Zappos is always the first place I go for shoes if I know exactly what I want and don\'t want to face the mall! I ordered my UGG\'s and received them the very next day! They were actually a Christmas present for my daughter who has worn them everyday since receiving them! You can\'t beat the no shipping fee and price!

Every time I order from Zappos I am always very happy with the purchase! Exactly what I ordered! When I went to order the Uggs the site told me to order a size smaller. I was a bit skeptical, but of course they came and they were the a perfect fit!

These are so comfortable. I sometimes wear an 11 but the 10\'s are perfect. They look cute turned down so the wool shows.

I'm blown away! I heard and read that these boots were comfortable. They looked heavy in the picture but I decided to give them a try. These are the lightest, most comfortable boot I have ever had on my feet. They feel like a pair of slippers. These are just simply fantastic!

This was my 3rd purchase of UGG boots (1 pair each year) for my teenage daughter. They are warm and comfortable, she wears them many days a week from Fall through Spring. She is typically a size 8 1/2 to 9. She wears size 8 UGG boots, she says they are snug at first but quickly stretch to the perfect size. She has the Ugg slippers in a size 9. She loves both. Zappos service was excellent.

Very warm and comfortable. I am in Minnesota where it is always cold in the winter. The tall boots kept the deep snow out and my feet warm. Would recommend to anybody for any season.

I love my Uggs. I have the chestnut color and they go with so much. Very warm and comfortable. My only complaint is that they stain easily. I usually wear an 8 or 8.5 and got an 8. I'd say stay with your true size. I tried a 7 and couldn't even get my foot into it.

I love these boots so much I don't want to take them off. They are wonderful. I love them so much I am going to get them in the camel color, too! They fit like a dream.

Well, this was a pretty easy choice. My daughter and I have been buying these Ugg boots for years. Different colors, different sizes. She likes the chestnut color and so do I: it pretty much goes with everything. They are great to wear in TX when it gets colder and also in the car on the way to CO where we ski. In CO they are great to wear around the condo.

I am usually an 8.5-9. 8 in these Uggs is perfect. Top notch customer service, wish they shipped to Canada so I wouldn't have to ship to my sister's house in California. Zappos Canada doesn't have as great of a selection as the US site. All in all, I will continue to come here for all my shoe needs. Go Zappos! These boots are much less than in any of the stores.

I purchased 2 pairs of tall Ugg boots as gifts for my granddaughter and daughter-in-law. They both just loved them. I bought the size they requested and they fit perfectly. I also own a pair and think they are the warmest most comfortable boots I've ever owned. What I'm really thrilled about is Zappos! I have never received such fantastic customer service. They actually listen to your request and do everything they can to accommodate you. I sincerely wish I could purchase everything I need or want with Zappos. I am always telling people to check them out; they won't be sorry.

These were a gift for my wife and she loves them! She wears them all the time tells me she loves them every time she has them on.

I love these boots! I normally wear a size 8.5 in shoes, or a 9 in heels, but I wear an 8 in these. The same goes for my daughter who fits better in a size 9, and usually wears a 10. I just recently wore these boots on two trips. One to Vegas and the other to New Orleans. On both of the trips we walked a lot. These boots were fine for the whole day. They never hurt my feet which surprised me. I absolutely recommend them!

I refused to buy into the hype. I couldn't ever believe something so trendy could ever be worth the money. I received a pair of Ugg slippers a few weeks ago and fell in love the the sheer softness. After some convincing from friends about how comfortable and warm these boots are, I had to succumb to the pressure. And I am glad I did. They are amazing. They are in fact comfortable. They are extremely warm. And I am ready to ante up and buy another pair in brown. I don't know if I ever want to take them off. Even my husband, after his scolding and disapproving look, tried them on and said "yeah, they feel like a bedroom slipper" then immediately took them off so as to not be seen wearing Uggs by even our family dogs. This is the best Christmas present I have ever bought for myself. Good thing my birthday is next month; I need a pair in brown.

I believe his name was Josh, and not only did he help me with my order, but he listened to some other problems I was having. I feel that he is a wonderful person, and should be recognized as such.
