at other styles I may purchase for next year. As always, ZAPPOS gets an A+++ for service and delivery. I ordered them before lunch one day and received them before dinner the next day! PERFECT! Highly recommend these boots!

All I can say is that if you know what you want, and you want it now -- get it from Zappos. No running around to find who has it -- I ordered the boots and got them FAST. Just what I wanted. You know that Uggs run small -- so just order smaller. I got mine snug in the toe -- they have stretched some -- not much -- I can wear without socks or with. It is what you like. My daughter got hers with a little room in the toe. It is what you like.

How can you not love these? The grey color is beautiful, the style is classic. They are so comfortable and warm they make winter bearable in New York (though I don’t wear them in snow and rain). Based on recommendations, I purchased a full size DOWN from what I regularly wear (I wear a size 10 and I purchased a 9) and they were PERFECT. This is my fourth pair of UGGS. I justify the high price by the fact that they are all I wear all season long, well into the spring. I have had fake ones & they just ain’t the same in looks, comfort, or quality.

The UGG Classic Tall are incredible. It was at the top of my granddaughters list. I ask a lot of questions and I visited several web sites before making my final decision to pay the extra money, but it was worth it!!! The quality is second to none, she loves them and since she lives in New York where they have had lots of snow they have come in very handy. The fact you can keep them tall or roll them down is a huge feature with today’s fashion and she uses it a lot. I’m looking forward to buying my own pair!!! Also, I bought her normal shoe size and they fit perfectly. I kept getting conflicting reports on size and since they do stretch a bit since they are leather... go with the normal shoe size.

I bought these for my 12 year old daughter’s birthday. She loves them. They are warm and hopefully will wear much better than the cheaper imitations that we tried first. Don’t forget the care kit to weather proof them. We forgot to order this with the boots and then had to spot cleaning before we protected them. The cleaner worked well, and we hope the protection will help them look good for a long time. These have become a girl’s cold weather staple and with the breathable sheep skin we hope to also enjoy them in warmer weather, too.

I have this Classic Tall boot, as well as the Ultimate Tall in size 7, so I’m able to compare the two. I am in between a 6 1/2 & a 7, so it’s hard for me to say that this boot is true to size or 1/2 size smaller than marked. With that said, I will still say that this Classic Tall style runs on the small side, whereas the Ultimate Tall runs on the larger side. Even though the Ultimate Tall seems thicker, heavier, and more durable, I prefer the Classic Tall, because it’s more narrow through the calf and it doesn’t have a drawstring at the top, so they fit better under jeans and slacks (although you can still tuck your jeans in, if desired). Although Uggs are "clunky" looking, you won’t find a more comfortable boot. Once you’ve put them on, it’s hard to take them off, even when you go inside.

These boots are warm, even in coldest weather. I wear them everywhere. I do recommend purchasing a size smaller as previous comments have recommended. I also purchased the UGG brand: "sheepskin water & stain repellent" and applied one coat and let dry for 24 hrs. as the directions say to do. Then I did add another coat just to make sure I covered all the areas of the boots. The repellent spray is worth every penny! My boots get wet in the snow and dry without any stains! It’s amazing! If you’re going to fork out the money for UGG boots, get the spray to protect them. You won’t regret it! I’ve worn my boots all winter and they still look new! And how can I forget to mention Zappos awesome customer service. They upgraded my shipping for free! How awesome is that! I got my boots in two days, thank you Zappos! Another satisfied customer.

I purchased my UGGs 4 years ago and I think it is finally time I replace them. They have been so great to my feet for those 4 chilly winters. I wear a 7 or 7.5, but bought the 6s because I was told they run a little big and stretch according to your feet and they were right. They are so warm and comfortable and perfect for walking around campus. These are definitely NOT made for rain and snow! Make sure you get a stain/water repellent for these because they do stain easily and they’ll last for yearrrs. I do have thicker than average calves, but with skinny jeans, they slip right on. I used to stuff my bootcut jeans in them and that definitely stretched out the shaft of the boot. Still an amazing pair of boots that I’ll never stop wearing (even though I think they’re kinda ugly! haha).

