Amazing, like every UGG shoes I own. Ordered one size down as advised and fit perfectly. Love it, love it, love it.

Uggs are irresistibly comfortable, if a little awkwardly large and decidedly ugly. And if you are trudging through snow, or step in a puddle, or it starts raining, your feet are going to be soaked. But I wouldn't be able to survive the winter without them. They are impenetrable to cold, soft as a baby's bottom, and endlessly reliable. I'm on my second pair, because they can't be beat.

Well, I will say that this is my 7th pair of UGG shoes that I have bought from Zappos, and of course I love them. I usually wear a 9 and a half, but I always buy the size 10. It gives me optimal toe room. The brown is beautiful, shows no dirt, and looks great with jeans or short dresses. Also, Zappos usually ships overnight, so you receive them the next day!

I was unsure about ordering shoes online but I had an excellent experience with Zappos. I returned 3 pairs of UGG shoes to change colors twice and one had a defect they took back after I wore them many times. There was also a misunderstanding and they more than made up for it with a gift card and making me a VP customer. They were always very helpful, easy to reach and returns were super easy. I would shop there again in a heartbeat.

I adore these boots and can\'t wait until Fall so I can wear them again. My normal shoe size is 6.5 or 7, and I initially ordered these in a 6, but they felt a little big, so I ordered in a 5. At first, they felt a little snug in the toe, but based on my research into how these are supposed to fit, I decided to keep them. Sure enough, after wearing them for an hour they had formed perfectly to my foot as if they were custom made for me. It\'s important to go down a one and a half sizes or two full sizes in the classic Ugg because the shearling forms around your foot!\r\n\r\nThese boots are light as air, almost weightless, and look adorable with cute dresses and miniskirts. They are great for travel, because they are comfy like slippers and slip on and off easily for going through security. I bought the sand color, and they are elegant and creamy and pale. I love them so much I think I\'ll probably pick up a second pair in the fall in the chestnut color, which is also cool.

I am usually a 8.5, but for Uggs an 8 is fine because they do run large. Chestnut is great. I think it's the most original color of all Uggs. Very comfy and they look comfy too. I love them. One of the best choices ever.

Like always, these Uggs are super comfortable, but run a little big... suggestion is to order a size-to half a size down. I wear 8 in women, but all my Uggs are size 6.

The most comfortable boots ever! Accept no imitations... I used the cheap brand for a while and then decided to go with the Uggs, I should have never waited so long. I’m usually a 9.5 wide, but I ordered an 8 and they fit great! I love them. Only downside, if you are going to wear the black ones w/o socks, your feet will turn black... I was a little shocked myself... LOL

I bought these for my daughter for Christmas. She's a size 8 to 8 1/2, the size 8 fit her perfectly. She says they are the best thing ever. Super comfortable, really warm. I feel like it's one of the best gifts I ever bought for her. She really loves them, and all her friends are jealous!!! He-He.

LOVE these boots! I wish I would have bought them earlier in the year because they are so comfortable that I don't want to stop wearing them but unfortunately I would look a little silly wearing them in 70 degree weather. Love the color, also bought a size 7 because according to the reviews they run big (I usually wear an 8). The 7 fits and I am very happy with my purchase...plus ZAPPOS is amazing, ordered them on a Tuesday night around 8pm and got them the next day!!!

These boots are the best! Superior quality, style, and comfort! They are super warm and definitely run big. I bought one size smaller than my usual size and they fit great and I still have "wiggle room" for my toes. Can’t believe it has taken me this long to get my first pair. I’m ready to get another!

I love the grey ugg... I can wear them with short jean leggings and they look hot with everything that I wear... they fit great on my feet... and I can wear them all day and do not have to worry about my feet hurting or any of that...

I am an UGG lover. I have two pair, brown and grey. They are the most comfortable boots you will ever have in your life. You can wear them with or without socks in the coldest of weather. They are stylish yet soft and great. I typically wear an 8-1/2 shoe, but I ordered my UGGS in a 9. You can wear these well into Spring. I ordered my grey pair online one evening and they were at my house the next morning, can you ask for better service than this. Zappos makes me appreciate customer service; most places take many days before you receive your order and you have to call and hope to speak to an intelligent person to find your order. Not Zappos, they make it easy, their return policy is incredible.

Again, I love the color of these boots. They are very comfortable. My only problem is that they are not a little bit shorter. I am fairly short and my legs get heavier very quickly. I always wear the boots with a 2 inch cuff turned down, because the taller boot. They do not fit nicely any the further up my legs.

I love these boots! I tried a bunch of different brands that were less expensive, but none of them compared to the comfort of these UGGS. I was hesitant to spend the money on a pair of boots, but I am so glad I did. They were comfortable enough to walk and run around in Disneyland ALL DAY (till closing). I LOVE MY NEW UGGS!!!

I love these boots!!! This is my first pair of UGGS and it will not be my last. The Midwest winters are very cold and I am cold-natured, but these kept my feet warm. They do run big; I ordered a size 7 and normally wear a 7 ½- 8.

These are so soft and comfortable. I spend most of my weekends at baseball games with my son and at this time of year it is still freezing. These boots keep my feet nice and warm!

I have a pre-existing back problem that flares up unexpectedly and also believe I am starting to experience arthritis flare ups in my ankles. I am sure the latter is from exposure to the cold during years of dressing for style. Well I am now not only concerned with style (which is still very important to me), but warmth and comfort also are paramount. With Uggs I can have it all and that's what I am all about --having it all. Zappos depict their products exactly the way they are in person and their delivery policy is unmatched, usually the next day. I will continue shopping with Zappos as long as I can.

Zappos is a great company to do business with. Over night shipping, never a problem with returns. Zappos goes above and beyond to assist in every aspect of the sale. I would recommend every business spend a little time at Zappos and see how real customer support is. Every item we have purchased from Zappos (10-12) has been a pleasure and smooth transaction. I love these boots. They are very warm and soft. They run big. I wear a 6 1/2 so I got the 7...I probably should have gotten the 6. These boots must be water-proofed before wearing in rain or snow. I ordered the Ugg water repellant at the same time I ordered the boots.

Uggs keep their promise. Put your bare feet in Ugg boots and walk through coldest weather in comfort. Wore out and stretched out 1st pair of low black basic Uggs after years-replaced with Uggs Classic Tall-more versatile-can cuff lower or leave up for added warmth. Light and easy to travel in, warm and soft and comfortable. I always use Uggs waterproof spray and take a 1/2 size smaller than real shoe size.

Wow!!! All I can say is that UGG makes some of the most comfortable shoes out there. I have purchased other boots before, but none of them are as comfy as my UGGS. Ohh and make sure you get 1 size smaller. I wear a 6 but took everybody's advice and bought a 5 and they fit perfect.

Definitely worth spending the money to have the real deal. Your feet will not freeze in the winter if you are wearing them! Mine usually last about two years of heavy wear. I've bought multiple pairs and been happy with them. You might want to add some extra arch supports though if you plan to do a lot of walking in these.
