Purchased these boots for my son's girlfriend. She absolutely loves them and couldn't wait to wear them. They are true to size, warm and comfortable.

The Ugg boots I purchased were beautiful. I think Uggs have gotten even warmer and more fuzzy than my previous pairs. I love shopping from Zappos. I'm so happy when they have what I'm looking for (which is most of the time because their selection is great) so that I have the option to purchase from them. The free shipping is wonderful and fast. The customer service is great. I had to exchange a pair of boots because of the wrong size and it couldn't have been easier (and free!). The replacement pair came so fast. I couldn't believe it. The selection Zappos carries is huge and high quality. The reviews are informative and extensive. Zappos is hands down my favorite online vendor!

My daughter is extremely happy with her Ugg boots. It was difficult finding them in department stores and on-line because she wears size 11; most stores and on-line sites carry up to size 10. We are very satisfied with them and Zappos was so easy to order from, with free shipping and free returns, how could you lose? The are the real authentic Ugg boots.

My friend suggested that I try Zappos and I am very glad that I did. It was very easy to find what I was looking for (which saved me a lot of driving) and the order came very quickly. I thought with free shipping it may take awhile but that was not the case. I will definitely order again and have already told my sisters about Zappos!

I had purchased a pair of Uggs locally but realized that this was not the color that my daughter wanted. I tried Zappos and they had the exact pair that I needed. I placed the order in the evening, I think around 9. I could not believe it. I followed the order online the next day. The boots were on my step by 6pm the next day. No stress.

I got this product and I loved it. They match to every little thing. I have had them now for like half a year and I absolutely love them. My foot bed is still the best it can be and they keep me warm all through the winter. Over all 5 stars!

Great boots, love all Ugg boots, I have them in brown and grey and they are very comfortable and great for walking. I do recommend them.

We bought the Uggs (Classic Talls) for our daughter for Christmas. She says they are wonderful! We went by the fitting guide and bought basically 1/2 size smaller than normal. They are perfect. We also got the care kit so she could waterproof the boots. Zappos is always easy to work with and we will shop with them again.

These are awesome boots! They feel like you're walking on clouds. They are very high quality and very warm. These are definitely recommended!

My order was for my daughter's classic Tall Uggs. They arrived fairly quickly and she loved them. The size was perfect, and she said they were very comfortable.

I purchased these boots for my daughter for Christmas. They are worth every penny. The quality is so much better than I expected to receive. This is the first pair that we've purchased, but I'm sure not the last. My younger daughter already has her eye on them for next year. We purchased the cleaning kit that was sold separately, and it is worth the extra money. It has everything needed to get your new boots looking new after wearing. I'll be back next year to get the pair for my other daughter. Zappos by far has the best customer service that I have ever encountered both online and in store. They go above and beyond to make your experience 100% happy. The boots do run a little big. My daughter normally wears a 10, but has wide feet. I ordered a 10 even though they suggest going a size smaller. They are a smidge big, but work well for her. Thanks Zappos for a happy girl this year.

Uggs are Uggs. These are great, functional, etc., but getting them from Zappos is fantastic. Quick, prompt, excellent service and free shipping. Can't beat it.

I bought these boots for both my daughters (ages 17 and 14) and they absolutely love them. They are so warm and so comfortable that if my kids could wear them to bed they probably would. They never want to take them off. Happy walking!

I love these boots. They are so warm and cute! My shoe size is normally 8 1/2 to 9 so I really wasn't sure to order an 8 or a 9. I went to a department store to try these on in both sizes and the 8 was much better. Of course I didn't buy them there because Zappos is cheaper and the service is outstanding. I got the boots soon after I placed my order and fell in love with them! I recommend buying the repellent for these boots to help protect them again water and stains. You can also get that at Zappos. I love my Ugg boots!

Very comfortable, they fit like a glove.\r\nRemember, Uggs are made a little big. Therefore, order a size down. I normally wear 7.5, but in Uggs, I wear a 6.

First off, kudos to Zappos for their outstanding customer service and snappy delivery! I ordered these Ugg boots after returning another brand of boots around 4:00 pm yesterday. They arrived today at 5:00 pm, right? Who does that? Zappos rocks! On to the boots, exactly what I expected. I knew from reading reviews to size down, so I went with a 6. I'm normally a 6.5 and these feel great. My "b-width" feet have room to wiggle in them while sockless, but not so much that they feel overly loose. With socks they seem to be a snugger, yet comfortable fit. I'm beyond impressed with the entire Zappos experience!

I cannot stop wearing my new UGG boots which I gave to myself for Christmas this year. I absolutely love them! They are so comfy that they make me feel like I'm walking on clouds. I normally wear a size 8 but sized down to a 7 in the classic tall, gray boot. They are a perfect fit! Did I already say how much I love these boots? Now I'm trying to figure out what color to get next in the classic short style. Oh, and thanks to Zappos, I got my UGG boots one day after placing my order. Thank you for your great service!

My daughter was thrilled when she opened one of her Christmas presents, the Uggs. She immediately tried them on, and pronounced them a perfect fit and feel.

I love these UGG shoes! They are most comfy and warm boot I have ever worn. This is my third pair! I do run big so go a size down. If you purchase, you won't be disappointed. These are well worth the money for toasty warm toes!