First and foremost I have to give it to Zappos for having an AMAZINGGGG customer service!!! I ordered this yesterday and had it shipped ground. After a few hours I received an e-mail from them saying my order has been upgraded to priority shipping at NO COST! And so here I am typing my review with my new Ugg boots next to me! They are fast! Thanks Zappos! Now back to the boots. I read a lot of people’s reviews before I bought this. I took their advice to get half a size smaller than what I normally would wear. I usually wear a 7.5 - 8 and the size 7 on this boots are perfect! They felt very comfortable and warm. Now I know why people live in these shoes!

Love, love, love these boots!!! This is my third pair of UGGS and by far my favorite! They are so warm and comfortable and I love the color! They do run a little big so go with the smaller size if you’re in doubt. I wear a 6 1/2 so ordered the 7. I did have to exchange for a 6, but other than that, they are perfect! I highly recommend to anyone!

I bought the Uggs for a trip to New York at the end of this past January. They are super comfy and despite crazy cold weather, my feet stayed warm the entire trip. Meanwhile, my poor friends had numb toes much of the time. This purchase was well worth the price for the comfort and warmth.

Needed these boots with the cold winter weather. They are SO warm and soft and conform to your foot/legs. They arrived quickly from ZAPPOS and in perfect shape. Really love them. I wear them under slacks most of the time. ZAPPOS service, as always, was excellent in recommending size/fit. NOTE: not appropriate in snow or rain.

Love these boots! They are soooo warm and perfect for cold winter days. They do run big and will stretch out. I wear mine all the time in the winter, even for house shoes. A great addition to any wardrobe!

I LOVE Zappos and I LOVE Uggs!! I have every color in these boots and I love them. I hate wearing socks and you don't have to with Uggs and your feet stay warm and dry, they never sweat. In normal shoes and boots I wear 8 1/2 but with Uggs always 8. They look cute with everything, jeans, skirts, dresses, pants. And you can wear them tucked into jeans, pants or not. The color on the gray is nice.

Uggs are so comfortable you will want to live in them! For this version of Uggs Classic, you can probably go a 1/2 size down. Zappos service was beyond excellent!! Super fast delivery of these boots. I also ordered another pair of North Face boots which were returned with no hassle or glitch.

This boot is extremely warm and comfortable. I usually purchase 7.5 size, however, with the UGGS you go down a size, which is very accurate. Very warm without socks and even more with socks. I forget to take them off at work due to the comfort and warmth factor.

I LOVE these Ugg boots. They are so comfortable and very, very warm. I was really skeptical about paying this much for a pair of boots but after wearing them, I am glad I did. You definitely get what you pay for with these boots. I wear a size womens 11 and the other reviews that I read recommended down sizing but these Ugg boots were the exact size. I am very glad that I did not down size because they would have been too small. Thank you, Zappos, for a great purchase and for a very quick delivery (received in 2 days).

I love Uggs. This is my 6th pair. Living in Minnesota you really need good, warm boots! These boots are very warm but not good in wet conditions. If you are planning on wearing them for more than a year, don’t. When the fur starts to rub off the heel they become very uncomfortable! But they are super cute and go with anything! I personally have very bad arch support so shoes with bad arch support hurt my feet, although these boots and other Ugg products do not have good arch support it does not bother my feet at all! Expect to order one size smaller than your normal size like I wear 11 and I get a 10! Great boot! Would recommend!

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE these boots! I wear an 8 1/2 and bought an 8, I was worried they were going to be too small. As soon as I got them I tried them on and they fit perfect! I try to wear them as often as I can. I also have to say that Zappos is the BEST company to buy anything from! Thank you Zappos!! =0)

In love with my Uggs. I probably have about 6 or 7 pair, but the navy classic tall are my favorite! I usually take a 8 1/2-9 but take a 7 in these shoes. Go down at least one whole size.
